Avoid Cettire, worst customer service ever.
I wanted to cancel my order within 24 hrs which should work according to theit terms but the said it is not possible since my order has already been prepared for shipment yet i has not been dispatched 2 days after the order.
The other time they have cancelled my order saying the item is no longer availabe while it remained availabel on ther site.
The customer service gives no help at all they are sending their term as an answer.
