I used to shop from Shein honestly the clothes have a very poor quality. Online shopping are little difficult sometimes. Special if the return label is not free.im not satisfied with those items that I received from 2019. Unfortunately this is the honest truth.

My Daughter bought a top from Shein. They sent something that a.) smelt of someone else's B.O. b.) Had a stain on it. This is obviously an Item that has been returned, and has been sent straight back out again without any checking. I'd recommend that people avoid this company.

It's a scam, do not order from them! I never received my package and customer service does not exist. The website says if it's still 'in transit' that means it hasn't arrived in US yet. After looping around and around their problem solving options, I found a box to type my problem and sent 7 messages. Eventually, I got an automated response on the site, (not emailed to me), that read, once it's shipped the package it's not their responsibly. I should contact the carrier myself. They gave 4 phone numbers of possible carriers to contact. None of their carriers listed have a record of my package. Save your money and buy somewhere else. Now I have to contest the charges on my credit card. I suspect any positive reviews are fake.

Terrible shipping delays, if you receive your order at all. Ive been waiting fir my order over a month now and I will never order again. Unacceptable. Im sick of everything being blamed on Covid. If they cant come up with an excuse for their poor service, they just blame it on Covid...I don't buy it sorry

Placed an order November 15th and was expected to arrive December 6th and they would notify me if it would be late. The tracking has not updated for over 2 weeks and my package has not arrived and even though its late i have not received any notification as to why its late. Will not order from again. Seems like a lot of people are having similar issues

Please do not order from these people..what a nightmare to deal with them..I ordered and they sent in me what they wanted to..not close to what I thought I ordered...5 pcs and all fit horribly..not 2 the same..tried to send them back..another nightmare..finally got a label from them what I returned God's to another address.(????).then does not track......so u do not have the merchandis..and THEY have your money too..I am still fighting this..Save yourself from this..please..

Problem with charging my card 3 times with 3 different amounts at 3 different times in the day! My daughter ordered something online, the website didn’t appear that it was working so my daughter asked if I could try my card on her account. Website did the same thing, took me back to the payment prompt. I told her to leave it and we would try the next day. My daughter tried again with her card on her account and was given an order number and email came through to say everything was ok. I checked my bank account to see if the original attempt was successful and noted that they had taken 3 payments with 3 different amounts. I have provided so much information to them from bank but because I can’t provide a screen print of the ARN number from my bank statement which by the way isn’t possible they have told me there is nothing they can do about it so I am left with over £322 pounds being taken out of my bank that they are not refunding!! They have now come back and said it’s a known issue, you seriously couldn’t make this up!! They have also said I can’t get a refund because I haven’t placed any orders. I didn’t on my account but my daughter did on hers and that’s where initially I tried to use my card and it didn’t confirm whether it was successful or rejected. It didn’t do anything other than take 3 lots of money out of my bank

SCAM! SHINE TOOK OVER $80 out of my account for merchandise I chose and paid for and I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING SINCE MARCH 2020!! They closed my account so that I would stop sending them messages through their chat. It is a scam!!! Do not order from SHINE!!! It’s a scam they will take your money and run with it. And you will not hear from them about it again. Yet they continue to send emails etc to order more. More chances for them to take my money !! SCAM!!!!!!

I ordered from this site some time ago, so I don’t know if they got better with the quality now. Anyways, I had ordered two hoodies both medium sized: the pink one didn’t even reach my waist and it was really short, plus the quality was awful, it was like touching a swimsuit! The black one was long enough but had still horrible quality, it was like touching a rag.. Not ordering anything from there any time soon after this horrible experience..

That asked for photographic evidence to verify legitimacy. I sent them a scanned copy of what they requested and they still weren’t satisfied even after my credit card company verified the

Extremely poor customer service It's Non existent and I've had I known that this company use child labor I would have never brought from them but considering I never received my items purchased doesn't really matter anyway this company is a scam!!!!!!!!

Horrible and deceiving. Everything looks so nice in the pictures on line and 9n the models. When u receive the clothes nothing is true to size. I will never order from here again.
