“I thought I'd give wish a chance. Sorry. There's a reason everything is so cheap. Sizing is horrendous, delivery is sketchy at best and quality is, well, you get what you pay for. Stay away. Don't bother. Run don't walk.”

“I’ve noticed that when I order small items(jewelry and small item of clothing ONLY) I receive them might be a bit late like a week after but I receive them. As soon as I order a toy or a larger item the size of a 16oz cup I never get it and the tracking doesn’t update. So I’m always getting either my money back (which takes 15+days 😡) or I get it and add it to my Wish cash🤦🏻‍♀️...and I’ll reorder a different item to try them again a size bigger I don’t get it...so I decide to just order a small item like size of jewelry I get it ...🤦🏻‍♀️😡 so in other words this place is good to order small items for me. It might be different to other people but just sharing my experience 😢”

“I bought a bag and a face cleaning device from wish. The buckle for the bag broke in 2 months,&and the cleaner was also not effective. The bag was delivered to an outskirt location, where I had to go to pick it up. I emailed them million times asking for bank details for transffering the money they never gave me the bank details. After 2 months they send me a letter that I owe them 100 €. It is a big fraud application. (Deleted by wish). They only show positive reviews every where to hide thier fraud.”

“Waste of time and money, Waste of time and money, Most sale items will not ship. If an item is on flash sale, they will take your money wait two days, tell you it took too long to process your purchase for the discounted price and then try to get you to accept a store credit saying it will take 14 days for a refund to your CC. I ordered 16 items to see how the platform performed and of those 16 items Wish canceled 12 with an offer of a refund in 14 days. I have yet to receive the 4 items they actually did ship, but I don't expect anything more then I have already found on the platform.”

“If only I read the reviews before ordering. First and last time. I ordered an exercise bike and weeks after paying I got told that they can no longer deliver my order. They said something about refunds yet nothing has happened. That bike was for medical reasons. I am already broke seeing my doctor. The least you can do is be considerate”

“I ordered Russian Cake Decorating Tips in the fall. Wish sent regular cake decorating tips and I have been writing back and forth since NOVEMBER to get the correct tips sent, or a refund. I can't even sign on to my account, and 33 emails later Wish still doesn't provide a refund or the tips. They have proof (3 photos), I cannot sign in to my page and I have told them that, but I get the same standard 'bot' reply - only now I get it in various languages! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON ARTIST COMPANY! All I wanted was Russian cake decorating tips, they were a Christmas gift for my daughter who does amazing cakes. I ended up getting a set from Amazon and they are good, BUT I WANT A REFUND OR THE DARN TIPS I PAID FOR.”

“I wish I looked at the online reviews, before ordering from wish. If I could give lower then a 1 star review I would. Order tracking is a joke, Items get stuck at one place for a month. Can't find any LIVE Customer Service. When you get a response, its no help. All the items are shipped from China. I would not have ordered from Wish, if I had known that. I don't willingly support Communist, Oppressive Countries. That hold Christian and Muslims in Concentration camps, Sell prisoner organs, on the Black Market, and that want to take the Freedoms of Hong Kong away. Will never order from here again, because of their Oppressive Country of origin, Horrible Customer Service, and terrible shipping practices.”

“The most fraudulent, unprofessional, penny pinching deviant business people I have ever seen! R-U-N-N-N!!!! Do not do business with these people. They lie to you about when you will receive your shipments their products are cheap (especially clothing) and they will run you around in circles if you want to return until the return window is expired. Disgusting business practices. I have advised EVERYONE I know not to EVER do business with these frauds. They will take, keep your money and ship you garbage. Watch out! Be wise and spend your money with Amazon or another company that has honor and integrity in their business dealings and actually likes to keep their customers. Wish.com is DEFINITELY not that. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!”

“The whole order experience sucked! I will no longer buy from Wish and as a business owner I will no longer be recommending it to others. I had an issue with my 50% coupon code not working and customer service sucks..you can ONLY chat. My issue had no resolution after days of trying to get them to honor the coupon but apparently the company has no control over their systems as I was unable to cancel or have my discount code honored because they can't do anything once the order is placed! The prices look good but you're really paying the same price as other online stores but with Wish it will mostly go towards postage so you can't really get your money back if you don't like something. Very DISSATISFIED!!!!!”

“Was offered a 'free' gift of a watch, which actually cost something silly like 0.86p?! Was supposed to be shipped October 2019, kept getting emails saying it was delayed. When I queried it, apparently it was shipped 8th November, don't know who to because I never received it! Now I have been told it is too late to raise a complaint or a refund? Ok its only 86p but reading what everyone else seems to be saying about Wish, I'm glad I hung on and didn't order anything from this dubious outfit!”

“I have purchase several items from Wish and most of them have problems. If it is anything technological it usually doesn’t work and I have to claim a refund. This is sort of OK if it occurs during the first 30 days after purchase but if it is outside that time they refuse to offer any warranty/guarantee whatsoever. I purchased a laptop computer paying over £150. It lasted less than 6 months of minimal use now it doesn’t work and Wish don’t want to know. My advice is to consider buying ‘simple’ stuff that are not required to be reliable from them but keep away from anything that is more technical.”

“Everything i ordered was 3 sizes to small false advertisements on sizes an the pictures look one way an the item is totally different very cheaply made products was disappointed with every itemed i ordered shipping time is ridiculous it takes weeks before you get ur package”

“Wish.com sells sex toys on there site. After several complaints to Customer service, which were answered in a timely manner, I was refered to a site showing me what they do not authorize. It stated that sex toys can be sold as long as it is done without discusting pictures, language etc..... This makes them an XXX Sex store. which is discusting in itself.”
