“Purchased makeup brushes Jan 14. Supposed to arrive by feb 21. On feb 21 they changed the date to feb 28. Customer service is a joke. The tracking is ridiculous, still says it’s in China. I write customer services and get a prewrittrn response .”

“For the first couple months I've used wish I've had great experiences. About half the stuff I order is defective or cheap so I returned it. Their policy is they will refund you but you don't have to physically return it. I just ordered a bunch of stuff all of which is damaged effective or cheap and now they say I'm not a customer in good standing so I cannot return them. This is a scam site.”

“I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered items on different a dates in December, it a now February 22 and nothing arrived. I checked the site and it says all items were refunded. But I don't see the money in my account. One item that was not refunded said it arrived on January 18th but I never received it and it's too late for a refund. I'm unable to get in touch with anyone from customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM WISH!!! It is a total rip-off! The absolute worst place to buy from.”

“Pro: Product prices and shipping prices are good. I order regularly and everything has arrived a week to three weeks earlier then I was originally told. I’ve been very happy with the products I’ve ordered and received. Con: don’t expect products to arrive as quickly as from Amazon, they are coming from China (but by air, not ship). But I have no problem with this.”

“Bought a gaming laptop from Wish and as soon as I sent the laptop to the vendor, Wish told me I need to verify that I'm the card holder. They're requesting for a transaction I NEVER made. Complete fraud and they refuse to give me my money back!”

“Omg wish is still the worse. I had to delete my app cause I was running out of memory, wish used more memory then all my apps combined. So I went to go in site and it won't even let you look at items without getting app or logging in. They really don't want money! When you hit a pic screen comes up and blocks you from viewing it or buying it. I tried logging in it won't let me and won't let me change password. I thought my first review was terrible. They don't want customers! Bad site all together!”

“The quality is a joke, NOTHING more than Dollar store junk. a pair of shoes that were nothing close to the picture and the hardest plastic I have ever seen. Don't waste your time or money.”

“the merchandise is not what expected by pictures. shoes were almost embarrassing, the tops all were the same fluffy cheap material that is baggy and uneven. I wouldn't wear most of the stuff that I ordered for almost $450.00. I did not get a print out of the order and had no idea that I purchased that amount because I didn't get that either. Now when I called to get a copy, I need to pay for a printed copy. I will never even go to this website again. Terrible. Bad cheap China products. I can only recommend that you run.”

“If i could give this 0 stars i would. This site sucks and is a rip off. I made a purchase 1/24/19 and here it is almost a month later and still no package. There is no way to reach anyone and all communication in the so called "customer support" is automated. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!! Unless you just like throwing money away”

“Your company sucks. I hate this company and I wish I could sue the makers of this company. I hate you and the people who allowed it to be a site. My poor mother bought a hair straightener for her family expecting it to be "salon quality" but no she spent 20 dollars, 20 DOLLARS on a hair straightener that is 5 inches at most. I feel so bad for her. An innocent old woman wanting to buy something for her family only to be disappointed of herself for thinking she was stupid, NO YOU'RE STUPID and COMPLETE JERKS. It's funny 79.89% of people gave a TERRIBLE review. I feel bad for these people on this website. YOU FILTHY JERKS!!!”

“OK, yes I am a real person, and no I am not affiliated with Wish.com!! I am located in the U.S. and have placed many orders with Wish.com. Overall, I've been very happy. That being said, the items I ordered were things like costume jewelry or kitchen gadgets that only cost $1 or $2 - they were usually items I saw on other sites for $20 or $25. I knew the items were coming from China, and I had no intention of going through what was probably a non-existent return process if I was unhappy. Basically, I only spent what I wouldn't mind losing. I've probably ordered 25 items over the last few months, and have been totally happy with every single thing except a set of false eyelashes that set me back $5 - and I can use those at Halloween! LOL I would never buy electronics or anything expensive from this site. But it's a fun, cheap site if you don't mind waiting for your item! Most items take a month or so to arrive, but I got a ring in as quickly as 7 days once. As I said earlier, if I see something I like on another site, I'll check Wish.com to see if they have it.”

“Absolutely the worst buying experience I've had as a first time buyer. Purchased a new item and it came with a box that was clearly opened and used. No electrical charger to use this item in the box as well. Started return and OMG, it is horrible. They make you pay for shipping back to Wish prior to providing a refund. It took days until they would contact you and also, their phone will not allow you to talk with a rep. I did not make the mistake, the sellers did. This would NEVER happen with Amazon so buyers beware. Pay the $4.00 extra for the piece of mind with Amazon knowing you will have a much better experience.”

“First of, I ordered about 12 products late December and it’s mid February and NOTHING has shown up...but when you read comments about products literally EVERY comment states “super fast delivery” which I’m now assuming those are fake comments generated by wish.but what I’m trying to say is wish is an overall poor website(DON’T ORDER FROM IT)😤”

“I ordered different stuffs last year, they delivered some but most of it they haven’t. I asked for refund and what I got is some wish money credit. Then I ordered some items just to use the wish credit but only 1 item arrived. And the rest until now February 20 orders never arrive and I ordered January 6th. Once they settle everything they owe me I will never ever order again with them. It been a big headache. 😡”

“Ordered a cardigan that looked very thick and lovely. When it arrived it was so poorly made had to finish sewing the seam ends of sleeves up to avoid the whole sleeve coming apart. Horrid fur trim that just looked cheep and nasty. cardigan very thin and very small size, I am a small 8 but looks like I am wearing a child’s item of clothing. Typical of Chinese sizing! This was my first order and won’t be bothering to order anything again.”
