“I ordered some items and they were cheap and fake. Wish also fraudulently took 102.82 out of my bank account for something never ordered and have no idea what it even is. I have attempted to resolve and they say "item" is on the way.....but there is no record of what the item is. They are a total scam and should be investigated for their scamming and theft of money from bank account. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!”

“The item I ordered came on schedule but it was nothing like the advertised item, not even close. I expected this since the item was so cheap compared to the market. You get what you pay for, and sometimes less.”

“this is the worst ever. I ordered an item December 5 and it still isn't here and there is no phone number to contact. Boy was I dumb using this website. Buyer beware. Wish sucks!!!”

“My account was hijacked My account was hijacked. Someone was able to change my email address and gain access to my account. I notified Wish immediately without any response for 6 days only to tell me that the matter was two sensitive to handle. This has been going on for 15 days without any resolution.”

“Ordered 8 small items as a test, 40 dollar total. 4 weeks later, 2 subpar, not as pictured items arrived. Every time an arrival date approaches on the other 6 items, they extend the arrival date. I've learned a 40$ lesson. Will not be using wish.com again, and suggest that you don't either..”

“I ordered a tablet did not get what add said what I got was very low quality and outdated I had order beats headphones also its been about a month now and still have not received anything yet I will never deal with wish and will not recommended it to anyone but the BBB”

“I have ordered 2 items from wish. Neither have arrived. One was supposed to be here by Dec 5, 2019, it's the middle of January, still not here. Another item was supposed to be here by January 5th, they changed it to January 12, still not here. Getting refund and deleting the wish app. You can order on eBay and get it much faster than this. Wish sucks and if I could I'd give you minus 100 stars.”

“Buyer beware. Half the items never showed up. First customer service message I was told “two months is too soon to complain about no delivery of item” Second message I was told, “It is too late the order is closed so though I never received it… too bad. To say nothing of the toys that just don’t work… impossible to return after a huge list of requirements (take a picture of the item, done, come back and they say take a picture of the packaging and the shipping label) then they send a return mailing label that is not only not usable but the shipping is 10 times more than the item. You get what you pay for … oh wait… you get nothing.”

“I ordered antique ( ha ha ) silver Morgan dollars and sterling silver and 14k gold jewelry . I took the coins to have appraised , they were fake. I tried to get my money back but had to contact wish first. They never contacted me with a resolution to date. Visa requires you call they first. Also items, besides being fake took over a month to arrive. DON’T ORDER FROM WISH!!!!”

“Rubbish or scam I'm not sure which. Product not arrived after weeks. Customer service is a machine which sends you round in circles and wastes more time than the articles are worth. DONT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE.”

“I ordered 16 items from WISH on Dec 8. 6 items reported that they were delivered. 6 items never arrived. Still haven't recieved a single thing I have ordered. They have said they will refund my money in about 14 more days. You can't talk to customer service. It is a bot that has blanket statements. It doesn't allow you to tell them your actual concern just yes or no or two choice answers to pick from that don't help you tell them what the real problem is.”

“Im so disappointed in WISH. I don't know how or why WISH is still in business, selling counterfeit clothing for counterfeit companies. It should be against the law and WISH should be shut down.”

“My wish account was hacked On January 7th and someone used to make unauthorized purchases costing over $1500. I contacted Wish immediately and they not do anything to assist me in this matter and allowed all the purchases to go through even though they knew they were unauthorized. I even tried calling Wish but they do not have a customer service number, it only redirects you to their email, which does not help at all. I am very disappointed in Wish and will not be using it anymore.”
