I would give this store no stars if I could. Customer service are incompetent liars. I received a faulty $600+ item so returned it right away. After a month, yes A MONTH I enquired about my refund and they had the gall to say I damaged the item and wouldn’t refund me. Trying to reason with customer service was futile as they closed the case and just wouldn’t communicate anymore. Disgraceful behaviour and by far the worst I have ever seen in all my years of shopping online. I am pursuing the refund with my credit card provider now as they simply cannot be allowed to get away with such awful, unreasonable and arrogant way of treating customers.
