If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of $1,000 boots on the 31st of May - they haven't been shipped or arrived and every response I get is 'they are looking into it' so I am yet to receive a refund or even an update as to why these haven't been shipped. Horrible service for a luxury online boutique. Stay as far away as possible.
