The thing worse than not apply store credit is that when I sent my return to Cettire, they sent it back to me saying it is stained and sent me some pictures. Such a liar! I shipped it exactly like it arrived! This scam company fabricated "stains" to refuse your return! I'm contacting my credit card company to dispute. If it does not work, I will go to legal service, luckly I purchase legal insurance from my employer. We cannot let such scam company exist!!!
