“Do not buy from this company the jewelry is cheap and turns colour after wearing it no more than 3 times. I bought it for my mum as a birthday present engraved. She has had it less than 6 months and its useless now. Waste of money! don't waste your money or time on this company. I did reach out to them but again they wasn't interested in sorting the issue just happy to take my money. I certainly will not be ordering from that cheap place again. I have photos of my order.”

“I will never order from this company again. Shipping took longer than promised, and although the puzzles are pretty, the pieces don't interlock which makes them difficult to assemble. The slightest touch and you may lose your progress. I sent a request to return my puzzles but never got a response. There is no number to call, only an email address.”

“I ordered my product at the beginning of December for Christmas, it is now almost half way through January and I still have not received my parcel or even an email back with any information on its whereabouts. I have tried to contact "customer service" multiple times now to no avail. This is clearly not a business that anyone should be purchasing from. I am almost worried that it is a complete scheme to steal peoples money. I am incredibly disappointed and annoyed.”

“Ordered first week of December, still nothing.. Yet they sent an email asking if I can review the items I ordered. I would if I had them!! No way to track them either.. Would like my money back atleast if I am not going to be recieving my items..”

“Do not order anything from this company. I ordered my sister and my best friends Christmas presents from here on The 5th of December. It is now January 8th and I still not have received my order. The tracking is also terrible it’s telling me my package went from France to unknown ?? I do not live anywhere near france. I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. It’s super embarrassing when I keep having to tell people that I have not received their present. I never ever write reviews on company’s but I had to for this one. When I emailed them to tell them my problem I got a crappy email back from them that didn’t make me feel any more reassured that I was going to get my package. Terrible company”

“I wish I read all the reviews before ordering my item! I placed my order on 12/14/20 and paid 23.95 for 2-4 day shipping. After not receiving my item, I contacted them and they said it takes 5-7 days and then once the item is complete then it will be here in 2-4 days. The product did not ship for 11 days, and then it took another 10 days to arrive! The company said it is out of their control and would not refund my shipping fee. How do you charge someone more than the actual item for expedited shipping if it is not guaranteed and not in your control? This company is located in China but it says New york! Complete scam! The item was not even the way I was hoping! A christmas gift to my boss that did not even arrive until after New years! I will never order from here again”

“My father passed away suddenly the end of November. I placed 2 orders. One for some items for me and one for gifts for family members in rememberance of my dad. Now we are into January I haven’t received either order even though I got emails that they shipped. I have emailed and called soufeel customer service several times. No one has called or emailed me back. I am so frustrated. I will never order from this company again.”

“Ich habe diese Ohrringe und meine Mutter liebte sie so sehr, dass ich die gleichen Ohrringe für sie kaufte. Sie mag sie wirklich, sie sind so viel schöner als auf dem Hauptfoto. Wirklich hübsch und eine schöne Art, dein Outfit zu verstärken. Gut für den Alltag, wenn Sie etwas Größeres wünschen, um Ihr Kleid zu dekorieren. Und wirklich mühelos elegant. Ohrringe haben eine gute Größe und sehen teurer aus als sie sind. Beeindruckt von der Verpackung und der dazugehörigen Reinigungskleidung! Kam gut verpackt und ein internes Geschenk wie Box, aber sehr schön.”

“Ordered 3 x Puzzle cubes for friends and Family this Christmas, which they all loved and were a fantastic sticking filler. I ordered them from the UK in the middle of December and they still arrived before Christmas (on Christmas Eve!). Thankyou so much for offering such a great product and getting it to me as quickly as you did from the US.”

“My order was shipped on time. Although there was a delay in delivery, it was NOT the fault of Soufeel, it was the post office that caused the delay. Once I reached out to Tracy in customer service my problem was resolved & my package arrived rather quickly. Tracy was helpful & kept me informed. My products arrived & are absolutely perfect! I will be giving these as gifts & am super excited for my friends to get them. Thank you Soufeel for the quality products & most of all, for the terrific customer service that I received!”

“My husband bought me a key ring for Christmas with a picture of my dog who passed away this year. They have cut the top of her head off and it look ridiculous, even though he altered the photo to fit in the box they give you. They claim to handmake the items but there is absolutely no way it is handmade as if someone handmade it they would question the position. No confirmation email sent with the image they would use etc. No refund or offer to rectify even given the circumstances. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“This place is terrible it says 5-8 business days for shipping not over a month. I ordered december 6th and still have not received it. It doesn’t even said the USPS has received it. Very upsetting it was supposed to be to be a christmas gift.”

“Photo and personalised message engraved dog tag necklace, I was amazed at how good they were, the engraved photos looked amazing, the message was exactly what I had asked for and the chain was a good chunky one of good quality, I lost my husband 2 years ago, and thought my 2 eldest grandsons, who are young adults, would like a photo of their grandad, they were both blown away by them, they loved them as much as I did, thank you so much.”

“My kids got their pets’ faces on their socks for Christmas. They took a little while to come in, but I ordered them quickly. The kids love them and say they are really comfortable. I would buy from Santa Socks again. Tip: Order a bigger size because the image distorts the more you stretch the socks.”
