Wish have charged our company fee for $550 because the order was a delay or different location. We don't sell any products from wish anymore.

Orders almost never arrive and when it comes to getting a refund they accuse YOU of fraud for having a valid complaint about an order you didn't receive but paid cash for! I for one boycotted this sham of a business due to my concerns and frustrations with this very issue! I get tired of not receiving 70% of the items that I purchase and then being accused of being dishonest for not having received them! And then they leave no customer service number where you can talk to any actual person or resolve any actual conflict. In my opinion a horrible business model in need of overhaul to better suit customers needs we're actually receiving items they purchase is concerned. Plus you can find things cheaper on Google shopping Amazon and eBay where you actually receive the items you pay for ! why would anybody choose wish being devoid of any actual customer service?

Whenever you issues such size, wrong color, returns you get no where. Basically u stuck and good luck. All the response you get are system generating messages with no follow up. The only choice you have is to dispute it with your credit card, Bad customer service

I have never been so disappointed! Since I ordered and paid for the items last year (Aug/Sept 2018), never received them, I did everything I was told to do and still nothing has come out of that. Of late they simply ignore my emails. What a crab!!

I got 2 right shoes! LMAO Anyway, the other pair was fine and size good but even with that pair, the right shoe was slightly lower in the back than the other. Very odd.... Btw, the shoes arrived about 10 days earlier than estimated and yes, had the same problem others said - clicked on one price and a higher price appears! Not cool. Anyway, clicked on customer chat and had to upload a pic to prove issue and was told they'd reply in 2 to 3 days. They actually responded in less than an hour and offered a full refund. I'd have preferred 2 left shoes though because really liked that color! Again said would be a few days but got the refund about 30 mins later. Okay, now that was cool. So customer service was bang on. For this reason alone I'd order again from Wish. Lots of complaints here about over payments and credit issues. I used Paypal and highly recommend. You should never give out credit card info to an unfamiliar company - NEVER! OMG this is web security 101 people, am truly astonished at how many idiots are out there. Plus with PP you get 60 days to open a claim if there's an issue. This could also be the reason my issue was handled and resolved so quickly. Bottom line - shoes are cute and cozy though a bit oddly manufactured so it really comes down to quality vs price. Wish is perfect for trendy but cheap (cost and quality) clothing. I'd never take a chance on electronics. Since we don't wear anything too long anyway, it can be a good money saver.

I have ordered several items. There was never a receipt in the pkg. I checked and could not find my.bill. I went on the computer and checked my account from the bank . When i ordered the products it said it was 4.00 the amount they took out for shipping, which was 7.98 raisded to 50.00 the other thing i have ordered was always raised. So far i found out last night they have charged my bankcard over $400.00. I have talked with my bank and there will be charges made If people that have been SCAMMED will contact Attorney General maybe we can get our money back. I live on a fixed income so I know the grade of the products would not be very good. They look like samples..!!!!!!!!!!!!. I give them a big fat Zero on my rating.

We ordered the Electronic Fly Trap which has arrived with no operating instructions, which, bearing in mind it is an electronic device, could be dangerous in the extreme. There is also no address or indeed any paperwork whatsoever. A total waste of money.

I just ordered from Wish today and I'm going to contact the bank tomorrow to cancel my money. I appreciate all of your comments. I'll let you know how this thing ends.

This company is a joke. I've ordered 5 different items from them and 1 has arrived. The item that arrived came after an extremely long wait. the other items have never arrived and wish refuses to give me a refund besides putting it in their scam "wish cash". Why the heck would I want to order more things from them if nothing actually gets delivered? Tried calling support...oh yeah they have no live support! Tried emailing support...oh yeah they only give you generic responses. This company is AWFUL

The item either takes forever or you never receive it. My mother ordered something some wish and never received it. She contacted wish and stated it was on its way, but that was several months ago

I ordered a few items and some I got promptly while others a bit of a wait. With that said, it’s cheap and they give your estimated shipping so that didn’t bother me. The issue I had was an item I ordered estimated delivery was delayed. No big deal I wanted the item so I waited. The problem is I ordered about 8 items and nearly forgot about two items because it comes at all different packages. I didn’t receive the item that was delayed. I checked status and the last update through their tracking was at customs/port. I assume it got lost because tracking ended. I requested a refund since it was now delayed from original expected date & secondary date given... when I followed the steps for the refund it stops me saying it’s PAST THE REFUND POLICY. And offers no refund or WISH CREDIT. I emailed 10x and they have auto BS replies. And you cannot bypass this option once it computes last refund period. I even tried using alternate item and I was told please refer to these instructions and click correct item after I explained I followed steps and the app wouldn’t allow me to move forward. Apart, items I received I did like some, some quality is cheap. I mean price is low eso can’t expect to much. HOWEVER, I should be able to get a refund on an item never received. Will never buy. The orders come from tons diff people so its very unorganized.

Why do you require a personal photo, date of birth, etc.? Credit card information should be sufficient. It has never been requested by any other internet vendor I've ever dealt with. In fact, in this environment of widespread hacking and information theft, your request is outrageous!! Take me off your mailing list.

I ordered items for my kids stockings. About half arrived. After not receiving them for months, I reached out to find out when I could expect them. The only response I’ve got was that it’s been too long for a refund. These items are still for sale on the website. Buyer beware. They may or may not send the items to you. If you dont receive them they will not make an effort to send the items out. I have a lengthy email exchange for almost a month where they clearly don’t read what I say and ignore the issue. Please be careful!!

Cheaply made clothes, mailed from China, no response to help return many items, gave away to shelter. Don’t be fooled on prices.. get what you pay for

They up my prices after I ordered and and went to pay. I went and ask to cancel my order, and they said it would be three days before customer service would answer my question. I never got a response. I went to my credit card and they have charge me. When you try to get a response, you go directly to their products site. I am 74 y.o., and it is the worse place I have ever shopped.

I didn't receive item so wish put a new arrival date. It finally did arrive. Hard to order clothing since the clothes are Asian sizes. I've ordered a few items and were too small. I wear an XL, ordered 2x, dress not as described, no response. Other items were ok. Jewelry, pretty but cheap. Always takes 3+ weeks for items to arrive.
