“I ordered 3 toys from wish to be delivered by Dec 25th. One came in with the box ripped and it's Dec 27 and no sign of the other 2. You cannot cancel an order if over 8 hours of ordering. I would absolutely not use Wish again.”

“I order a dress on November 29. I was given a delivery date of December 25. it is now December 27. Still no package. I have sent email after email NO response back yet. Be wise DO NOT EVER order from Wish. Also check your account and remove your credit card payment Immediately.”

“URGENT WARNING: I would give them a zero no star rating if I could…I wake up this morning to a fraudulent $798 credit card charge from WISH! Scum bag pieces of shit… Luckily my bank notified me right away. Now I have to go through the pain in the ass of getting a new credit card… Stay away stay far away do not put your credit card information on WISH!”

“When I finish my order it was a total of $48 then when I was sent the email confirmation I was charged $143 in my credit card. Very unprofessional. I define this app as scammers. DONT BUY FROM THEM!”

“I ordered a shirt and some socks that never came and wish refunded my money but only for wish cash. The problem is they sent me a transcript of a conversation with customer service with my name on it. I never spoke to customer service in any way, shape or form. What kind of scam is this?”

“I wrote wish in regards to a pair of pants I didnt receive. They pretty much told me they are sorry but they verified they arrived at my home. So I'm short a gift I paid for cause nobody has to sign for the packages they had delivered.”

“It's a shame. First order I made was for walkie talkies for am amazing price. I paid for it and paid for shipping. They then notify me a few days later telling me that they were unable to process the order in time to honor that price, offered a refund and attached an advertisement which contained other walkie talkies at a much higher price. Ok, mistakes happen. So I re-ordered when walkie talkies at the same price, only to get the same result. I contacted customer service and inquired as to why the bait and switch tactics. I was advised that many of their products come in different sizes and colors. Walkie talkies? Why wasn't I offered a replacement color or size then. These were meant to help a disabled person sleep by knowing help was just a button away. He didn't care about what color they were. Waiting on a response from that communication now, and will change this rating if and when it's received.”

“First, it took 2 weeks for they to deliver the item, then the wig is non-useful, hair is just falls off by touching it and now I can't get any one to answer no questions on returning it or getting a credit on my account! I will never use this website again! Bad product and bad customer service”

“Oh dear,Oh dear, Oh dear! What shock! I wish I had read the reviews first, but I guess I am so used to legit on line companies like Amazon that I fell into a trap I did not know existed! I could order only one item at a time (ie same dog coat but different colour, when I reapplied for the second coat the price shot up! I ordered on 6 December, but no arrival by 23 Dec...and then the fun started!! This is an example of robots out of control! a terrifying example of complete non human interaction (if you can call it that!) I am now terrified of what might happen to my bank account after reading reviews!! Even worse, I am in the UK..had no idea I was buying international!! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! I am telling everyone I can KEEP AWAY! And as one review strongly suggests...lawyers, if you are out there, step in quickly before more people are hurt! My daughters did not get their presents on Christmas day, although the 'customer service robot' kept saying that we would receive it 'on or before 25 Dec.”

“First order was great. Second order It took money automatically from my paypal account with out me logging in to it Plus I was charged for delivery. How can they take money like that, unless they have saved my details of my first ever purchase when I first logged on, including the password. WRONG WRONG WRONG . good by wish”

“I understand that their products are estimates in delivery, but when it comes to Christmas Gifts, there's an expectation of when something says it will be delivered. I ordered a $1 ring and got that faster than my Daughter's Dollhouse. Here we are on Christmas Eve and now I have to scrounge for a gift for her. Never using Wish again!”
