“Wish.com are thief’s!! The pictures you see on their site are not their own pictures. They steal pictures from legitimate businesses to use as their own then the products they actually send you is cheap materials compared to the stolen picture they used. They are lazy thief’s. You also have to wait a month or more getting the cheap product!! BEWARE buying from them!!”

“My packages were lost in transit and now i have no idea where they could let up. I used the wish pick up at the store but my items were never arrived at location... I have given up hope”

“I had been looking on wish.com for a couple weeks. Put several items in my cart. I have never ordered from them. As I was scrolling one evening everything in my cart, almost $400 worth of stuff was charged to my card which I had never used with them. I did not place an order. I then tried to cancel it within the first couple hours,with the no results. Could not contact anyone via email or via phone. Their website says if you cancel within the first 8 hours the order will be cancelled and you will not be charged. I believe this is a scam! They took almost everything I had on my card and are now sending me items I don't want and we're lower prices when I put them in my cart. And I have to pay shipping to send them back! Buyer beware! Don't even get on this site!”

“So I had an item that kept getting returned by customs. On the day before final delivery it was again returned by customs (all this in China And went on for 30 days). I got ahold of wish and asked what was going on. The response I received was that my item still could be delivered by the next day even though it was still in China. Then waiting another 7 days after that before I could request a refund. Another item says it arrived in the US. But after filling a tracking complaint with USPS it was determined that the tracking number given isn’t anywhere in their system. The last item was glass put directly in a plastic envelope no padding or anything. After 2 week delay in shipping it arrived completely smashed. So I asked for refunds now my account has been flagged for refund abuse ie. Stating I’m committing fraud for asking for my money back for broken or undelivered items. All I can say is wow accuse your customers of fraud and violating tos while all they did in reality is make you hold true to your TOS.”

“I have mainly purchased the jewellery and the rings are all bait and switch. By that I mean the photo's are beautiful but then the consumer receives a terrible item that is an extremely poor quality approximation of the item in the photo. One of the rings I received had a sticker resembling a stone rather than an actually stone. Avoid this site.”

“This is a scam. I used wish for buying of about over 5 items. The dates stated on different items where never met on delivery. But when Inquired the site keeps extending the delivery dates. I haven’t received any of my items nor have been asked for refund either. This is simply a scam and frauds are managing this site. My suggestion to all is not to trust Wish site in anyway.”

“I made an order for a Christmas present and it was never delivered. I raised enquiries online about the delivery and I was simply refunded. I never requested for a refund so they just processed it without even discussing the reasons for delay or what options I had. The item was for my younger brother and now I have to explain to a kid that he won’t receive this gift. In my view, the item was simply never sent - this is a scam business! It’s almost a month I have been waiting for this item. I will never buy again and I strongly recommend for anyone to avoid buying from Wish! I am extremely disappointed! I am shocked that the customer service is this terrible! I will pursue things further if my refund is not received - I will not let them get away with this!”

“I ordered an Item from wish on 11-29-2019 hoping to have it by Christmas. I'm aware of the fact it would take a while. But here we are into January and there is NO update on the route of my item. I was issued the refund of fir shipping $3.00 big deal. But where is my item. I gave them a chance but no more there are other online stores I have used and yes it takes while but almost 2 months NOT..”

“Someone managed to access our details via Wish and got lots of items ordered and sent to an address in Russia they also changed our email address. There are no contact details to ask them to remove us from their system and they do not reply to emails. The bank luckily informed us of a scam and did not process the £100 but we had to have our card stopped and re-issued. Never ever order from them it is a scam.”

“If your buying trinkets. Great. Try buying something about £40 I did twice, they said y they were delivered on both accounts. Was Not. I recieved a refund for the first as the postcode they said they delivered to was not what was in my details. The 2nd time I reordered, I just didn't get the item, they wouldn't refund, PayPal couldn't do anything. Be very wary. These are scammers”

“Well I have finally given up on wish, I can't understand why so many items keep getting lost, the big items take forever to come and sometimes never come.I also don't understand the pricing system the price shown as you browse, is at least 10 times lower than the actual price. Most of what I buy and lucky enough to received are normally really nice. I wouldn't order sheets, blankets anymore. The few I finally received, were smaller than a baby blanket, which was ADVERTIZE as a queen size.”

“Scam. I did 3 orders, they just took my money. They don't even let you talk with someone it's all online. If you complaint they change the status to "refunded" but I never got my money back. Never ever. Thieves!!!”

“scammmmmmmm what a mess? I ordered 16 items they will refund back 15 items and only send me one item. And imagine what? They won't refund me back the delivery. So just that 1 option which costs 1$ in dollarama costs me almost 16$. Never ever again!!!!”

“I placed a order in early November and still have not received but one item . Every time I contact support it’s the same thing . They never let you talk to a real person or say what you want to say . It was supposed to come in by December 16 , then January 2 and now it says January 18 . This is crazy . If they can’t do what they are supposed to and get the orders there at the right time . Or even speak to the customer about it , then they shouldn’t be doing this . Also two of my items were sent back . I didn’t say for them to do it . They just did . You order from Amazon and it’s here within just a few days . From now on I will go to them . Very, very unhappy customer !!! And they don’t care !”

“Wish.com customer service is terrible. Their automated system repeatedly kicks me off with my order questions never being asked and answered. Their solution is to immediately cause a refund when that wasn’t my intention, and then they flag you for excessive refunds. I generally only had questions about merchandise or delivery of my orders. Their delivery system is terrible as it repeatedly shows past dates and no new expected delivery date. Their system also automatically puts item descriptions on the outer mailing envelope which would greatly increase chance of package being stolen. There’s no good way to request no item description on outside mailing envelope like they want to encourage theft of packages.”

“Clothes sizes were way off. 2 shirts were supposedly delivered at the same time only 1 was on my porch so it likely wasn't stolen. I also live in a safe neighborhood. Asked for refund and Wish said to wait and see if it would show up although their system said it was delivered. I waited, it never showed up and now they say it's too late! Are you kidding me? I put the request in the day it was supposedly delivered. Had ordered 3 other shirts XL but the ones delivered were S at best. Wish only refunded 2 of 3 so I guess that's better than nothing. I'll never use this site again. Buyer beware.”

“my order was suppose to be delivered 12 24 19. then, an email. it will be here by the 31st. what day is it now? totally blew xmas. had to go to Walmart for a quick gift. if you want to wait (i don't know how long) for an item, go for it. horrible outfit. so just for giggles i ordered something else. i am counting the months when it shows up.”
