The price you see is not the price you pay, if you find an item very cheap like solar lights or powerful torch for £1 I guarantee you that they will cancel them and excuse they will give is “your item was not processed in time therefore we cancelling your order and you will get your refund in 14 working days “ If you complain they will say you can only order one item, even if you only ordered one item you get the same response, I’m sick of this Chinese sites, what do you expect from China even customer service is made in China.

You won't have future costumers if they don't get anything orders placed. You be very lucky to get what you order. They take your money and don't deliver the products. It's a scam. I placed four orders and received one, which happened to be the cheapest one. When you confront them, they give you the round around. Don't bother go to amazon or any other place for that matter. If they truly cared they would have refunded my money. Oh by the way use paypal, at least they wont charge you many times over. That being said paypal is good for three weeks as opposed to credit card.

Avoid Wish! They never replay your messages and the items never arrived. If you are lucky and they arrive, the quality id bad. Not recommended AT ALL!!!

Ordered a small item about a year ago from Wish ( about $4.00 ) and never received it. Small enough order not to waste my time in asking for a refund, more like a test order from a company I knew nothing about. I have never left a negative review for any order from anywhere before. I will never order again from Wish.

Placed an order in November for delivery before Christmas, now into February and still waiting. To date I have complained to Wish 3 times and have been totally ignored. I know I will never get my money back or the item I ordered. This is the worse shopping site iv’e ever used and would advise everyone not to use Wish.

BE AWARE BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THE WISH STORE I PURCHASED A MOBILE PHONE AND RECEIVED AN ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT AND NOT WORKING PHONE I HAVE CONTACTED WISH AND VENDOR AND KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND SEEMS LIKE THEY DONT REALLY CARE THE ACTUAL VENDOR WAS NOT FOUND AT THE ADDRESS IN SYDNEY SUPPLIED

I purchased a radar detector from Wish, and it doesn't work, light comes on and it says fasten seat belts and that's all. (Chinese junk)

"WISH" you went elsewhere dont you. Sent me delivery confirmation when nothing had arrived. Im told to wait another month incase it has still to arrive. Once they have your payment your stuck behind virtually customer service system.

My delivery date kept being moved forward. Ordered in Sept. Still not delivered in January and then told refund date was past. Never again.

they advertise a product but the information is totally wrong . the product takes forever to arrive if it eventually does. sometime not . There is no truth or credibility

I placed a few orders within a couple of days of each other...in trying to track my orders they wiped out my account but I kept orders in a file...today I received 4 of the items in which the mail carrier said I owed $15 in postage...I paid for my items upon the transaction to include shipping...I have emailed wish about this and their reply is that they only charge what is in the basket...I know that...I have receipts to show that...however, they (wish) didn't pay their cost to ship them out...sorry but I not paying twice for shipping....they are apparently trying to get out of the refund process as i refused the shipment...they will try but luckily I used a protected payment method....too bad they choose to conduct business this way and I am no longer a customer...

I am only giving it 2 Stars right now. I want to see if the products that I ordered arrive and look like they do on the website. I ordered three things that are supposed to be here February 14th and was going to pick them up. The problem is two of them items have already been canceled. And it just happened to be the two items that I really wanted. So I will wait for the other item to either come or be cancelled and see what happens then I will redo my review Once I actually get a product. They have refunded my money so I don't have a complaint about that but I would have really loved to have items not everything been cancelled I can understand one item but two of three items have been canceled. It's disappointing. But like I said if and that's a big if I get the one item that is left then I will see what happens how it is and post another review. I do know from my son ordering in the past that things do take a long time to get here. I don't even have a problem waiting if I would actually get the stuff. And I do also know about the size difference because my son has ordered in the past and things to run a lot smaller. I did not order clothing I actually ordered some jewelry and I didn't spend a lot because I wanted to see how things look and if I actually got them. I'm having them ship to store I figured that would be faster than wait for it to come. Not realizing all they're doing is shipping it from China or wherever to the store here. So now for the very little bit of money that I spent it's almost not worth the drive to have to go and pick up the ONE of 3 items I ordered, because it's not like it's around the corner

Slow delivery is not the negative part. The negative part for me is that you cannot communicate with customer service. If there is an issue with a product, you cannot exchange. Sometimes, they will just send you something else, and you don't have to return the product you have an issue with, but what am I going to do with a dress that is way too small? It happens a lot. I would wear an American size 18/20, but Wish size I have discovered I am a size 5X!!!!! But, if you have an issue too many times, they will flag your account. I just want to exchange, not get my money back. They don't want to exchange. So, It is better to just to go the local store. Ross has beautiful dresses, Buy local and support the United States of America. I had one dress that showed it was delivered and it was not. They

One of the product I ordered never came. I did not get a refund. For the othet one they kept pushing the delivery away. It got delivered with 20 days delay, delivery date was set to 40 days after the order date. You may order winter goods but you may have them in spring.

Items Have intentionally Misleading Images, in Particular Mobile Phones, Watches are invariable Fake, but nice Watches all the same, Gold Rings are Crudely Moulded and Invariably lack any quality Marking, are they really able to sell 18Ct Gold and diamonds at such ridiculous Prices ? Delivery is biggest Issue with Most Itesm Taking Over a Month to arrive,one imagines this will get worse thanks to Coronavirous Lock Down. Refunds arn't very speedy either Logo should be shopping made Frustrating !!

Bought a number of items, some did come but others did not and after weeks past delivery they informed me that they could not fulfil the order. Asked if I wanted a refund they said yes and now a month later no refunds for the items. They claim it must be the UK bank problem - oh yes - don't buy from this website unless you are willing to loose your money.

I ordered some of those Tourches " which l didnt think you could buy here . SIEZED BY CUSTOMS . Also italian type knives ! SIEZED . Bet l dont get a refund . I Spent $$$ . BE CAREFULL

I ordered from this site for years and always got my items the last time I ordered I ordered for things and I never received them and that was over a year ago
