“I ordered floral colored baseball hats from Shein. They came in less than 2 weeks and were quality. I don't know about the clothing but I was pleased with the hats. The company is based in China.”

“Ive been ordering with Shein. com for about a year now. Ive gotten every item/order just up until the beginning if April. Any order ive placed since then has had odd tracking and "delays" and i havnt received an order since? .. I did get a refund for 1 order. thankfully i didnt spend much since the 2 months.”

“I ordered my SHEIN order somewhere around March and it was supposed to arrive on the 30th of April to the 6th of May, it is now the 16th of may and haven’t gotten anything, on the 6th of may SHEIN sent me an email saying my order was going to be delayed, that’s all the info I got they didn’t even send me an estimate on when it’s going to arrive. I now have no way on contacting them and tried to contact them on this resolver site but didn’t get any feed back on them either.”

“The prices are great but it takes forever to get what you ordered and most of the time its not what you really ordered. They just send what they want to send, then you can't get ahold of anyone to resolve the issue. Be careful! I've had great times and then I've had terrible times ordering.”

“I have ordered 8 items. Well when I got my parcel I was extremely happy rated everything before even opening it because I thought I can trust them... big mistake. When I got home opened the parcel one item was missing. Dont they double check the order before dispatching it? I'm extremely disappointed and I was hoping I'd order more in the future.”

“I hesitated to purchase as it is for an upcoming birthday which I was unsure items would arrive on time but ordered anyway. Order was placed 4 days ago and just received it today! The items I purchased are pretty much in line with what I expected and saw online. Last of all, each item was placed in a separate bag which was a very nice touch! Thank you Shein for better than expected delivery and I am absolutely delighted with the products and the prices!”

“this place really does sucks. I paid for express shipping from this company and not once but twice this place has not delivered my package on the estimated date. SHEIN kept insisting I call the logistic myself to urge the package, here to find out. SHEIN was who was at fault they made my shipping label late causing late delivery. just disgusting, all I ask for was refund of my shipping express of $12.99 now I'am waiting for a standard delivery with express shipping on an order over $230!”

“I made 9 orders with Shein over the past 4 months and spent around 600 CAD dollars. Overall, I'm happy with their "Plus Curve" line. I noticed a lot of reviews are saying the clothes are too small. Each item has a sizing chart, so you need to order based on the sizing chart. For example, my bust is 126cm (around 48 inches). Most of the time, I order 4XL at Shein which is listed as a bust around 135cm. In North American sizing, I fit into 2x or 3x, US size 22 and UK size 26. It's also possible that you could be a large in North American sizes but be plus size at Shein. For example the 0XL in the plus curve section has a bust roughly around 110cm. I need to stress that every single item of clothing has its own sizing chart. The 135cm number I mention above for 4x is commonly the bust measurement. However, the bust measurment can be higher or lower in some cases. Out of my 9 orders, they made a mistake with one of my orders where they sent the wrong item. All I did was go online and use the automated system which asked for a picture of the wrong item. Then it connected me to a person who said they would resend the right item. The entire process took about 5 minutes. All 8 other orders were perfect. The fastest I have received an order is within 10 days. The longest I've waited is 3 weeks. Most often it is 14 days (2 weeks). The reason why I only gave 4 stars out of 5 is because the site can be hit or miss. I've had a lot of success using the size charts and reviews for each item (especially the reviews with pics of people about my size wearing the clothes on their site). Out of the 41 items I ordered, I was only unhappy with 2. So around 95% happy. Lol. Good luck”

“I got my order. I ordered a large rather than medium yet both dresses did not even go over my shoulders. I tried to return and as a prior customer said the app. Does not let u complete your return after 2 days trying. I called Customer service and it kept ringing and then the call is dropped. I’m reporting them to Facebook as there seems to be many complaints like mine and I spent good money and I want it returned.”

“PROS: I knew I was getting into choppy waters with SHEIN but I found a cute (cheap) skirt and some adorable silk-like scarves (they’re polyester). CONS: SHEIN hides all reviews under 4 stars. That’s so sketchy to me. I honestly think that alone could dissuade me from shopping there. Just read comments from here though and now I’m worried about the items I’m returning... hope they don’t get lost...”
