“I’ve order twice from Wish and they are terrible. Both orders they couldn’t give any delivery updates. First order arrived month later than wanted and second order has not arrived at all. When I message support they cannot help and claim it may still come. They have missed 2 delivery dates and still no help on the order. They have blanket emails for when. They respond so no matter how many tickets you open, same response. Terrible experience.”

“Pure junk. Ultra bad. My guess is they make their monies off of luring you in for "free" items then charging 2 bucks instead of 1 for shipping, for items they're going to short change you for anyway-as they did with me, cost only .20 to manufacture and then ignore your emails until you give up. So it's a huge numbers game. With over 3 billion internet users, all it takes a few dozen suckers at a time and they're in the black-with your money. I certainly got screwed.”

“I personally have been ordering from Wish for 2 + years and have NEVER had issues with them. Great prices just don't understand why their shipping charges are so high. I guess it is to offset the low price of the product. I know I have made at least 100 purchases and no issues. There can be a Long wait time for most things since they come from China, but I am aware of that and lately they have been exceptionally fast with deliveries from there too. I know alot of.people worry about their credit card info but I use PayPal and have never had issue. I always do reviews on products so I keep track of what and when something arrives I will continue to use them. Just make sure you read entire description for each product for size and amounts. Then you wont be disappointed.”

“It is a very dangerous website and does fraud transactions. Don't buy anything from a wish, especially using your debit or credit cards. I struggled a lot to get back my money, unauthorised transaction done by using my debit card. They saved all my debit card details while doing one transaction. by using that card details, they made one order on my name and delivered the product to my address. In spite of several reminders, complaints no fruitful action taken by them. Never do shopping using wish.com website or app.”

“I bought a hammock with tarp. I found that the tarp was too small for the hammock could work asymmetrically and that can be a problem with the change of the wind. If hung symmetrically you will get wet. Not in the description. Fool me once shame on me. Fool me twice, you're screwed. this is not a reliable source for buying an item, you have to pay to deliver and send it back. I choose to pay a little more . I'm through with wish.”

“Sneakers came three sizes too small. Two blouses ok but very poorly made. Will never order anything from them. For the money spent on shipping, these items were a waste of money.”

“BEWARE TO GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have been contacting Wish customer support for days because someone STOLE my account! OR somehow wish have assigned my account to someone else, JUST CRAZY! ' I downloaded the new update and then when I log into my account with MY username & password, it does NOT log me into my account but someone else & from a different country!! No order history on this account or nothing. In MY REAL account who someone has possession now, there is tons of purchases because I use wish a lot! So my cc card was attached with my account, who is in control of SOMEONE ELSE that's not me, the REAL account owner. I keep contacting wish support with emergency to let them know of this huge issue but they DON'T EVEN READ EMAILS!!! I explained in the email in detail what is happening which is what I wrote above, and they keep responding asking me for the order number I’m having problems with from my order history. WHAT?? I have responded a thousand times that there is NO problem with an order and to PLEASE READ the email because I don’t understand how they can respond to something that’s completely unrelated to the actual issue and reason for me to contact them. I'm so frustrated by their lack of support, help and INCOMPETENCY that I’m just deleting the app forever and cancel the cc card linked to my wish account. I simply cannot understand how you can contact them for one such important issue and they OBVIOUSLY don’t even read emails because they reply with automated completely unrelated email responses! BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS APP AND ADDING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! Completely unsafe and unprofessional this company is. BE WARNED!”

“Ordered a watch. Did not respond to screen touch...poor directions provided and darn thing stopped working after 3 days of use. Literally STOPPED! Have other orders pending...hopefully this watch was a fluke.”

“They won't give me a refund for items not received and blocked my account for refunds. Most items are junk. Then they send me two teenage pillow cases for items that didn't come. My kids are in college now. Pillow cases went straight to trash. My family and friends have now deleted their app. Now I'm going to report them to the BBB and all of you should to. They need to be shut down.”

“It’s sooo bad i have ordered MANY things and almost 20% of the things arrived at the time .. I asked for refunds for some items they did the refunds but then they blocked my account for refunds so there are items that didn’t move in the shipping process since 16 April and i cannot do anything or ask for refund cause they blocked my account refund system !! I have no idea if you don’t receive your items what you’re supposed to do ... ahh and the quality is sooo poor and the sizes are not good ... It’s a the worst experience i had of online shopping.. No one i know is going to buy anything from this site ..”
