“They refunded my order without telling me why, when I looked in the refund history it said I requested a refund when I didn't, and when I reordered my items all of them had gone up in price”

“I absolutely LOVE Shein!!! As long as you check the reviews of each product making sure that the quality is good and fit is true to size, you will not be disappointed. It is affordable and you can pay it off on afterpay. There is everything you need on there from household goods, bedding, clothes for men, women (And everything in between) and children, even pets! There is always a live chat you can go on if you need help. Refunds and exchanges are effortless, and processed quickly. and the best part about them Is how incredibly quick the shipping is. I live in New Zealand and I usually receive my packages within 1-2 weeks which is super fast considering we are a little tiny country down the bottom of the globe. Could not rate Shein enough”

“I have ordered my 3rd parcel and so far I can say their service is good, however I would really appreciate if they could give us an option to choose which which courier service we would like to use, because as for buffalo logistics wow their service is really bad, they don't communicate at all unless you make an effort to reach out”

“I ordered 1.5 to 2 sizes larger than I normally take abs the items were still too small. Quality was okay at best. Didn’t realize items could not be returned or exchanged. Total garbage.”

“Ordered 3 outfits for my birthday almost a whole month in advance, by the end of the first week I knew my items weren’t coming! No update after the shipping notification! Couldn’t cancel the order because it was already shipped out but since I wouldn’t have it when I wanted it, I just wanted a refund! They said I’d have to wait to finally receive it, send it back then get a refund! Unbelievable! First I have to settle with spending money on something I won’t be able to use, then I have to still wait on it to send back for a refund! BIRTHDAY CAME AND GONE, items never came and I still have no refund, also still haven’t bought anything else from the site…I’ve posted their reviews on my Facebook, BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS I LOST $165 TO THEIR PRACTICES”

“Very bad customer service, they dont give a refund and a lot of things are very different in real life than in the photos. I am seriosly considering taking legal action as i literally talk alone, the customer service is useless and they are really ignorant, unless you are 100% sure you wont return the items, dont buy from there, i lost a lot of money for this disgusting company”

“Shien makes me happy soooo much because of all there cute clothes. It saves me so much money because of the coupon's and HOW THE SHIRTS ARE 5 DOLLARS. Butttt the shirt's are bad material well I mean not all of them but some of them. When i got mine it was very weak and when i put it on it would flip upside down and it ripped.”

“Shein is doing very well, they pack and ship orders on time. If possible can you please stop giving Aremex shipments that are off to South Afric. They dont deliver on time, even when you call them they aren't remorseful at all.”

“I ordered about 54$ worth of stuff including a teal backpack. The backpack's zip does not work and is way smaller than shown on the pictures.. I am dissapointed for I cannot return it. The only good thing from this order was the fact that it came a couple days earlier than estimated.”
