“If anyone out there wants to sue Cettire I am joining you or join me in suing them. All they do is to break The Trading Standards of the EU consumers rights.
Instead of refunding me directly to my bank account they paid it into some gift card without my knowledge. Instead of refunding my item which I never received they are chasing DHL and it has been a month. I am still expecting another refund, they have received the package but say they haven't.
Also, each item has to be returned separately even though they are from the same order! And for each return they keep £20 apart from the shipping cost. Not only they make money out of returns but also it is not environmentally friendly to send each item separately, although they have the same destination!”
“Extremely poor customer service, can take 5-6 months to get a refund if your item has any issues. They have sent the incorrect items multiple times, so you can expect when this happens, for them to hold onto your return money for up to half a year. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend working with them.”

“The thing worse than not apply store credit is that when I sent my return to Cettire, they sent it back to me saying it is stained and sent me some pictures. Such a liar! I shipped it exactly like it arrived! This scam company fabricated "stains" to refuse your return! I'm contacting my credit card company to dispute. If it does not work, I will go to legal service, luckly I purchase legal insurance from my employer. We cannot let such scam company exist!!!”
“I should have known this would not be good experience from the less than average website and insufficient photos on the site. The process after ordering was horrible, with late delays and multiple inquiries from DHL wanting my social security number to pay duties (something the site pays but didn't). Then the return process was horrific. Same DHL issues delaying the return which was caused by their delayed and poor communication. Terrible and seemingly manipulative communication from many on their customer service team and it's three weeks later and I still haven't received my refund. I will NEVER order from them again. Stick with Net a Porter, My Theresa, and Matches for international orders to the US whom have an amazing return process.”

“They did not refund returned items (more than $2k), sent the wrong items, and refused to process the refund. The customer service is horrendous.
They refused to accept a return of a new item, claiming it was “used.” They are complete scammers, have no phone number, and do not even answer emails when you email them. I have no idea why they are still in business and how they operate. FBI should be investigating them”

Horrible experience buying from these people! Never again be warned they accepted my return, arranged for a collection which DIDN'T TURN UP and had to leave on vacation so now their refusing to allow me to refund this item even though I have provided pictures showing it’s only been taken out the packaging to look at and didn’t like the colour. Now I’m stuck with this item which I don’t want and manager Angel” is refusing to let me return the item like a good normal company would. COMPLETELY AVOID”
“They sent me the wrong item, which i immediately packed and sent pack. It’s been nearly 2 months and neither a refund was made or they acknowledged their quality control error. It’s very unlikely I am getting my money and will report these scammers to the consumer protection agency to block this site.”
“I ordered a bag and there were heavy quality and fabric issues. I sent tonnes of pictures and finaly returned it. The return by DHL express was flawless and quick. But actually no communication possible, no answers. Really bad behavior and I wouldn't order anything there. They keep 25€ return fees even it was there fault and I communicate with Klarna to get it back, because Cettire does not answer and do anything. Really rude und unprofessional.”
“Have purchased multiple items in the past, all with no issues. Guess my luck ran out with most recent order. Ordered a week ago and order is still "processing". Have sent multiple emails requesting an update but no response. Will definitely not be purchasing anything from Cettire in the future”
“On July 121,2024, I purchased 2 pairs of bottega veneta shoes, I only received one of the 2 pairs today in the mail today.
Of course, Cettire already took my money very fast.
There is ,oddly, no way to call them since there is no contact telephone number for Cettire.
The only way customers can communicate is via email and thus far, no one is responding.
I just want my missing pair of shoes to be mailed out to me quickly or get my refund for the missing pair of shoes that I never received :(”
