“Been waiting 5 weeks for my order to be delivered. First and last time I will use Wish. Doesn’t matter how cheap something is if you don’t receive it!”

“I purchased an item with a different credit card than I usually use with Wish. Wish has frozen my account for weeks. They wanted proof of my Identification which I stupidly sent the repeatedly. I have sent my personal identification over 4 times. 4 pieces of identification each time included the invoices from my credit cards (with wish purchases on them) and my drivers license. No response from Wish just repeatedly asking for my info over and over again. Just like they are asking now but today it's in English rather than Spanish. Im not doing that anymore. I am very frustrated that my personal information has been compromised and my replies have been ignored 4 or 5 times now. Why send personal information again? Enough is enough. I have 8 outstanding orders I am waiting for. Once I recieve my parcels I plan to stop doing business with Wish as a direct result of this issue. Very irresponsible on Wish part. When a customer sends you their PERSONAL information many times and Wish does nothing to acknowledge it something is very WRONG. Bad business.”

“First able there is not Customer Support!!! I do not recommend this site!! Wish promised to give me a refund since the items were not available, it's been almost 2 months; the credits are not in my credit card. This is Fraud!!!”

“Incorrect order was delivered, the picture they include on their reply is not what I received. They insist it was correct item even when I uploaded the picture of item received. Will file a dispute with my credit card and leave as many bad reviews as possible. Worst shopping experience.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes it took 1 month to come and the shoe was bad. It was way too big I ordered a size 7 and got a size 13 that is 6 times the size I ordered the shoe itself looked like trash it was so unconvertible the shoe lases did not even work and when they did work they were to tight and when I loosed them up they were to loose I paid 20 dollars for them big waste of money never buy things from wish it is not worth it I wish i did not buy any thing from this website and it does not deserve a 1 star it deserves a 0 star.”

“so purchased from this company for the first time and have been overcharged by 50%. have emailed them and it's like you are not even talking to a person, I have received the most ridiculous generic response from them , and then one of which didnt even apply to my order - iysclike talking to a computer and they gave refused refund me. dont use they are rip off”

“I would never use this website again. I have been charged for an order I did not place and they are refusing to refund the money to me. They reply to each of the emails with the same answer every time. I cannot find a telephone number to call them”

“I ordered before Christmas it's now February. Wish offered a full refund on December 31st but never reversed the charges. I sent them over 50 messages asking for my refund, So I had my bank take care of my refund LOL. When Wish noticed my bank reversed the full charge, they sent me messages asking if I will give them the monies back they will correct the problem (lol why would I do that!) Now someone name "April" from customer services is sending me messages in Spanish! WTF! WISH IS THE WORST ONLINE COMPANY EVER!.”

“Never received it. Wish refuses to investigate even after UPS confirmed the tracking number Wish provided was for another delivery. It was not my address, not my name and not my item. This is a scam! Avoid ordering from here!”

“Why are you advertising and selling what you don’t have. A day after I ordered items I received 3 emails one by one that they don’t have them. Don’t waste your time on this company. They are fraud!”

“I am very upset with their false advertising on site. On jewelry the ad will claim 925 silver but the rings I have received are not stamped. I have cut and polished many gemstones, I can tell real gems from fakes most times. Their genuine gems are usually fake. When a huge sapphire or ruby is only $5 that is you big clue that it is fake. A 4 C perfect ruby would cost $25,000 and up and would not be mounted in silver. I ordered a "suede" coat in size 4 X as I usually wear 2 or 3 X I knew I need to order a larger size. When it came it was either Large or X large. The coat was labeled 100% cotton. Nothing suede on it at all. The stitching was terrible. Very badly constructed. Today the 4 magnetic bracelets I ordered came and there is nothing magnetic on them. I am done from ordering from Wish. I am afraid to see the rest that I have ordered if they ever get here. By the way any items they do send do not have instructions.”

“I've never had a problem with wish. Just long wait times usually about two weeks. I have gotten everything I ordered except a few items but I don't buy anything expensive on here cause it's all knock off and I can buy the real thing myself without the wait but their make up and costume jewelry are really cute, my car accessories, phone accessories etc are just as cute. But if you are looking to buy fake hair or perfume or clothes then don't be surprised when it doesn't work out well or look like in pics. It's more of common sense than anything. I like wish tho. Just got about 15 packages in today that I ordered the beginning of February of 2020”

“I ordered a few items a while back so my account was dormant. I got a new phone and wish app wasnt on my new phone and yet an expensive item arrived out of the blue to my house. Someone had hacked my account. I know I didnt order anything because the app wasnt even on my phone. I had to upload it then get to my account and delete my account. I no longer trust it.”
