“DOBAI SHEIN هم مش بس سراق أيضا هم كذابين.. في الأول لما لغيت الطلب قالولي انهم تم اداع المبلغ في البنك و لما انا جبت الكشف الحساب البنكي لكي أعرفهم ان الفلوس لم تدخل حسابي و هذا الكلام من يوم ٢٨ ماي رجعوا الان بنفس السيناريو و يقولوا انهم أودعوا الفلوس في حسابي و هذا الكلام كذب في كذب... لذلك الأحسن لكم تبطلوا الكذب لان لا حجة لديكم سوي التي كتبتوها انتم SHEIN بأنفسكم DOBAI SHEIN They are not only thieves also they are liars.. At first, when I canceled the order , they told me that the amount was deposited in my bank account , and when I made the bank account statement in order to let them know that the money did not enter in my account, and this is what they said from May 28th, they have now returned with the same scenario and say that they Deposit the money in my account and this talk is a lie .. So it is better for you to stop to said lie story because you didn't have any argument except what you wrote in SHEIN by yourselves”

“2days back I have received an email saying your item is delivered but actually it is not delivered. I have sent them email but haven't received any reply from SHEIN, Very irresponsible & careless behavior . I want refund for order number :GSHMH3006000SDF”

“ORDERED 3 SUITS FROM THEM. They were so poorly made. In my review on their website , I put how badly they fit and that they were "Junk". So evidently, junk is foul language on the website, because they made me change it before I could post. Yes they are all junk!!!! Be careful also that you card info does not get stolen. Check your account after ordering!!!!”

“Shein online from South Africa . Very much a hit and miss . 1st order was a breeze . 2nd order a nightmare . Wrong invoices sent to customs / resulting in penalties imposed . The extra costs incurred are double the value of the consignment . And trying to deal with them after goods are shipped as well as their clearing agent is a nightmare . NEVER AGAIN .”

“Blouses were paper thin, I mean so thin you can see right through them. The bathing suit material was better but looked terrible on. I'm glad I only spent $50 to check it out. Terrible quality and I would never purchase from them again.”

“After reading other reviews I feel fortunate to have received my swimsuit at all however, when I tried to return it I was given the runaround so often I decided to just keep it rather than deal with any more frustration. I followed all their rules about asking for a return authorization but after I answered their questions about why I needed to return it, I got an email every day asking if I'd be willing to keep the suit if they gave me an $8 discount! This went on for several days as the clock was ticking on my return time (15 days). They never would send a return address or authorization. I finally gave up and kept the suit. Never again, so sick of slick Chinese companies ripping people off.”

“impossible website - there is no way for a live chat or to even submit a ticket. wanted to return an item - there is no return label, however they claim that it should be visible in Return items section of the order.”

“Your Information for "contact us" is very misleading. Google states we can chat with a live agent on your web-site and that is a lie. I will not be ordering from your site and as high as fraud and spam is you guys should have an easier way to contact. The issue is not always what you have listed on the web-site.”

“Parcel sent from Belgium with a wrong address (correct address provided - many other cases like this online with complains from customers), returned by the courier to the sender as the address was incorrect. I never saw the parcel or the refund for the parcel I never received! There is no way of reaching anybody at Shein. Messages sent through online account with no respond from Shein. Do not buy - it's simply a scam. I will never buy again from similar shops online.”

“I ordered my SHEIN order somewhere around March and it was supposed to arrive on the 30th of April to the 6th of May, it is now the 16th of may and haven’t gotten anything, on the 6th of may SHEIN sent me an email saying my order was going to be delayed, that’s all the info I got they didn’t even send me an estimate on when it’s going to arrive. I now have no way on contacting them and tried to contact them on this resolver site but didn’t get any feed back on them either.”
