“Your customer service dept is absolutely horrible. I was charged $274 for a fraudulent charge, made by some foreigner, and, after contacting you, you agreed to refund my charge. However that was on Dec 9, 2018, which you said would take 2-5 business days. I have sent you email after email letting you know we have still NOT received this credit, with NO RESPONSE FROM YOU. I've given you all the information on this transaction and my phone number to call so we could get this resolved. NO EMAIL or CALL to even let me know you are working trying to get it resolved. I should have looked at your reviews before ever purchasing anything from your company. Sad to think you operate this way. I will be putting messages out on social media letting people know not to purchase from your very unethical company.”

“Never will get anything from wish again, takes way to long to get here and sometimes I never get my packages have brought several things from wish early December and have yet to receive any of them and when I hit where is my package it says it’s still in china no new updates or anything”

“This company is a total scam!!!! If in could give Wish a negative 5 stars I would. Either the item does not arrive or it is cheap. When you ask for your money back all of a sudden your acct is not in good standing. Only way to get back in good standing is keep ordering. Have requested my money back so many times and keep getting the run around. Don't order from this company all they are doing is take your money for nothing!!!!! Total fraud/scam!!”

“Horrible we have contacted one of our lawyer's. Bought two smart watches 3 weeks ago. Today finally got this little package in the mail. ..i opened it and all it had was the plastic screen protectors from the watches....NOTHING ELSE ??! WHAT KINDA JOKE IS THIS I WILL GET MY $300+ BACK BELIEVE ME”

“Had a good experience with my test order, so I placed a an order with a few items. Big mistake. Only received one of three items and then was out of the window by the time I gave up on my order-two months. Be ready to part with your money.”

“These folks are crooks do not go on this website!!! They claim 100 percent guarantee but they don't tell you that you are required to pay for the return back to CHINA which is more than the item itself. Everything is counterfeited, colognes are watered down and clothing are extremely cheap material. Save yourself the heartache and the frustration of dealing with crooks”

“My first time with wish... an $8 pair of pants- comes w/ $4 shipping; some items came w/$3 ship. I would’ve paid $42 in s&h to wait for over 30 days to maybe get my items? That doesn’t turn out to be so cheap after all...Forget this.”

“Dear WISH I feel I am a great customer of wish, I have been ordering items since January 2017. In total I have ordered over 450 items (457 to be exact) and out of those I have returned items when they were broken by poor packaging or answering your questions about receiving items in a timely manner. For instance this is an example of an order that arrived 7 weeks after it was ordered on November 15th ago and it arrived just now (Jan 4th). And again it arrived damaged with a prong broken off of the earring due to POOR packaging, it arrived in a small plastic bag. Every time you ask if I received an item I have been truthful, and I have also submitted pictures as proof of broken items when requesting refunds. Your flagging of my account seems to imply that I am taking advantage of you, and all I have been doing is documenting broken items and answering your questions. It is really hurtful that you imply that. Can you help me”

“Sellers send a tracking number which rarely leaves China...no delivery,contact support,they extend the delivery date,contact support on the new date...again they extend delivery date...nondelivery...you contact support and now it's beyond a refund....”

“Paid £2 for a product that did not arrive, reported it and only received 40p back. I know it’s not much money but is surely against statutory rights. I will not buy anything else.”

“I made the mistake of ordering a lot of items at once. Most of what I received was complete junk - I would have gotten better quality at the dollar store. Also, 3 items never showed up despite showing tracking info that they'd come into the U.S. Because they been delayed, I waited to report them being lost (tracking info said they were coming) and by the time I did, the refund window had closed. Shame on this company. They'll never get another penny from me.”

“I heard good things about wish from coworkers who use the app who have purchased home decor items and some accessories. I decided to order some clothes for my daughter. Big mistake, glad it was cheap but you get what you pay for. She wore each outfit one time and they were falling apart and fading. Complete junk! I would not recommend!”

“Es pésimo compre varios cosas en wish algunas son bien y otras son de baja calidad, otras no me llegaron y otras enviaron algo totalmente difente a lo que promocionan, nadie responde por el dinero pues dicen qué hay que hablar con usps y dar el numero de envío pero no se sabe cual es peor ya que en USPS No dan razon de el pedido, no se que hacer, es frustrante.”

“It took 39 days for items to arrive. The fleece material is very thin and cheap looking. I ordered large size and was barely able to put it on (way too small). Size ran two sizes small. Will NOT order again!”

“I will absolutely never use wish again for any purchases. This has been the most ridiculous experience I've ever had with a vendor. I still do not have the product i ordered and still have no idea when it will show up. This item was supposed to be delivered by 12-15-18. Your customer service is completely worthless as i have received what looks to me like automated responses (which have no information and are vague at best) every time i have inquired about where my item is. Thanks but no thanks, waste of my time for sure. I'll be sure to let everyone i talk with know not to waste their time with wish.”
