“can not get refund on my order.will not buy from this company again”

“My Wish account was hacked yesterday. I noticed something to the value of $219 had been taken from my bank account and charged to Wish. I cancelled the order before it had gone through and it bounced back, I didn’t notice that another order was made almost immediately to the value of $212. This morning while I was checking if the original $219 had come back I saw that the charge of $212 from Wish had successfully gone through. I went straight back on my Wish account to discover a different item was being sent. I reported it straight away, I reported this order twice throughout the day. I have received NOTHING from Wish, not even a message about this issue merely a copy of my complaint via email. I am appalled. I had to close my bank account because of this untrustworthy site!! DO NOT USE WISH WITH YOUR BANK CARD!!!!!!!! I assume Paypal is safer but if it’s linked to your bank card who knows. I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER AND I WILL BE HOLDING WISH RESPONSIBLE!”

“Absolute joke. Prices advertised vary according to size and then postage is added on each item if they come from different sellers. Cheap quality and sizes are rubbish. I chose to pay on receipt of items. When I tried to ask how to return items, I could not get any sense from robots. They tell me my account has been credited but I have paid nothing. Am tearing my hair out trying to make them understand I need to return them. I have now decided to put them away until they contact me.”

“I placed an order, my account was debited, three days later I got a notification from wish about the refund of my money and that my order have been cancelled. I reviewed my account statement and realized that there was no refund. No way to contact them directly, only a programmed robot to ask specific questions and specific response. This site is just a scam, stealing money from people, so sad I feel for it”

“1.Prices of the same item if you look at next day are changed. 2. Main price in list showing cheaper but you look deeply its higher. I think wish is loosing trust about prices and quality so fast. No more wish from me. Its not fair and reliable.”

“I didn’t receive three of my items but when I asked for refund I was accused of abusing the wish generosity . why? Because I had refunded by wish for two pairs shoes which were small when I asked to return them not to get refund and keep them ( they are useless to me anyway) and now I was end up with two useless pairs of shoes and three items which I have paid and not received. The Worst customer service ever.”

“Probably the most fraudulent e-commerce company you'll ever find on the internet. The price difference in the cart vs the checkout is ridiculous. The items are deceiving; it was nothing like the images given. When we raised our opinion that the product received looked very cheap, our account was automatically deleted without any prior information. We found out that the items of similar cheap quality were available in the local dollar shops. Not worth the risk. Do not fall for misleading ads.”

“Based on the reviews here it sounds like I got lucky. From the moment I set up my account, I haven't been able to make an order. The first order I tried to make from wish gave me an error screen saying that my account needed some extra info before it would be unlocked, and that I should email customer service. Their customer service is impossibly bad. Their first response acts like my account is phony, and so they restrict it even _more_. The following 5 responses all fail to understand my problem and are basically form-letter responses to vaguely related problems. Then they ask me to scan in my photo ID and send it to them! I've given up on this company, and based on how poorly reviewed they are for people who actually successfully made orders, it sounds like I got lucky that I didn't get that far.”

“If you order from this company, make sure that you check the cancellation policy, it's restricted to 8 hours, which is ridiculous. If you try to cancel after the 8 hours, they tell you that the order has been confirmed by the seller and there is no way to stop it now, the only option they give you is to wait for delivery and then return the item. But you have to pay for postage to return anything. Also, if you use the App on your phone, be very careful, they've added a swipe to purchase which instantly purchases anything in your basket, we ended up with over 40 items being purchased by mistake, Customer Service recognised that it appeared to be mistake but would not help resolve the issue”

“totally different than photos fabric is almost transparent and very bad quality , order will not deliver all together, plus they asked me to pay additional shipping fees upon receiving although i paid already 20 $ when i ordered , so by contacting the customer service they said that i will not receive all items together and i have to pay different shipping fees every time i receive one of the order items !!”

“I've been shopping on wish.com for the past few years and never had any major problems, other than the extremely cheap items and long shipping periods. I ordered an item that arrived in the wrong color and about 2 weeks later than expected, so I left a negative review. That must have gotten me on their radar, because not long after, they tried to STEAL $1,100 from my bank account!!!! Thankfully my bank canceled my card so when I went in to figure out why it was canceled, I was just in shock!! After talking with the bank associates, it turns out that I'm not the first person this has happened too (Utah). STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCUMBAG COMPANY AND IF YOU HAVE EVER USED WISH.COM YOU BETTER GET YOUR CARDS CANCELED!!!!!!!!!”

“I would like to leave no star. This company sucks. You will never get anything you order. Ordered 15 items on seperate tickets and nothing has ever been delivered. Been trying to track the refunds and that is a joke. They should be stopped. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!”

“This site is such a tease for poor people.They RIP us off.First I have ordered 3 things a couple years back and never got my items.Then on a flash sales of first come first serve they will notify you to you know if you were lucky enough to get the item.They have no problem taken your money out of your account so they got paid.I find out I wasn't one if the few to win the item,and I only got a little back in my account not the full price I paid.Welp lesson learned wish is go good to be true.I am done giving chances especially I honestly can't afford any ways.”
