I have ordered, PAID but NOT RECEIVED my parcel. You have put on an email the parcel was DELIVERED. to whom? Where? I did not RECEIVE the ordered you say you DELIVERED!!!! Where is it!? Who is taking care of this? No contact number, no email address for customer service. At the moment I understand I have been stolen my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN ... OUT OF USA .. THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH RETURNS.. AND THEY HAVE NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE IN THE U.S. THIS IS ABSURD WHEN THEY DO BUSINESS IN THE U.S HOWEVER YOU CANNOT GET A LIVE AGENT. I WANT THEIR BUSINESS LICENSE REMOVED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE U.S. THEY STILL HAVE NOT ISSUED ME A FULL REFUND FOR RETURNS I SENT THE WAY THEY INFORM CUSTOMERS COMBINING THE USPS RETURN LABELS IN MINIMUM BOXES TO SAVE ON POSTAGE. IT GOES DIRECTLY TO THEIR DISTRIBUTION CENTER .. I SENT PACKAGES TOGETHER AND THEY HAVE ONLY GIVE A PARTIAL REFUND.. THERE QUALITY OF MERCHANDISE IS SO LOW GRADE... THAT IS WHY I NEEDED TO SEND BACK.. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.. I REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL..

Two month ago I sent back a package to RETURN, following all the steps, and I still don’t know nothing about it. I’m waiting my REFUND because I sent it back in perfect conditions.

They have nice products but to refund is a nightmare! They sent a letter to the postal office to accept their barcode but didn't work as well. So after I tried different places to return, I had to pay 4,50 to return and they are not going to refund me + the initial shipping. I would recommend you to buy it if you are 100% sure of your purchase.

I will never trust again I have shipment since Dec and the track stop in Jan 6 no update since this time please release my packages.

Poor quality clothing and absolutely disgusted by Shein's unnecessary use of plastic- each item is placed in a thick plastic bag 😡 arghhh !!!!

Never got parcel hemmes never delivered It tracking never left from and sent it back to shein Email shein for refund and put a complaint in to resovlver nothing no answers no refund Never use shein again may report to trading standards

I have ordered a package in mid December, firstly it updated that i was delivered with signatures but it was never received, then there was another parcel because they said its a split. Now, idk whats going on with this package? Shein site shows it is in the transit from jan 13th, canada post says that shein just paid for the shipping label. I am going crazy here. Its been more than a month i have ordered this. I needed this before 17th January. They are just making me fool. Shein is now not refunding me because they are saying once you receive the items reject them then we will refund but they are keeping me on hold for that package that was never shipped. Same tracking number on shein shows in transit but on canada post site, it doesn’t show anything. I wish i could give 0 star

I bought 5 items from SHIEN on 28 Dec 2020, and it took more than 2 weeks to arrive. I had to return 4 of the items as they were made of poor quality fabrics and materials! Their return policy is "FREE" but they deduct AUD$6.50 from your refund! They are selling me sub-standard products and expect me to pay for their shipping fee! This is ridiculous! I try contacting them via their website, but you won't find an email address or any phone numbers, their FAQs, Contact Us links just keep going round in circles and there's no way you can contact ANYONE AT ALL! I've cancelled my account with them and will never buy anything from them anymore. They're scammers. Their website should be banned!

I knew I was ordering from China and it will take time , I did not realize how bad the quality will be, every dress ripped after wearing. Sticker opened up and they use such a terrible fabric. ..seriously they can actually use a nice quality fabric and stitching because they are not cheap but they decide to rip us off , that's what they do ..

I have spent 4 days trying to get ahold of customer service.because it said order sitting at site.and delivered and it was never delivered to my physical address instead it is sitting 5 hours away from supposed to be delivered.

The only thing lovely about my order,was the packaging. The quality of the clothes were abysmal. The pyjamas are made out of some sort of stretchy material. You know the type you'd buy for granny in a home. Never again

Hacker got a hold of my personal information and made an account in my name. I spoke to Rean, a customer service agent via chat who refused to delete the account and stop the pending orders on the fraudulent account. He told me to wait 12 hours for an email for a "decision". There should not have been a decision, and I should not have to wait 12 hours to receive an email on whether or not the hacked account would remain open while allowing the hacker to continue to have full access to the account!
