DHL admitted to misdelivering my package and Cettire is refusing to file a claim and refund me. The package required signature, I didn’t sign for it. The proof of delivery shows it left in a corner somewhere I don’t recognize. I’ve been going back and forth with them for an entire month with no luck. I have letters from DHL advising me it was misdelivered and that the shipper needs to file a claim. I also have recorded calls with DHL admitting that. Unfortunately, I ordered from them using AfterPay. There is no way for me to dispute the transaction.
