Ordered boots on their website and when they arrived the packaging was all drenched. Then the boots had a terrible fit. I emailed them within a week and they didn't bother replying till 4 days later and kept asking for more info e.g. pictures of the boots/sole etc to prove I haven't worn them. This kept going back and forth with super slow replies each tjme. Finally after dragging this on for weeks they replied saying oh if you wanted to return items you had to do it within 2 weeks and now it's too late so bye. Wow terrible customer service and terrible products. Going to complain to credit card company for a refund.
