This company are by far crooks under a company name. I ordered an item which was unfit for purpose, not as advertised and terrible quality. They have the cheek to offer me a 15 then 20% refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE AN UTTERLY DISPICABLE COMPANY.

It took a while with Shein to identify what my size was. Eventually after several orders (& having to pay to return items) I worked it out as a Medium. I went to order some swimwear - I ordered a Large as swimwear is often tighter fit. It was tiny and did not even cover me up. I ordered two swimsuits - when I realised this did not fit I didn't even open the other packet. They won't let me return them. Cost of two swimsuits down because THEIR SIZING is totally off. I would probably need a 3XL for one of their suits compared to a medium for trousers, skirts, blouses etc. DO NOT ORDER UNDERWEAR OR SWIMWEAR from them.

We have been waiting for a refund since about August. There is no one to contact or email. We will never order from Shein again. The refund we are waiting for is over $100.00

I had never heard of this company and a $338 charge appeared on my debit card. Fortunately my bank blocked the charge and my card.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They sent me an email advertising 60% off everything with no disclaimers, asterisk or exclusions noted. When I went to checkout the coupon code did not work. I went on their live chat and was told it was certain items. I said that’s not what the email said. I also shared that false advertisement is illegal. They would not honour it or appease me in anyway. I asked to speak with a supervisor. They said they would put a ticket in and a supervisor would contact me within 24 hours. I have not heard back from anyone. Seriously disappointed in their illegal advertising and lack of customer service. I will never shop with them again.

Trying to return items is nearly impossible. If someone can assist me please do.. I am pulling my hair out. You cannot speak to anybody personally. I will never, ever purchase from them again!

I was charged a boarder fee of roughly $24.00 as it was shipped to Canada. No other online clothing store was I charged this fee. Plus DHL was the worst experience in delivering my order. I don’t order from SHEIN anymore because of this boarder fee. Also, one of the blouses smelled so badly, I had to throw it away. I washed it twice then hand washed it and still couldn’t remove the stink that was embedded in the material.

My daughter bought some items from this site, and received an email stating that her items were here but never got them. I just find it weird that there is no number to contact the merchant and no one has replied to my email.

For all of you not receiving orders or dissatisfied with the order, think any company as a scam like I have, not reciever refunds ect, inform your bank. They will act on this as a fraud and investigate with reimbursement of the transaction made.

They are thieves. Their sizing is awful and it is impossible to return. They tell you to get a coupon to return the item on your account order, but they erase the orders immediately so that you can not return. There is no way to contact them.

Terrible None existent customer services. Repossess are unhelpful and actually quite funny. They ask a question, you answer then they ask you again. Seems automated. Great clothes but unfortunately no customer service so take a chance and let’s hope you don’t need a refund

Disposable trousers.... Bought a load of beautiful clothes. Put on a pair of cargo trousers and went for a 3 hour walk. Put my phone (a galaxy s10, so not particularly large and not sharp) in my pocket with plenty of room to spare. I watched as a hole developed, the length of the pocket. There was no hole to start with or I obviously wouldn't have worn them. Contacted Shein who told me that the policy is to return the damaged product UNWORN. I explained that it wasn't damaged until I'd worn them. They then responded by saying that since I've worn them, I couldn't get a refund. I explained that I don't buy clothes that I deem to be disposable. They said "sorry, that's our policy". What is going on? If it was a high Street shop, I could have taken them back. What's the difference? Just because its a Internet purchase. I'm very upset by this. This puts these trousers at a rate of £5per hour, as they were only on for 3 hours. The hole is so large, it cannot be fixed

However, I’m supposed to return the item within 45 days but I have no idea where to ship the item. I already disregarded the label when the item were shipped to me so I can’t find out that way. I’ve been trying to find a contact number for this company. I’ve even tried the chat option to no avail. No one ever comes to chat with me. I find it ridiculous that there is no way to contact someone for assistance. I guess you won’t be getting your merchandise back because I have no idea where I’m supposed to return the item. Since, you don’t want to have a reliable support center, I guess you don’t care that much about your merchandise. Perhaps, I should just throw the item in the trash?

Don't trust this site and avoid buying from them. - Items are overpriced for the quality that you receive. - Items and clothes come with a very weird smell and some are very itchy. - Packing isn't sturdy and soft, so items will get damaged getting to you. - They operate overseas in China and service is nonexistent. - No free returns, paid returns even on damaged goods. If you want to perform a refund, it's painful. The customer service is non-existent, they reply like robots and shift blame. They won't actually help you with it. The courier company they use, Parcel Point is by far the worst and unreliable courier service company you could come across. Once you've booked a pickup to return the items, they say that it will be picked up tomorrow but they never come around. The first time I tried to perform a refund, it took them 2 weeks and a threat to CAV for my items to be picked up. The second time around, I had to keep following up everyday for 3 weeks, I'm still waiting for my returns to be picked up. SHEIN doesn't take responsibility or assist you with following this up so you're basically out of pocket if the courier company screws up, even tho SHEIN chooses to use this courier company.

I have not received my order, they charged me and are making problems with giving me my money back. Also the customer service is terrible, they don't reply to mails and don't have a phone number to call. Everything have to be discussed by their website and you waiting long time just to receive automatic replies.

Shein is a sleezy company. If you have to return items, you may lose your $. I ordered clothing for my daughter and Shein did not send a packing slip or an email confirmation. Returning some of the items was nearly impossible as they have no working phone numbers or email addresses. I paid through paypal and hoped paypal could help me resolve the issue and that was very disappointing (a good service until you have a problem). I ended up returning the items with no packing slip on confirmation and of course they did not give me a refund. Very sleezy. $50 down the drain.
