“BEWARE of quality of product and sizing. Also if you need to return the item they will charge you over $10 to return often giving you a refund of under $3.”

“You need to stop using aramex for shipping cause nw our orders are stuck at OR Thambo. Its been a week without update. Find yourselves a better courier company cause your loosing costumers”

“The website says any purchases above R1050.00 shipping is free which is not true. I was charged R508.00.When queried with the shipping company, they said the seller said I am liable for the fee. When I queried with seller no answer. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I'm sure no one even looks at these reviews. They deserve a 0 rating.”

“My first time using Shein has been a disaster and I am highly disappointed. My package was scheduled to arrive between 15 and 20th July but was incorrectly sent to Mauritius and has been there for over a month with no action from Shein or the courier Aramex. I have communicated with Aramex support on numerous occasions and they have been of absolutely no assistance in retrieving my package. I am so disappointed. I'd been looking forward to receiving my parcel and its turned into a horrible experience with no assistance whatsoever. If I could give a '0' rating I would. So so disappointed.”

“My order was never delivered, however Shein record shows it delivered. I followed up with Shein for 14 days without any outcome. Absolutely poor support from Shein”

“If in fact you are someone who cares about how you present in your clothing, please I beg you not to shop with SheIn. This company is predominantly computer bas d and you take a risk each time you purchase an item from them. You are going in blind and it once your money is spent they can care less about you beyond that. I contacted customer service to exchange clothes that were I'll fitted for the exact same items just in a more suitable size and they REFUSED at every turn because the items were promotional?! So you took my money and I am unhappy with the product and as a company you are ok with this? My money will not be spent here EVER again.”

“I will never again order things from SHEIN Maroc. I bought 46 items, to be delivered on 25/7/2021. I received only 22 items. I have made calls and have written emails but nothing from them or their couriers. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! HUGE!!!!”

“I highly do not recommend Shein if you ever plan on returning something or need to get in contact with customer service. It's extremely scammy. All there is is an automated chat that NEVER helps with any questions you have. It's been this way since the beginning. Has never been fixed or worked on. Last time I had to return something I had to keep clicking to file for things that were completely different from what I needed until I could find an option to send an email out. This time I was lucky enough to find an old email and reply to it. However I have NO IDEA if I'll even get a response. Do NOT buy from Shein. Below is a photo of proof of my purchase.”

“The parcel arrived really quickly but not all of the clothes fitted me so I went to return them. It’s been over four weeks since an post said they have delivered it but when I go onto SHEIN website it says not delievered to warehouse.”

“The quality of the items I ordered was horrible. One of the tops looked like it was cut out by kids in a craft class. The color of another top was an entirely different shade than shown online. The return process is also bizarre. I won't be ordering from Shein again.”

“I ordered two wallets from Shein and they said that it would be delivered in a month. I paid for the delivery. Few weeks later, they told me to pay more money for the Tax, I was so angry, because they didn't tell me before I paid for the first time. Afterwards i waited for almost two months for my wallets. They told me that they had a problem with their system and I was understanding, but as time went on, they gave me excuses. I wanted a refund and I had to fight with them before I got a refund. Please do not order from Shein.”

“At 02/05/2021 when I canceled the order GSHMLE007000FFC..... 11 pieces , they told me that the amount was deposited in my bank account 506 S/R , and when I made the bank account statement in order to let them know that the money did not enter in my account, and this is what they said from May 28th, they have now returned with the same scenario and say that they Deposit the money in my account and this talk is a lie .. So it is better for you to stop to said lie story because you didn't have any argument except what you wrote in SHEIN application by yourselves”

“I have had a really bad experience I have spent over R1300.00 I have waited more than a month to receive the items, only to find that they do not match the pictures on the website at all, furthermore the sizes I requested were incorrect. To send the items back to Hong Kong would cost me a further 1500.00 so I had to give the items away. I am very unhappy and there is no way I can get reimbursed at all”
