I use to order a lot of things with wish. Until u started sending me things with the wrong Size and colors. Very careless. I also was sent items which I did not order. I had to pay for this. And according to wish I was to late to cancell anything. They kept telling me to that it was to early to cancell also. I got ripped off from you guys as far as I was concern. I no longer order anything from you. As I feel that u abuse me using my credit card as u please.

I am the same as everyone else on here, I ordered and item wrong size was shown on order form tried to cancel it they said wait till it arrives then ask for returns and refund.Numerous tries sending pics ect they then asked for tracking number? Now I am told I am a bad customer returning too many items and not getting refund? they searched my account I have bought 3 items and this was the first to be returned I will fight them, I have Resolver on my case and they will after 30 days will intervene on my behalf, I found them by googling how to complain about wish ooooo i wished i had came here first believe me they are going to regret treating me this way we have rights in Britain no matter where you buy from we have rights so they are in for a big shock.......folks try Resolver no matter how small the costs we all have rights might only be for the U.K not sure

Long story short- I requested an item to be exchanged as it didn’t fit me. I said that in the email from day one and how I didn’t sign into my account. I purchased the item as a guest therefore there is NO order history. Freaking dumbass kept telling me in the 10+ emails to sign in, click on order history and make a ticket there. WTF dude like are you reading any of my emails at all? You’re a business, get someone that clearly speaks English because this is bad for business. It’s bs how I said what I needed from the first email which could’ve been resolved easily. Just get my personal info, confirm my card and everything and get my exchange/refund processed. SAMPLE!!! Must be some stupid people answering emails over there or something. We had 10+ emails saying the same thing and yet he/she kept telling me to sign in and go to order history, like wtf. If I could give a 0 star or -00000 I would.

If I could rate lower I would. I had a fraudulent charge on my account last Nov. All I have received is what must be computer generated responses with no resolution. It appears to me that you don’t protect customer rights or resolve issues.

Cust service is great. Products are sometimes are not even close to what the picture showed. But I have purchased many items and have to return only two

I placed an order they took the money then an hour later I get an email saying they need my ID and bank account information I refused to give them this info because they never gave me a reason for needing it. They canceled my orders then took over a week to refund me after I had to threaten to sue them for theft.

I bought a couple of things here. like a little pink bunny Jacket for $16.00 and a stuffed animal for my granddaughter. I was very pleased with them. I asked for a 24 months in the jacket it came it there size 10, I was worried about it fitting her but it did. I waited a couple of months for them. Now I know you have to wait for them because they do come directly from China. I am still Leary about giving my credit card # to them, but it's been ok so far. Got to give them a five star. Was satisfied.

Had I known that "wish.com" was located in CHINA! I would not have EVER purchased one thing from them... they out right lied about the length of time shipping would take, DAH! they are in CHINA! WAKE UP AMERICA!!! STOP BUYING FROM CHINA!!! THEY ARE OUR ENEMY!

Bombbarded with spam after usi g wish. Must be selling our information..Hope they dont sell our banking info. Will never deal with a company again that is so low handed.

Absolute worst company to buy from, it takes over 30 days to get anything.. Half the time it's made of crappy material that falls apart or is made unwearable... Junk junk junk... Save your money

As a new customer to the Wish.com website, I was experimenting with adding items to the cart and in error clicked buy. I immediately contacted wish asking them to cancel the order and to not charge my credit card. Three days later, wish has charged my credit card for items which i cannot use and do not want. I sent wish.com numerous emails and still no refund. Now i have go to the bank to dispute the charge they placed on my credit card. There is a contact number with a recording. The customer service is a sham, robots! The section where you send details to a robot agent constantly gives an ERROR 500 message. DO NOT SHOP AT WISH.COM

Ordered and given one delivery date, tracking order now it's another 3-4 weeks after that date, question why and told if I don't get it in 3 months reach out for a refund?? terrible and I think this is a scam for the most part. You charge cheap prices, overcharge delivery and then don't deliver?? time to report for fraudulent trading I'd say.

STOLED MY MONEY AND I AM GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND SOCIAL MEDIA THAT WISH.COM (http://wish.com/) STEALS CANADIANS' MONEY. You will not survive in the world market if you steal even small amounts of money because Canadians are very nervous about shopping on Chinese sites. I trusted them and took a chance and they ripped me off. I'll never order from wish again. Amazon is such a better online shopping site. If your stuff doesn't arrive you get the entire amount refunded.No problems very honest and trustworthy.On March 6 I ordered $28.71 worth of items from Wish.com. They were processed through my credit card immediately. I did not receive any of the 7 items or a full refund

I ordered 35 different items from wish and only received 16 of them and Only the only way wish allows you to ask questions is through the wish app Windows .there is no way to contact anyone at wish .I would never order anything from wish again even if it's free. When I did use the Windows I did received refunds for 8 ? Of the 19 items I did not receive after that every time I tried to contact wish about the remaining items that I didn't receive they accused me of abusing their refund policy. You make me feel like I was some kind of a Thief or something. Talking about getting mad I was mad and then I couldn't contact anyone in person to talk about this after the accused me of that. This company was the thief. Beware of this company everybody.

My boyfriend bought a welding helmet the first part of March.. It's now April 16th, still haven't received it and they won't do anything about it. It still says it's in "China". Customer service has no way to talk on the phone and won't resolve the issue. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FOR ANYTHINNNGGGGGG!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I ordered a rose colored throw and I received a hot pink one. After fighting with customer service for almost a month via messenger (because you can't talk to a real person on the phone) they decided my case was resolved and I had received the correct item, even though I had uploaded pictures of the clearly wrong item. I will never order a thing from them again!
