I have ordered a package in mid December, firstly it updated that i was delivered with signatures but it was never received, then there was another parcel because they said its a split. Now, idk whats going on with this package? Shein site shows it is in the transit from jan 13th, canada post says that shein just paid for the shipping label. I am going crazy here. Its been more than a month i have ordered this. I needed this before 17th January. They are just making me fool. Shein is now not refunding me because they are saying once you receive the items reject them then we will refund but they are keeping me on hold for that package that was never shipped. Same tracking number on shein shows in transit but on canada post site, it doesn’t show anything. I wish i could give 0 star

I bought 5 items from SHIEN on 28 Dec 2020, and it took more than 2 weeks to arrive. I had to return 4 of the items as they were made of poor quality fabrics and materials! Their return policy is "FREE" but they deduct AUD$6.50 from your refund! They are selling me sub-standard products and expect me to pay for their shipping fee! This is ridiculous! I try contacting them via their website, but you won't find an email address or any phone numbers, their FAQs, Contact Us links just keep going round in circles and there's no way you can contact ANYONE AT ALL! I've cancelled my account with them and will never buy anything from them anymore. They're scammers. Their website should be banned!

I knew I was ordering from China and it will take time , I did not realize how bad the quality will be, every dress ripped after wearing. Sticker opened up and they use such a terrible fabric. ..seriously they can actually use a nice quality fabric and stitching because they are not cheap but they decide to rip us off , that's what they do ..

I have spent 4 days trying to get ahold of customer service.because it said order sitting at site.and delivered and it was never delivered to my physical address instead it is sitting 5 hours away from supposed to be delivered.

I had ordered a shirt and it took 6 months to come in, and when it did it was the wrong size and I couldn’t return

Do not order!!! What you see on the website is not what you receive. Cheap replicas with cheap materials.

The only thing lovely about my order,was the packaging. The quality of the clothes were abysmal. The pyjamas are made out of some sort of stretchy material. You know the type you'd buy for granny in a home. Never again

Hacker got a hold of my personal information and made an account in my name. I spoke to Rean, a customer service agent via chat who refused to delete the account and stop the pending orders on the fraudulent account. He told me to wait 12 hours for an email for a "decision". There should not have been a decision, and I should not have to wait 12 hours to receive an email on whether or not the hacked account would remain open while allowing the hacker to continue to have full access to the account!

One day, I go clothes shopping online. I find Shein and start buying stuff. Later on, I cancel my order but don't get my money back and lose $157. My order still hasn't come when I ordered it last year (not that I at all still wanted it)!! I try to email then but I get a pathetic response saying, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience."I don't recommend Shein. Yes, the stuff looks nice, but you will get scammed.

Shein wrote my address wrong so post office in my country couldn't deliver it to me, now I'm waiting for shein to respond to my email asking them to contact the post office themselves because I can't do it myself (that's what I've been told by the post office helpline), but I'm guessing by the low rating that they won't do that.

I’m so disappointed in SHEIN I will no longer be purchasing from this site i order around November & its January and I haven’t receive anything and yet it claims to be 21 MINUTES AWAY SHEIN & USPS step up your game before you lose Majority loyal customers.

I applied for a return on 31 December 2020. Return track says it has been refunded but it’s now 12 January and still no refund on Afterpay. Have sent messages on website and no response. Do I even got my money back?? Can’t get hold of anyone.

I purchased from the website on 2 of Dec and still didn't receive my package (11/01). The delivery company did a mistake and returned my item, Now neither Shein nor the delivery company are answering my mails. I am so frustrated and I will not buy anything from it again. I just want a refund or somehow to receive the package. you have the worst costumer service ever!!! this automatic answering machine that you got in your website is annoying and is not helpful, and getting information in how to contact you is impossible! and even after that you do not respond! this is the most frustrating experience for me on online shopping

Like flushing cash down the toilet. I ordered a small print from Shein months ago. I received an empty package in my mailbox that was gaping open and the delivery company had put a “damaged” sticker on it. I used a 3rd party company (designated by Shein) to open a case with Shein immediately. I just wanted either a replacement or refund for the print but I’ve had no response from Shein at all.
