I should have known this would not be good experience from the less than average website and insufficient photos on the site. The process after ordering was horrible, with late delays and multiple inquiries from DHL wanting my social security number to pay duties (something the site pays but didn't). Then the return process was horrific. Same DHL issues delaying the return which was caused by their delayed and poor communication. Terrible and seemingly manipulative communication from many on their customer service team and it's three weeks later and I still haven't received my refund. I will NEVER order from them again. Stick with Net a Porter, My Theresa, and Matches for international orders to the US whom have an amazing return process.
