“Does it really help to tell you whats wrong.Bov21I ordered a pair of dress pants.It is now Jan 1st.And not 1 dam thing came for me to wear for the holidays!!!!”

“I ordered 14 pairs of shoes. I chose the sizes with the advertised low price. I received only 2 of the 14 pairs. One of the men's shoes I received wouldn't fit a 2 year old! When I complained to WISH my concerns about false advertising were ignored. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WISH.”

“Still don't have couple orders placed 12/3. The clothes I got are terrible. Cheaply made. Look cheap as well. Their email said they delivered my Free ring. Never got it. Price is always higher at check out. I will never use this again.”

“When I give my first order they didn't respond my order and send notify that "your payment is pending we will process your order as soon as it clear" and now it's been three day they didn't respond it. But, in other apps they respond it immediately. I request you to respond my order please.”

“Someone hacked my account, when I emailed wish (as you cannot call) it took weeks to hear back. Then I was told someone would contact me and it has been over a month with no call. Their lack of customer service and interest in customer security is unacceptable. I cannot log into my account and someone may or may not have my credit card.”

“BUYER BEWARE!! Wish.com has useless customer security. My account was hijacked and I notified Wish immediately. They not only didn't disable the account, they let the hacker cancel orders for refunds and then use the refunded credits to buy more stuff for themself.”

“This website is a hit or miss. The only things i got were the cheaper items. The more expensive one was a bag. I ordered that bag 2 years ago and never got it. If you want your items go for the cheaper ones. Also dont trust the reviews. The reviews for the bag were great yet i never recieved it. Never got my refund either. Not a good business. They ship 50 percent of the time. A good company ships 100 percent of the time. Dont buy here unless you wanna lose money”

“I need to give a zero star! I purchased an item which clearly stated £9 and the shipping was £6. This was shown on the screen just before I confirmed payment. Yet Wish have charged me £21 for the item and £15 for the shipping. They keep going back and forth when I'm emailing them saying rubbish, nothing that makes actual sense and it's obvious they are not even reading what I have simply stated has happened. They are thieves! Give a terrible service. There's no number to call, no email. They are evil.”

“I ordered a phone it lasted 5 mins trying to get a refund is a nightmare, other items have never even been delivered this is a very poor site to order goods & if you want a refund for anything over £1 good luck”

“Total scam, cheat, con, bought a Polish for 12.35+3 shipping, was charged 28.22. an incar charger for 11+3, was charged 32. And still waiting for delivery since 26/11/19. For the sale items, charged 5 each, but refunded 4.70. and the remaining refunds, no sights, over a month now. Customers service appalling!! Stay away from wish.. they ll take the money but don't hope for refund if items are not delivered or differ or fault... Good luck if my review is not good enough to advise you to steer clear of this SCAM company!!”

“In the past i would have given them 5 stars, but my some of my last orders are missing along with my money. No longer able to track them and unable to contact customer service. What happened to you Wish, you still owe me some stuff.”

“Downloaded the Wish app, made a number of purchases which took ages to arrive and were of extremely poor quality. A couple of weeks after downloading the app I started recieving calls on my cell phone that came up as being from India, France etc. When I answered, there was no one there and the call was disconnected. Went into the Wish app, deleted my phone number, deleted the app from my phone and the Calls stopped.”

“My biggest complaint about Wish is their "limited Quantity" items. They are priced incredibly cheap, usually 50 cents to a dollar. It's sort of like a bait and switch game they play. I clicked on about 75 of those items, expecting to owe about $75.00 plus shipping. I was billed over $600.00! They refunded most of the order saying those items didn't make it in time to get the discounted price. But Wow! did I ever get a surprise on the ones they filled! Ordered 1 backpack for 69 cents..got 6 backpacks at $35.00 each. Boots for 75 cents, billed $37.00. Ordered a small ipad for 50 cents, billed $77.00! and on and on. I have written to them many times and they say a customer service person will contact me in 3 days. They didn't tell me anything but wrote an email asking if my issue was resolved. I said Resolved? You didn't tell me anything. I said I want the items at the price I bought them for or send me a return prepaid label for return shipping because I would not be playing their bait and switch game and would be returning every item that was overpriced. They didn't talk to me at all but wrote in caps ISSUE RESOLVED. I'm waiting to see what that means. WISH me luck!”

“Unfortunately, the prices dont actually match the order all the time even though it's set to the currency and the worse part of wish is that you seldom get the product and if you do it's of the cheapest quality! Do yourselves a favour and order from Alibaba or amazon”

“OK , this is crazy: we received a vibrator today, my wife was getting ready to call the police thinking that it was a stalker! went into my PayPal account and notice that wish had taken $28.00 which was the value on amazon... canceled it immediately,. We had a good laugh knowing that it wasn't a stalker, the question now is what are we going to do with it? She doesn't need it TRUST me LOL”

“I've been waiting for order for 1 and a half months. Kept getting to delivery date and then several times it will say sorry about delay. This morning I tryed customer service and it said they were canceling the order and I would be refunded 12 to 14 days, are you kidding me, I didn't want to cancel! I've waited far to long. Guess thay just do that on there own. I'm vary disappointed. This site is nothing like amozon, or ebay like they state in reviews. I've never had any problems with those sites. And will no longer order anything from wish again furthermore, plan on letting as many people I can know to stay clear of this company!”

“I've been using wish now for a few years,,and all of a sudden there was an email change request that I did not ask for. I went to customer service to resolve this and I've had no help at all. I lost all of the order that were shipped and also lost all of my wish money and points. It basically started me out fresh. I had refunds coming that were list to. End of it all was no help and alot of my money and points stolen. I would never recommend wish to anybody. I've deleted the app and will never use it again. I'm still hoping for a complete refund on all that was taken. Wishful thinking I suppose. A living person at customer service to actually talk to would be nice.”
