“Ordered boots on their website and when they arrived the packaging was all drenched. Then the boots had a terrible fit. I emailed them within a week and they didn't bother replying till 4 days later and kept asking for more info e.g. pictures of the boots/sole etc to prove I haven't worn them. This kept going back and forth with super slow replies each tjme. Finally after dragging this on for weeks they replied saying oh if you wanted to return items you had to do it within 2 weeks and now it's too late so bye. Wow terrible customer service and terrible products. Going to complain to credit card company for a refund.”

“I would give this store no stars if I could. Customer service are incompetent liars. I received a faulty $600+ item so returned it right away. After a month, yes A MONTH I enquired about my refund and they had the gall to say I damaged the item and wouldn’t refund me. Trying to reason with customer service was futile as they closed the case and just wouldn’t communicate anymore. Disgraceful behaviour and by far the worst I have ever seen in all my years of shopping online. “I was a little skeptical about buying but a few months ago I brought a Fendi bathing suit with no problems fast forward I recently brought a Fendi bag that was about $500 less than the Fendi website it came in a cardboard box with a sticker of the description of the bag. I’m a bag girl and I’ve NEVER EVER received a Designer bag that doesn’t come with the original box, with the designers logo.
Now I’m thinking that this bag is fake cause why wouldn’t you give me the box. If I return they will take $75 from my refund plus DHL has to come pick up, I work so that can’t happen & there’s no DHL near me so I can’t drop off. I wanted to cancel my order within 24 hrs which should work according to theit terms but the said it is not possible since my order has already been prepared for shipment yet i has not been dispatched 2 days after the order.
The other time they have cancelled my order saying the item is no longer availabe while it remained availabel on ther site.
The customer service gives no help at all they are sending their term as an answer.”

“DHL admitted to misdelivering my package and Cettire is refusing to file a claim and refund me. The package required signature, I didn’t sign for it. The proof of delivery shows it left in a corner somewhere I don’t recognize. I’ve been going back and forth with them for an entire month with no luck. I have letters from DHL advising me it was misdelivered and that the shipper needs to file a claim. I also have recorded calls with DHL admitting that. Unfortunately, I ordered from them using AfterPay. There is no way for me to dispute the transaction.”
“Order a pair of Stuart Weitzmans Lowland Boots for $908 AUD. Order arrived in 4 Business days from Italy. The package came 1 day earlier than expected day which is amazing.
Side note: in my initial order, i accidentally ordered the wrong boot style and cancelled about 5 hours later. This was done on a Saturday and the refund came back in my account on Sunday! 👏🏾👏🏾
Upon checking my package, the boots were in the brands original box with a care label card and original dust bags. The boots themselves were an impeccable quality and 100% the hype.
