Never use the service of this company. They're fraud. I ordered some items 6 month ago and still didn't get it. The money was not refund. Fortunately the spent amount was small.

WHERE DO I BEGIN???????!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I bought a pack of watercolor markers with 20 COLORS!!!!! and the package literally had ONE!!!!! THEY CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD 2.80$! FOR ONE MARKER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TWENTY!!!! AND ON TOP OF THAT IT TOOK ALMOST TWO MONTHS TO GET HERE!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEIR A BIG FAT RIP OFF!!!!!!!

After 3 years i haven't gotten my stuff on wish. THIS IS A SCAM. wasted $349 on and still haven't came. I'm staying with trusted sites now. NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN

Been a customer for years never had problems. Some items were cheap quality but that what I paid cheap price. I always got refunded for items not received etc.. But last Oder I used my points to get 10% discount and guess what they took my points and didn’t apply the discount 🤭 now they claim the points expired by the time I placed the order how can that be ? You have to be Chinese to know that. I placed the order in the cart applied the promo code and it placed and paid my order without the discount. It was not a promo code it was my points but they don’t get it. So beware of the scam and promo codes. This will be my last order if I can help it. Hope this helps others beware.

I did not get the dress I ordered. They never sent the correct one or reimbursed my money. I will NEVER order from them again & strongly encourage you not to either. Also, they are in China so it takes forever to get your order.

This company clearly makes money selling cheap fake items from China to people who don't realize the difference. And then, when someone complains, Wish "flags" their account and says they need to buy more cheap crappy items to get the flag removed. Do not buy from this company.

I've had nothing but good, solid experiences with Wish. From LED lights to colored pencils and adult coloring books, everything has been as advertised and delivered timely, most often earlier than expected.

First I received broken item. I ordered a TV stand, which arrived with 3 broken boards. I sent message to a Wish support, upload a pictures of broken boards and the response was in 48 hours we will contact you.... That was going on back and forth with Wish support for more than 2 weeks. I ask for refund, but in order to get a refund they told me to ship it back to the store on my own expenses. That means I bought an item for $170 and the shipping back cost $130. This is my worst experience with shopping on line. If you think should you order something from this app, do a research first. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP FOR SHOPPING.

Ordered an IPAD from wish.com and they sent me an empty case with just a keyboard. Sent them several emails but their site does not let me enter the picture of the IPAD and without the picture it will not allow me to submit and Wish customer service does not entertain emails.

I got charged $40 for a $4 item voice my opinion to wish about it been getting harassing calls all night long they have no intentions of refunding my money I guess it's my own fault for dealing with a communist country also I seen a live PD this weekend ready sold some poor sap counterfeit money on one of their stores sites finally I got so discouraged with trying to recover my $40 loss did I told him to put it where the sun don't shine please if you have any value for money folks go to a dollar store get better deal

In the past i have ordered some shoes but could not get into them at all. sent a picture and soon after was issued a refund. But at the end of january ordered some gold pyjamas for my husbands birthday. Oh they came on time but guess what! They were females. They were no good to me as to small and no way a man could possibly wear them. I was asked to send a photo of them which i did since feb 10 a refund has been processing. Now they keep asking for tracking ref which is in the account anyway. I dont think they know what their doing. As one person said via an email thank you for uploading a photo of the item.Than within 1 sentence asked me to upload a photo. I am as of yet still awaiting a refund on them. They have said they need the tracking ref to investigate if they sent the wrong item. Well i ask you what is right about female pyjamas for a male set. i thought it should not too long to sort so ordered what was indicated on the web as mens pyjama set so thought they cannot get that wrong surely. They have arrived today but this time there is the top half no bottoms. I have now reported my complaint to the ombudsman as they just keep going around in circles. Once I get my refunds I will no longer have anything to do with them! As far as I'm concerned they are just sheer con merchants. But am not giving in until it is resolved. i have even told them that I have now taken a step further as fed up with their attitudes.

Honestly? It's wish. Don't have high expectations. Don't order clothes, electronics, skin/hair products or anything over 10-20 euro/pounds/dollars, and don't expect it quickly. I've put in a few orders for small items usually costing 3-7 euro which are quite niche - wax seal equipment, jewellery, badges. One of the orders had the wrong piece entirely but I've otherwise got exactly what I ordered within 2 months.

It has turned from a two week shipping guarantee to now a 45 day predicted arrival date for my tactical military boots. I’m never shopping with this application EVER AGAIN.

I ordered 2 dresses and was so excited to get them, until I tried them on and found out they were way too small, despite me ordering thema size larged than my regular size. When I contacted Wish, they just ignored my emails, twice. It's interesting when you have questions about buying things they respond to you, but when you have a complaint they disappear. I feel Wish owes me about $100 for the items that don't fit.

They stole my money I paid 233$, 60$ for shipping and I didn’t get anything and no one call I send them 1000 times that I didn’t receive and I want my packages don’t want to refund and simply nothing happens have been waiting for 6 months to post this! I only receive automated responses.

Ordered a hand held steam cleaner. The plastic bottle was badly dented. I have been dealing with customer service for six weeks, with no resolution in sight. Just getting the run around with emails. Not worth the frustration. I guess you get what you pay for and I won't be paying for Wish again!

I ordered 5 things. A hat which I got, two free garden seeds which I paid shipping for and never got and a denim dress which I never got. I also order a suede bag which I got but it was the wrong bag-it wasnt grey or suede. So out of 5 things I ordered i paid about $35.00 in shipping and got one correct order. There are not any return instructions provided. So its a shipping fee scam and it takes FOREVER to get anything. I give this zero stars

I'm still having a bad experience. I have not received my order and efforts to contact customer service via their a website or phone is impossible. And worst, when I use their automated customer service chat, after querying me about my order, I get this ridiculous response " Your account has been flagged for excessive refunds. Shoppers who abuse our generous refund and return policy negatively impact the entire platform and all other shoppers. We routinely audit accounts to ensure the best shopping experience for everyone. Once your account is determined to be back in good standing, you will be able to contact customer support and / or request refunds again. In the meantime, you will still be allowed to make purchases and we look forward to continuing to serve your shopping needs." At this point, the option is to return to shopping or leave the site. Now, to get in "good standing", they want me to shop more. Are they serious? I've never been contacted or complained about until this ridiculous order. Now, no one is reachable to resolve my concern. They have some serious Customer Service issue both on the site, on Facebook, on phone, and apparently, also here based on the ratings.
