“This company is a fraud!!!!! It takes the money of its users with no plans on shipping out any clothing. On top of all this the company has no phone contact number, only live chat, and you get no help with live chat because there is never anyone there to chat...”

“Placed an order and some of the items didn't fit. I logged onto shein site to return the items and it said no orders where found under my account. Tried to contact company and no contact number. Tried live chat and got no where. I haven't been able to find out how to exchange or return my items. Will never order from this site again.”

“I ordered about 30 items and I follow Shein charts on size and had over 5 items that were too big, but I could not return or exchange them because to do so you must print your order and choose from there and those items did not appear on my return order, only about less than 20 were there. Shein’s response, must be your server, tried on over 5 different computers and servers, no luck and no help from their really bad customer service. Not worth it, too many other sites to order from”

“I'm not sure how there are so many negative reviews...I've ordered, returned, had an order get stuck in customs and refunded completely with no issues. The quality on about 90% of the items I've ordered is amazing, especially for the prices. Returns are free. Customer service always gets back to me within 24 hours. Idk, I've never had an issue and recommend Shein to everyone. I'm ordering from US, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference but to me it's a great company. I guess to each there own :-)”

“I ordered a bunch of cloths last year. They came about the same time most items I have ordered from China. I found the quality not the best although some items were great. The items I was not able to fit in I returned with no problems. I have ordered 3 times from company now.”

“SKETCHY website. After ordering I rec’d email asking for screenshot of drivers license & credit card - or order will be cancelled. Improper grammar, unprofessionally done, no phone #. I REGRET having ordered at all. Will cancel the credit card I used to be safe.”

“HONESTLY, i has a good experience. I ordered my package of 21 items on a Wednesday and it arrived with Dhl on the following Tuesday eve. I payed for express shipping also, which is 12.80. I read reviews before ordering and it kind of discouraged me, but the clothes and prices were really nice. I took a chance . The reviews also said it would take extra long time to arrive. I also learned that processing takes 1-5 days and then shipping comes depending on what shipping you paid for. Which is why your order may take up to two weeks. As far as the fabric, it’s okay to me and I like it. If you order shoes, I’d say order one or two sizes bigger than your normal size in men shoes. Clothes were CUTE I LOVE THEM I believe everything depends on the processing days, and shipping. Idk about receiving a refund because I am waiting for one myself. However, it’s only been less than 24 hours since requested.”

“Ordered a sweatshirt for a gift. It did take a while to get it, but luckily I had allowed the time. However, when I took out of the package I was so disappointed. First it was not, what I would consider, a sweatshirt, it was thinner, more like a t-shirt. Second I ordered an XL (she is usually a M) to accommodate for sizing differences and because I wanted it big. Well, the XL was more like an XS and looked like it belong to a pre-teen girl.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM. There is NO customer service number, just a robotic “live chat” that gets you nowhere. This place is a joke. You will not get the clothes you order or your money back.”

“I never received my order. their customer service is a joke. You will get no where with them. They marked my order as solved when it never was. So I'm just out $56, not one thing was done by the company to try to reconcile the issue.”

“Shein offers cheap, trendy clothes but the quality reflects the price. Dress fabric tends to be cheap, synthetic and thin. While any "wool" fabric tends to feel more like felt, even down to how it irritates my skin. But for people looking for affordable & trendy clothes that are good for single season wear, Shein is a good choice.”

“My order which was placed on 23rd is still under processing and they say its ready to pick up by USPS since 9 days now. I contacted their customer service 6 times to expedite my shipping as I m travelling within a week. All 6 times they agreed to do it and yet the package hasnt picked up by USPS. I m totally disappointed with their service. Please do something to get my package delivered.”
