“I've been shopping on wish.com for the past few years and never had any major problems, other than the extremely cheap items and long shipping periods. I ordered an item that arrived in the wrong color and about 2 weeks later than expected, so I left a negative review. That must have gotten me on their radar, because not long after, they tried to STEAL $1,100 from my bank account!!!! Thankfully my bank canceled my card so when I went in to figure out why it was canceled, I was just in shock!! After talking with the bank associates, it turns out that I'm not the first person this has happened too (Utah). STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCUMBAG COMPANY AND IF YOU HAVE EVER USED WISH.COM YOU BETTER GET YOUR CARDS CANCELED!!!!!!!!!”

“I would like to leave no star. This company sucks. You will never get anything you order. Ordered 15 items on seperate tickets and nothing has ever been delivered. Been trying to track the refunds and that is a joke. They should be stopped. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!”

“This site is such a tease for poor people.They RIP us off.First I have ordered 3 things a couple years back and never got my items.Then on a flash sales of first come first serve they will notify you to you know if you were lucky enough to get the item.They have no problem taken your money out of your account so they got paid.I find out I wasn't one if the few to win the item,and I only got a little back in my account not the full price I paid.Welp lesson learned wish is go good to be true.I am done giving chances especially I honestly can't afford any ways.”

“I ordered 8 items for Christmas gifts for grandkids. I placed the order pn Black Friday. ONE item made in before Chistmas. It was slippers that I thought I was ordering Adult small and they were Child small! 2 more items came around January 10th. I FINALLY got 3 of the last four items on January 17th. I guess I am supposed to be happy with 7 of 8 items, waiting 7 weeks to get it and shelling out $20 to ship the gifts weeks AFTER Christmas?! There was no mention that the products were coming from China. They offer "tracking" that is a sham! I will NEVER buy from Wish again! STEER CLEAR”

“First, the items, two jackets, and earphones took over a month to receive. Second, the one Jacket is too small and trying to receive a larger size is taking another month for whatever company to accept the item back to exchange the jacket and hopefully send a larger size jacket to me. Correspondence is pathetically slow. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE M' FERS!!!!”

“AVOID. Customer service does not exist, no response to 4 emails, ordered and paid for an item, never received it. Then my email address and password was changed (not by me) now I cannot access my account. They are SCAMMERS. DO NOT order with these people.”

“My email was "stolen" right after Christmas. I've tried 10+ times to contact them to get support. NO HELP!!!. I have outstanding orders due but can't get them or any help. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!”

“I placed a order with them and it gave me the option to have it sent to a store for faster deliver. I got a email saying that it was at the store I called the store and was told they do not deal with Wish and do not have my items. So I contacted Wish through chat (could not find a phone number for them) so we went back and forth with emails then finally got a email that said I would get a refund I paid $4.55 and got back $.60. There website says that I got a refund of $2.55 um no. So I chat again and the email I got says I was not charged for it what??? if I was not charged then why did I get $.60 back. I will never use them again and strongly advise anyone form using them. RIP OFF”

“Two years ago, using wish was a fun experience. But in the last 5 months, a deceitful, shifty, misleading disaster. Twice I waited over 3 months for a product. When I finally asked for a refund instead, wish only refunded my price for the product, not shipping as well. Why? They claim because I asked for a refund too early. 3 months of waiting was too early?!? Also, I am fed up with the hidden costs that no one ever explains, or admits to. I have discovered a different online company I now shop with. Unlike wish, they make it clear what price, size, color or type of product you're getting. They also have 24/7 customer service. Too bad about wish. But if a company is going to be shifty, unclear and unresponsive, one can only hope they will soon be outof business. Good riddance.”

“Don't buy from Wish.com ever. I requested a refund for some orders that I never received and they denied it because it was over 30 days. The fact is the I had documented messages between them and I asking for my order status and they keep saying that it was shipped and in transit. Yes it was over 30 days but not because I did not take action. The most recent one was a promotion they had. The order was accepted and I received the confirmation emails. Two days later they sent me a message that they had to cancel the order because they received it too late and the promotion period had expired then. I have all the evidence showing the order confirmation. This business is a scam and seems to be illegitimate. Do not buy from them ever.”

“First of all there isnt a customer service at least not one you can access. Secondly I never saw an option for expedited shipping, and finally my order went to Israel it seems, I live in the US how does this happen. Then in trying to reach customer service I was able to request a refund and could have reordered but no option to talk to anyone about anything. I will NEVER order from Wish again.”
