I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE A WISH EVEN ONE STAR. Their Customer Service is the WORST by far and NOBODY comes even close!!! I have an issue with shopping cart and it been over 3 weeks and they can't fix it. They keep referring to FAQ and tell me restart my phone and than they don't answer questions at all. THEY ARE JUST STUPID!!!!!! And they will be going out of the business VERY SOON!!!!!!!!! I have in my shopping cart stuff for over $2,000 that I am willing to pay to this company and they don't want it! I am closing my Wish account and will take my money to spend somewhere else!

Just disappointed with Wish and its poor service. Items partially delivered. I had ordered a duo chrome mica powder in 8 different shades. Only 4 of them arrived at my place. What about the others? Still a mystery. Other items appeared on delay, but I have the supect there must be a fraud or the items have been stolen/ lost. Tracking is not always available, so sometimes it is impossible to track an item. Usually when I used to read that an item was at destionation's country customs, it meant that it was going to be with me the next day. Ultimately, when i read this notification, the item i was expecting never got delivered to me. So annoying and stressful and it also affected my business.

I have been with Wish since 2017 and I was pleased for a while, receiving my orders even before the due delivery date. In the last 6 months, I have noticed long delivery times and items partially delivered, which promoted me to think about worst case scenarios : items got lost/ stolen and even fraud. Exhausted with these unhappy situations occuring far too frequently and only getting a refund (what a solace!) everytime when all I wanted was my items being delivered and posted in my mailbox, I decided to delete my Wish account for good.

2 time i bought 1 item and i never got it,many time i contact them and they newer answer well. i am going to close my account very son, really i feel they are cheating me. any one from wish want to contact me this is my order number : Order #: 5d436406bec679689f9187dd

As I hit purchase the address automatically changed to my old address on file. I tried to change address but the online form does not work and only allows you to change the street address, not the city, state or zip code. I have had no luck at getting ahold of an actual person. The item has now shipped to a non existent address. I don’t even know how they were able to send it. HORRIBLE SUPPORT.

I order seed from this site. Could be that I was sent dust from floor. Yugioh cards my son ordered were so substandard that they looked used. Wish advertises limited products but these are not available. When my current orders clear i will cancel my account.

I received the wrong item today and when I asked for a refund I was told I had already ask for a refund on that item THAT IS A LIE I just received it an hour ago I thought Wish was a good company but how wrong I am

I received an item yesterday and it was the wrong necklace I tried to explain to customer support The choices given were very odd and none of them matched my complaint I tried several times to explain with no help

I have placed a number of orders and they generally arrived late based on the estimated delivery time to Australia. The products were generally of poor quality but considering the cheap price, it's not too bad. Clothing sizes are an issue as they tend to be too small and the quality has varied from pretty good to it may last a few washes. Anything metal was of inferior quality and the one electronic device I bought works well, but the manual was written by somebody not conversant in English so took a while to figure out.

I have been shopping on wish for sometime and then they suddenly blocked my account wanting my screen shot of shopping on their site. I have tried to up load this information for them several times but no results. I'm not only disappointed at the bad experience and service I've stopped shopping! now I shop at joom which have completely free delivery service unlike the extortionate prices on delivery and posting on wish.

I've been with Wish for a while now. I have ordered many of their items and have been pretty satisfied with their products for the price you pay. I always order very inexpensive items and basically pay more for the shipping. I am in no rush for the delivery but if you need your item at the last minute just sit and relax until you receive it as there will be some items that do take much longer than others. Another point is that I've never had to return an item and I have received every single order I have placed so I have not had to deal with Customer Service. To this day, I was satisfied with them but suddenly something went wrong with my account which is now blocked. They asked me to confirm my email which I did, and nonetheless I am still blocked. So I guess Wish has just lost a good and faithful customer. Will look for another shopping site.

I had an item that never arrived and can not get a person to respond so I disputed it thru Paypal who got something from Wish and denied my claim. Now Wish has me blocked because I did dispute the item and can not get a refund for the item! HORRIBLE customer support, actually NO support at all. Will NEVER shop with them again!

Everything I ordered is not the way it looks in the picture. What I did get is cheaply made. Delivery takes Forever. I deleted that company from my ipad

Ordered a light from wish, have still not received it, it’s been over 1 month keep sending them messages, however no response and no product and no refund😡 never use them again lost £68

I placed an order that although marked delievered 5 days ago, NEVER arrived. I contacted customer service for the past 3 days and only received a prescripted letter saying keep waiting and contact us back before the August cut off. After 3 days I have received the same letter from 3 reps. None of then address my missing order refund. I am very sad my first order went like this. Guess Im back to Walmart and Amazon. Sad and Bad Business practices. Will file claim with BBB tomorrow. Stealing $26 shame on Wish!

do not buy anything from this website they will take the customer's hard earned cash and run away with it/or even send their garbage in exchange for the customer's hard earned cash,what they sell is all counterfeit goods/illegal goods,not recommended.

I guess this is a preemptive review. I recently ordered two items just for fun (a coloring book and some brush pens.) I paid a total of $8.77, including shipping. If I find out that I was charged more than that, I'm gonna raise hell. I have been told that the items will arrive by August 21st, and that the coloring book has left China, but the brush pens have not. We'll see.
