“bad for small business, wish wants to notify you after you complete the set up about taking money from you this service is dishonest taking money with ut a sure way to know if you will make any returns, takes money from you as a business, before letting the business get a start before you can make a dime using the services to even gain a dime so basically your risking your sales after paying 2000.00 dollars they don't state this before signing up, they wait till you set the store up then oh btw we need 2000.00 that right there is a scaming way to steal money”

“So this app should be named HOPE because that's what you do when you order anything off this app. You hope to receive what you've purchased on time, and then when you don't receive it you WISH that you didn't bother wasting your time and money on this app. Wait.........maybe they did name the app correctly.”

“Ordered some stuff, 30 days later the damn package is still in china. They keep postponing the date the package is supposed to get here in the USA. Wish does not want to give me a refund. They are thiefs! Don't ever order from these crooks.”

“Bought a dash cam for £11 was then charged the rediculous sum of £19 postage. Then to get item had to pay a fee of £ 3.32 to customs for breach of rules then a £8 fee to royal mail. Could have bought the same item with free postage on ebay for less than £20. Buyer beware.”

“Don't do it , this wish fake company is a total scam , they take your money and run , all communication is done via website and the customer service nber is bunk. They are supposed to follow credit card companie rules they are contracted with. Obviously they don't follow the contract agreements , it's a sham done get sucked in.”

“THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT WHEN I COMPLAINED AND REFUSED TO REFUND FOR ITEMS NEVER DELIVERED. Dont bother using wish. They take your money and refuse to refund when the goods are not delivered. AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“I've been waiting on two refunds from Wish that were processed on June 25, 2019. One refund was supposed to be returned to my card July 8th and second one on July 9th. Today is July 15 and my money has not been refunded. The contact number 1-800-266-0172 is automated and no help at all. The second number 1-760-788-2200 connected to a water company. I left my phone through the email and text correspondent but I have not got a call. I have been patient but now I am suspicious if this situation will solved. I will be contacting the BBB and will post my experience on all social media platforms. My name is LeRoy McLemore”

“One must resist on purchasing a inexpensive drone from Wish. I purchased a drone from Wish....Upon receiving one (1) month after ordering, it was found out that the electronics and the instructions for this product were substandard . I was hoping to have something a little bit better built, but what do you expect for $150. After contacting Wish 3x explaining the problem and requesting a refund (per Wish's Refund Policy), they kept sending emails back basically saying "The store owner insists that it's a good product, so keep trying with these instructions", which were the same on each email from them and did not work. I told them I was through and wanted a refund and after the third email, Wish stopped communicating back. I had to go through PayPal Resolution Dept. Wish did not even communicate back to them. PayPal did return funds to me, but I did have to pay the RETURN SHIPPING back to WISH in order to get a refund on a defective product. So don't take a chance with the inexpensive Chinese electronics that Wish is selling or rely on the Reviews on the Wish site regarding electronic products...There is a high probability that it will not work right or even at all or even last after 1-2 uses.”

“Ordered a few items received only one seems most make it to customs but never leave there / alot never leave China because of the trade war so be very careful of wish it's a good way for Chinese merchant s to make money without sending anything”

“I ordered a tropical Muriel. When I got it half the Muriel was faded out. I was extremely disappointed because I was having a party and that was one of the main items to make guests feel like they were looking out at a beach in Hawaii. I was like they sent me a reject product from the company that makes the Muriel.”
