“It said the package is delivered, it's nowhere to be found”

“Was sent the wrong size. Couldn't find a way to return the item because I checked out as a guest. They would not respond to any emails. Raised a case with PayPal. Thats when they responded. Shein said that they will refund me 3/4 of the item price. Why not refund me all of my money when this is not my error? No I want all my money and I will send back the item. I was provided a return address by Shein to Belgium. Sent it and the parcel came back to me as undelivered even though I sent it tracked. Scam artists. So I have an item that I cannot used because it dont fit. For your peace of mind DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“Stay Away from Shein.com, Why ? It works like this : Shein takes your order, and takes expensive shipping ( you dont want to order a large amount of items cuz tax reasons ) bigger orders are shipping free. So, Shein then order your items from CHINA ( you can do it yourself from aliexpress and such ).Every item are shipped by china standard post, that are free anyway.Shein at least tripples the money from an item they order for you. We bought a pant for 21£, paid 13£for shipping, all they did was order the pant from china, trippled the cost for the pants for this and took the shipping fee, for a shipping thats totally free anyway. They earned 14£+12£ for order this FOR you.Also, the didnt let me revies my purchase at their website. They pick out every revies themselves . They made 26£ for doing nothing,It Should have said Shein.com ( sender ) but instead the sender info is the sender from china.STAY AWAY”

“My daughter ordered clothes from Shein. We paid shipping and handling when we did the order. When the package arrived in Canada is was put in hold because of Duty charges. We were not aware of any extra charges and as far as I am concerned, this should have been included in the shopping and handling charges. I had to pay another 30.00 for us to have this parcel delivered to us I am very unhappy about this”

“This is the scam of the century This is the scam of the century, just selling complete useless stuff absolutely not like in the picture and then refuse to return or make you pay 20Eur for a return to CHINA (yes its obviously Chinese) so DO NOT USE THIS SHOP you will get robbed”

“I ordered something from SHEIN 02 March 2021 with Express shipping. And it said that it will reach to address 11-12 March 2021.I paid extra cost for express shipping. So far,The order is till processing and I contacted with customer service they said that it will reached me within 8-9 days. It means 17-18 March 2021. This is really bad experience for me that I’ve ever encountered in online shopping.The shipping process is terrible”

“Honestly the reviews are fake on SHEIN like everything can’t be rated 4.8-5 stars. I posted many 1 star reviews and they never went through they just discard them and you can’t write a review afterwards again. It’s all a scam. But as soon as I write a 5 a star review (I always write 5 stars for the free gifts) it goes thru!! Also SHIEN supports child labor and does not pay their workers over time. Also all the high reviews here are FAKE! You can tell by the names and some are anymous and funny how they are the ones that are rated high”

“If they treat their workers as bad as their clients, they should be closed immediately. I ordered many times on Shein in the past 3 months,at last the customer service is not reachable, they didnt send me for the second time a skirt (wskirt07200821688 size S that I ordered again after not receiving, I have no idea if they will send it separatly or it is simply not available but I paid for it, no answers received from the multiple mails to the service and euroservice mail ), other items are different from the descriptions or damaged. It seems impossible that the quality is so bad considering that the retail price written of each items is around 20 euro(same price of good quality items is normal stores).I dont take things personally and I was very optimistic, I thought it can happen that something can be damaged, the worse was the last order, it came totally squashed the shoe box was half destroyed and THERE WAS BLOOD dried on the box IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CLOTHES, I was disgusted. I will never ordered anymore. In the past I contacted the custumer service and then they stop answering, I ASKED TO STOP SENDING ADS AND TO CANCEL MY DATAS without any answer even from datas office(arent they privacy experts and datas protection masters), luckily I used paypal surely many other clients have had even worst experience overall it seems a scam website for the AWFUL LOGISTIC I received plastic bags packages instead of boxes, with big cuts, with holes,at the same time I had many ok clothes expecially winter loungewear was perfect(I thought it was normal to have some bad items shopping online, that is way I kept hoping they would care more keeping ordering) but the quality of some items is so so bad, some items were not sent, some were rusty, wrong items sent, the electical tools were not functioning, I received refunds of few euro or partial refunds AFTER WEEKS of complaining, shein treat clients with indifference and I got really upset that they work like that,I think is not worthy to shop on this aliexpress quality shops. buttons were missing or fallen out, stiching on top are worse than the cloth for cleaning the floor. FEW ITEMS LOOK OK, returning is very difficult, because covid has made impossible go out normally. I just used Shein because I liked the interaction within the community of shoppers and it was practical for its very precise measure, it gets JUST WORSE, you spend hours trying to read descriptions double thinking about sizes, and trying to guess if it might be a safe purchase,trying to write to the customer service that write you back half in Swedish and you cant translate it with google translate.. I will never buy anymore.IT IS A WASTE OF TIME, MONEY and WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.The site looks amazing, the games and contests are addictive, the pictures are very alluring, the influencers are super exciting but it is not that what you want to wear, supermarket clothes are made with more craftmanship.”

“Shein shipped my package with this new company called Antepackage. It is by far the worst experience ever. More than 1 month and my package still isn't here. hey provided me the company's info. The company doesn't not even have a valid website that would load nor do they even have voicemail to leave a message. Highly unprofessional. I would not recommend anything to do with this is this is the kind of shipping company they use”

“The return policy is designed to benefit the seller and not the buyer. I was asked to bear the shipping fee of $24 for returning the items worth $50!! I ordered 6 items of the same size and 3 ,of them was perfect fit. But the rest was tight and totally different from the illustrated pic.”

“Shein is a scam no one should buy from them they are running scam big time I place order over $70 worth of items I started tracking my package until it’s sat out of delivery and the say it has bn delivered which is not true I was home the entire day I went outside the moment it’s if delivered nothing was there. They are running big time scam beware it’s big scam”

“LET ME TELL YOU WHAT IS GOING WRONG WITH SHEINS THIS VERY MINUTE! THEIR RETURNS ARE HELL ON EARTH. I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR DAYS TO GET MY FREE RETURN LABEL, AND HAVE JUMPED THROUGH ALL THE HOOPS, WHICH NUMBER 8 BY THE WAY, SO FAR, AND NO RETURN LABEL TO PRINT. I CAN'T STAND CROOKS LIKE THIS. YOU TRY TO GIVE THEM FAIR MONEY FOR FAIR VALUE BUT NOPE, THEY'RE OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LAUGH WHILE YOU SPEND HOURS AND HOURS TRYING TO GET THEM TO FOLLOW UP POSITIVELY WITH THEIR PROMISES.”

“It is my first order from Shein and it would be my last time! They are really disappointed me. Before purchasing their return policy said we can return all our purchases but now when I want to return them they say: Sorry this order is not eligible for returns How is it possible! The return label even sent to me but the return label was not working and when I followed up, they said sorry this order is not eligible for returns. It is like cheating. I am really angry and dissatisfied with their service. Their material is very cheap and very bad shape. I hate all of my purchases and I never recommend anyone to buy from this site.”

The store people refused and said that they haven't got the parcel but I have got an email from Shein that parcel has been delivered. I have sent so many emails to Shein but haven't got a single response. Very poor customer Service. I want my money back.”

“I ordered 2 mascaras, opened one and didn't like it. It was clumpy, the wand is so short that it is difficult to use, and trying to return something is impossible. The return site just sends you around in circles saying makeup can't be returned. The button for Live Chat doesn't do anything. What a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.”
