“I ordered this for my dad as I thought a picture of all his children when he was I'll would bring him comfort. He was so happy and the quality and craftsmanship of it was amazing!! I would highly recommend this company. It does take a while but well worth the wait!!! Very happy!”

“I emailed them about my order and they gave back an email within less than 24 hours. The delivery was okay - due to a busy time I order (as it is a custom website for gifts). Overall love the final product!!”

“Item took almost 2 months to send when the average time is 18 days. When I tried to contact customer service they took over a week to get back to me and said they would update my shipping information but then did not get back to me for another week. The communication was confusing and the shipping process was distressing.”
