“I ordered $85 worth of items. NONE of them fit and I spent weeks trying to get the system to process my return for a shipping label and it NEVER worked. You are criminals!!!”

“Their customer service is SHOCKING! They ignore all queries and tickets, and never get back to you. I ordered a dress for my girlfriend, and it was supposed to arrive in 1 week. It arrived in the country 3 days after I should have had it, but then disappeared. I have never heard from them, and the tracking company just said it's in the country. I tried contacting Shein, but I could only speak to chat bots. There was no way to speak to a person to check what the issue was. I have never seen the dress and just wasted my money.”

“Super happy with 6 blouses as well as Sheins reports throughout the process. Neatly packaged in separate ziplock bags. Received in 3 days after paying courier fee.”

“Their customer service is EXTREMELY POOR. It's been about a week now and no response to my query. I tried opening another ticket but their app won't let me. I tried contacting them in Instagram on their main page and she glam account but nothing. Just IGNORING THE HELL OUT OF MY CONCERNS!!!!!!!”

“I have ordered from shein for the past three years and I have never had a problem with them. I love their clothes and they fit great. Their prices are great. I have gone to local stores and they carry the same merchandise much more expensive. You just have to see the measurements of clothing your selecting. Not all clothing have the same measurements. As for deliveries and returns as of yet I have never had an issue. I once had a problem with a delivery but it was the post office fault. I have made multiple returns with no problems. You must also make sure item you are ordering is non refundable. Their point program is great too. I love shein!!”

“The clothes are cheap because they are cheaply made, when you try to return the items you don't want they lose your package and do not get refunded. Don't waste your time and money.”

“Excellent service, good quality clothing including plus size. Delivery time is reasonable considering where its coming from, and the returns process is straight forward and free of charge. What's not to like!!”

“I ordered a jacket which I never wore. I dry cleaned it as I do all new clothing. The black dye on the collar bled into the body of the jacket which is light pink. This speaks to the poor quality. I tried to return it, and Shein declined it. Shein also does not accept negative reviews on their products and my review of the product never populated on my order.”

“The quality is super cheap, just like their prices. Don't expect to get good quality and the sizes are not true. I'm a comfortable 10 and size large shirt. The 10 i ordered in shorts were more like a 6 and I ordered 3 tshirts in a large and they were allllll different sizes! Only one of them was like an actual tshirt. Will not order from them again”

“I have made so far several online orders from shein over the past couple of months, dresses, tops, light jackets, accessories etc ... I am very satisfied with this brand. The quality is very good with respect to the price that you pay ! The shipping is quite fast, I always receive my packages before the estimated delivery time. The return process is FREE (which is amazing) and I always get refunded on my credit card. I truly recommend Shein !”

“rustrating customer service I returned some items totalling over $100, and unfortunately they put the credit into a shein wallet (credit) Seriously, not cool. I had ordered more items while waiting for the return and even though I got a notification stating it had been delivered, I have not received. I’ve done everything to try to find it but obviously it was not delivered! Top it all off, there isnt anyway to contact them, everything it an auto response online, which isn't helpful. Won't be ordering from them again... unless I have to use my credit :(”

“These clothing items are made in China they are not sized for Americans. After placing a $300.00+ in orders I am very upset that only a few of the tops I purchased were true to size. I was really looking forward to a variety of new summer tops”

“There are several Shein issues but my focus here is that way too often clothing from Shein are way larger than can be reasonably accounted for and I believe they switch tags to accommodate demand and supply at the expense of the customers. I have ordered clothing (I am xs D-cup 5.9") and they were so oversized they fit my plus size roommate. At the same time, some items (same type, same material) fit perfectly, so the gross oversizing is not the result of cultural sizing differences or design incompetence. What Shein does is intentional, immoral and utterly reprehensible.”

“I paid and never got delivered what I ordered. There is no possibility to connect with any customer service. Any of my request in chat continue to be deleted. My genuine abuse: NEVER ORDER FOR DELIVERING IN SWITZERLAND! It is just a FRAUD! It is 3 months now.”

“ordered 3 items, all were cheap material and varied in how they fit. when i tried to leave reviews, they got deleted. shein says they dont delete critical reviews, but that's what just happened. i'm guessing thats why nearly every product has nearly 4.5+ stars, so disappointing.”
