“Well I was hoping I got my items after 1 month or more of waiting. Then I had to cancel but I got my refunds eventhough not the shipping costs. Beware of the shipping costs!”

“I order and you order it 5 times and wasted over £150. What system is this when I wanna cancel an order it doesn't work. I wanna cancel all the orders and I want my money back. 3 days I've been sending emails and you haven't even answered once and everyday you wasting my money from my account it's been 4days !!!! Give me back my money cancel the orders. This is the last time I was shopping on this app !!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I bought many items and almost everything is not as it seems!! It's all dollar store junk. It's all tiny compared to pictures. Ie: 1. a scarf is half a scarf but in the picture she probably has 4 scarfs on to make it look full and soft. 2. Ionizer air purification... Lol. This is 12in. High and looks 3 feet in pic. So cheap I am tossing it in garbage. 3. Tablet. Don't waste your money. Useless. Sound is so bad and tinny I can't play music. Can't download alot of programs. Very slow, forget taking pictures. I have an idea.... Put on the fish game if you can and leave it on the floor for cats to play with. 4. Car air purify..... Lol. Just open your windows people. 5. I can't believe how stupid I was to order so much!!”

“I have ordered from Wish for a few years. It's hit or miss, some of their items are cheaply made and they break in a short time. Here lately many of the items I ordered did not show up but Wish quickly refunded my money. I have had a couple of items to arrive with missing parts and I can't seem to get it resolved thru Wish. I guess I will have to except losing my money on those items. Live and learn...... Please read reviews from BBB. Don't buy from this app.”

“Inferior Quality - Horrible Customer Service - BEWARE!! Received product that was defective and poor quality. Contacted WISH Support and over a week later, this is what I've got... all automated responses! Hi David, Thanks for patiently waiting as we tried to reach out to our store. I'm sincerely sorry to inform you that we still hasn't receive any response from them. However, we've try and contacted the store again and should hear back from them within 48 hours. We will follow-up with you as soon as we get a response. “wish has the worst cheap garbage i have ever seen. on top of that you have to wait 3 weeks to get your stuff only to be disappointed....and that is IF it even shows up. I bought several things from this web..STAY AWAY !!!! You want something good go to Amazon.”

“It is so bad my rug is a door mat ,my tracksuit was a large and my 9 yr old son can not fit it ,can’t wait for the wife’s shoes unfortunately my daughter has grown up and has no dolls for them to fit , stay away from the Chinese shit”

“I had no clue that it would take over a month to get. When I tried the tracking it hasn't been updated since 1/19/2020 and it was still in China, it is now 1/27/2020 and I have no clue where it is. I won't order from here again.”

“Most goods from Wish are of poor quality or counterfeit copies their customer service is automated nonsense and almost impossible to deal with. Tracking numbers often make no sense when ordering ttry to look at the reviews on the product,and you will often find they are nothing like as described or pictured be very careful of what you buy.”

“I placed an order of Xiaomi Mi band 4 from Wish. Guess what I received? Wish sent a knockoff Xiaomi Mi band to me. I contracted to Wish customer support to complained why they sent a fake watch not as advertised. They did not answer my complaint clearly, such as: why a smart watch can not synchronize to my phone? Why there is no MI logo on the watch?”

“My account had a fraudulent charge and I contacted the wish support team to try to get the situation resolved. There were back and forth emails to no avail. I have resigned myself and will cut my loses but highly recommend to stay away from this app. I will never order anything from them again. Safe shopping with wish and be careful.”
