“No customer support, this site does not deliver ordee”

“Still waiting on items that I ordered back in December!!! 3 items total 1 ordered on December 27th was first scheduled to arrive by January 20th then moved to January 30th now saying delivery expected by February 6th but now as of today all tracking info is completely gone my 2 other items ordered on December 29th have never even left China and say no tracking info available. Sent email after email with no response of compensation of any kind. Wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy.”

“Please do not use this company . I live in the Uk , I placed an order for 2 items December 2019. First one got stopped at customs , insufficient postage, Royal Mail wanted £25 for delivery to me. The second item has never been delivered. I couldn’t get a refund, blocked the company and cut my loses, not worth the hassle or headache . Tough lesson learned🤬”

“Don't touch evan with a barge pole. Items took months to arrive....and looked nothing like the photo's. I've just thrown them in the bin. Cant get a refund”

“got a slightly different from the picture... BUT to let u ppl know ... 90% from stuff comes from CHINA, BEWARE of CORONAVIRUS!!! It can be spread thru clothes/ products, don’t be too cheap- to not just risk ur life but others too...”

“The items are advertised at 1 price; once I choose a size or color, the price increases. I have several items sitting in my cart right now, because I am not sure if Wish is a smart option. If the prices change in that manner, who knows what increases I will be charged in total??”

“I loved your service at first no problems but then I ordered more items in big bulk the stone island jacket never showed up and I ordered 2 necklace by accident so I had to cancel order and reorder for necklace but I did not get my refund as you sent message saying I would get refund”

“I order and you order it 5 times and wasted over £150. What system is this when I wanna cancel an order it doesn't work. I wanna cancel all the orders and I want my money back. 3 days I've been sending emails and you haven't even answered once and everyday you wasting my money from my account it's been 4days !!!! Give me back my money cancel the orders. This is the last time I was shopping on this app !!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I bought many items and almost everything is not as it seems!! It's all dollar store junk. It's all tiny compared to pictures. Ie: 1. a scarf is half a scarf but in the picture she probably has 4 scarfs on to make it look full and soft. 2. Ionizer air purification... Lol. This is 12in. High and looks 3 feet in pic. So cheap I am tossing it in garbage. 3. Tablet. Don't waste your money. Useless. Sound is so bad and tinny I can't play music. Can't download alot of programs. Very slow, forget taking pictures. I have an idea.... Put on the fish game if you can and leave it on the floor for cats to play with. 4. Car air purify..... Lol. Just open your windows people. 5. I can't believe how stupid I was to order so much!!”

“I have ordered from Wish for a few years. It's hit or miss, some of their items are cheaply made and they break in a short time. Here lately many of the items I ordered did not show up but Wish quickly refunded my money. I have had a couple of items to arrive with missing parts and I can't seem to get it resolved thru Wish. I guess I will have to except losing my money on those items. Live and learn...... Please read reviews from BBB. Don't buy from this app.”
