“Emailed ad shows a price, go to the web site and the price is higher. Pictures of product are often not the same as on the web sight. Shipping charges often make the price higher that other sources. There is just far too many deceptive things for it to be an accident. I suggest shopping elsewhere.”

“Clothing items I ordered looked like the pictures but the material was very thin and cheap. Not at all what I expected nor the quality pictures. I won't buy anything again.”

“Ordered several items on 12/2/19. Only one little item was available for pickup that day. The rest were paid for, which mostly was postage cost, and promised at later date. Date came then moved then refunded with no explanation. Without shipping costs! The remaining orders are still supposedly pending Christmas is 3 days away?!”

“I canceled an order and still haven’t received my refund. The company keeps sending emails they credited my account on a certain day but never did. I told them I can provide proof that is incorrect but don’t do anything about it. It’s been over a month and still nothing but a run around. I don’t recommend them anymore. They are not trustworthy!”

“Can I give NO STARS. This is a scam company!!! I ordered something and paid shipping. It never arrived. I told them it never arrived. Now they are telling me I should have got a refund within 30 days.... How can I return something that didn't arrive? i want a refund for the product that did not arrive. shameful!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“I ordered a shirt, they took my money the time frame for delivery came and went, a new date was listed, it came and went, a new date was listed it came and went. I still haven't received my order and their customer service is a program that you can't talk to just give generic answers. I just want my money back so I can order elsewhere. This was a Christmas present that will certainly not arrive on time.”

“Ordered 1 item it never arrived so got a refund, ordered the same item again and that has arrived either so got another refund, just one other item to be delivered if it doesn't arrive by the due date I will be asking for another refund. Very very disappointed will not be using Wish ever again and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.”

“I was very disappointed because the item does not look anything like the actual image, and it is not sterling silver as it was implied it would be in the sales ad. I have listed an image beside what I got. There is no diamond in the wedding band that goes with the lady's ring and it does not sit beside it right either. It is warped and shaped wrong. Messed up my Christmas.”

“I ordered a bunch of things all at once. Despite the expected delivery date being a month away, everything was late! Some were damaged and some didn’t arrive at all and they gave me a refund. Out of a dozen items, maybe 2 were on time, not damaged, and as expected”

“I ordered two embossed rolling pins and a dog raincoat, and what I got was two plain wooden dowels and a melted piece of unusable plastic because these idiots heat sealed the raincoat in a plastic package. No worries, though. They refunded $1 on each of the dowels🤯”

“Thought I would try this site as an alternative to E Bay sadly it is no alternative at all, very long delivery times, dubious trackers, price instantly leaps by at least 30% when you click "buy" which is a bit of a con as on E Bay buy it now what you see is what you pay.extortionate postal charges. I ordered a lot of very small stuff as a tester. I had one decent deal, the only one that has been delivered without the delivery date being changed. No I will stick to E Bay in future then I will know when my order is arriving and what price I am paying.”

“I ordered and my mastercard was charged November 22, delivery was Dec. 7-19. On Dec. 9 it showed it was in destination country. Today, Dec. 19, I get notification it will not be at my home until December 26, AFTER CHRISTMAS. What is the point of ordering a felt Christmas tree if I will not get it before Christmas? I ordererd it because WISH said it would arrive before Christmas. I think 4 weeks is plenty of time to get me my order. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. DONE.”
