“Over period 2 weeks ordered total 3 watches. Very good prices including just pay for postage for one. The 2 automatic watches only work for a couple of hours when shaken for several minutes before putting in wrist. Totally useless. The free watch, paying just for postage, arrived with smashed glass. 3 watches 3 USELESS items.”

“I order a portable oxgen concentrator couldn't use it ,returned it same day, they lied over and over ,would refunded me ,all I het is lies,haven't received it yet all BS.,been since Nov.11th 2018.Their liters.”

“Dont be drawn in by the low prices. Often the S&H cost more than the actual item does. I ordered 16 items from Wish.com before Christmas. To date I gotten five. I went in last week to cancel the remaining orders (many of which were marked delivered) only to be told that I can only cancel ten and that I have been placed on a list as a bad customer. If I want to get back into "good standing" I have to purchase more stuff that I will never get. I am taking the loss of passing the word to as many people as possible to avoid this site and save your money and time.”

“All of the items (~10) that I ordered were very poor quality of material and constructions. There is no way that they were originally $75 or more. That is false advertising! Return process is HORRIBLE. I buy clothing online frequently and this was the worst. They want you take a picture of each item and upload each photo to a separate message to an agent about why you don’t want it. Then an agent is supposed to reply in 2-3 business days. I have yet to get a message on any of them. There is also no way to track that I sent the message. Lastly, I’m guessing that by the time they respond (if they do) it will be past the 30 day window and they will refuse to issue a return. This company should be turned into a consumer protection bureau. That may be my next step.”

“They're lucky I'm not fighting them over less than a Starbucks coffee worth of jewelry I never received that would've probably turned my skin green anyway. I'm just annoyed that they push you to use their automated "helper" and, when you click the option to escalate it to customer service, they tell you too bad and to "contact us if you have any more questions." Received other jewelry items in my order though, and no issues. But still. F them.”

“I cant believe how less of a product you really get. As in- I ordered am Argon oil for my hair which was actually shipped from China, took 6 weeks to get to me and when I opened it, it smelled like fermenting fruit/alcohol, I threw it right in the trash, deleted my wish account and I will NEVER come back. On top of everything else being so cheap, your shipping costs are ridiculously high!! Never will I reccomend this to anyone!”

“Wish ordered something on my account and "I must of ordered it my mistake." I assure Wish I did not ordered the item that was sent to me. I had to pay for the items and the shipping. Then I had to pay to ship them back. I dealt with Wish for a month with this issue. Finally I just had enough and told them to keep the refund and that they were s bunch of thieves.”

“I have been using wish.com and the wish app for a couple years. I have bought eyebrow kits, makeup, crop tops, socks, frosting knives, garlic press, shirts for my kiddo, DBZ hoodie for my bf etc etc small things. Every order I have placed with them has ALWAYS been $15 and under. And every item I buy is never over $5. C'mon people, it's a site based in China, if you think spending $400 on a laptop is wise, ya need help. There was a time when I ordered a bathroom rug and it turned out to be the size of a placemat but I was not mad because I only spend $2 on it lmao it now serves as a little placemat for my floral arrangement on my coffee table haha. My advice to everyone having negative reviews....don't order from them for starters if you've had a bad experience, expect items to take 3 to 4 weeks to get to you. Make sure you read everything including all reviews for items you want to buy. And if an item doesn't have a review that's a red flag. Also be smart about what you buy, ex. if they have $75 wigs on wish and you really like it STOP and just go to a beauty supply store near you.”
