“By MY mistake, I ordered a item that was too small. So, it was my fault completely but without asking item in return, I got full refund. Same thing with rings I ordered - delivery was late one day and that same day I got FULL refund. I’m very satisfied with their products and support”

“They offer very cheap promotions. But subject to approval. The next day they tell you that you did not qualify for the promotion and they give you a refund, 14 days later, at which time, they work with your money. If you add millions of users who fall for the same scam, they have millions of free dollars to work per day. You run out of merchandise and recover your money days later. A big scam”

“I don't know what Wish site some of the negative customers are using.... I have all good things to say about Wish. Anytime I have had situation rather than ask me to send back the faulty item ( which has only happened twice in as many years) They credit my account... Thank You WISH.”

“I had been a wish customer for shortime.At first things were fine until I received more than product that was not of good enough quality.I requested refunds under their 30, day refund policy and found they immediately blocked my account which meant it was not useable.They frequently and worryingly held my account to ransom by refusing to allow me to use the account if I did not provide a photo of (1) The front and back of my debit card (2) A full photo of driving licence front and back (3), A full photo of passport front and back (4) A photo of my bank statement showing account numbers and transactions. Because I refused they completely blocked account so I deleted it. First impression they seem nice and fair but are not.I kept contacting them in English and they would only reply in Spanish .I believe this was intentional. After my experiences I would not recommend shopping with wish.I have been advised they should not be asking for photos by my bank and this can aid ID theft very easily. They basically hold you to ransom and if they don't get their own way get very very nasty. I would never never ever shop with these con artists again.”

“Contacted them about late delivery very frequently. And interior products Some refunded But lately wish services are extremely off. And there shipping charges for there items is very bad I Will not be ordering from wish any longer”

“Do not buy from Wish. Poor quality and no customer service at all. Still waiting for my refund, which I am sure I will never get. I wish I had look at the reviews before ordering, this way I would not have bought any thing. SCAM”

“Do not order from this company. 1. when your order is incorrect you have to send back the item at your expense. 2. There is no phone number at all to voice your concerns. 3. I have been waiting over 30 days to get money credited back to my card, even though they promise 14 days. immediately after placing an order I saw something that would work better. I cancelled the first order and placed the second. When the order arrived it was the wrong color. 4. Although they offer many drop menus initially to address your issue, once you are finally sent your email to print your return label you are forced to choose either " I ordered the wrong item" or " nevermind" making it the customer fault for their error!!! I returned the item with the label it has been received and now I am waiting on 2 refunds.”

“What these reviews are not telling you is that Wish cannot hold their thousands of merchants to their great standards. So Wish ALWAYS takes returns or issues a full refund! They always make it right for the customer and then you can give the particular merchant a bad reviews on the Wish app so that others do not use that merchant, but don't say that Wish is bad. Every item that they verify is always great and comes in a timely fashion.”

“i ordered and never got mdse.took approx 2 months for refund.can not talk with anyone. i have had this problem for months can only send short message and they auto respond .wish i could have an atty to take them to court for false advertisement and fraud.do not purchase from them as you will be ripped off.they need to be sued for deception.”

“Very bad clothing nothing like the photos I ordered six items all need to be returned won't be using again and I am checking my bank account for the refunds if I don't receive this as stated I will be contacting my solicitor”

“AVOID WISH UNLESS YOU WANT TO WISH YOUR MONEY AWAY. what you see is not what you eventually get. returns or exchanges? forget it!!! customer service responses are robotic ( live chat ) and bogus. No response to request to exchange at all. BEWARE”

“They stole my money. I bought a item that I have not received. They everytime wrote me to wait...After months that i don't have news, i tried have the refund and they told me that i can't receive the refund because it's been too long, when they told me to wait. is the worst online store in the world. Stealing customers money, never again wish.”

“Everything was horror I never received my package shipment updates where horrible and when I complained about not receiveing my full refund I was completely ignored as if nothing happened, I have friends that have had similar or worst experiences. Communicating with the operator was the dummest thing ever. I will never buy anything else from this company and I will try to inform as many people as I can about your terrible service, Thought I would give it a try but to my mistake I should have known.”
