“Had a problem with a cartridge and contacted printerinks.com. A very fast response from Stefan who ran through the various possibilities. Tried them one by one and it looks like he was right about a blocked nozzle. Well done Stefan.”

“My printer would not recognise a 'compatible' colour ink cartridge. I phoned to get some assistance and Stefan dealt with my problem immediately ; he sent an e-mail right away detailing the procedures to follow. I followed through with these and eventually the printer went into 'print ' mode. Great customer service from Stefan in these difficult times. George, Edinburgh.”

“My first experience using printer inks. Ordered and received promptly. However the colour cartridge worked fine but the black one didn't. I'm old school and preferably like to talk to someone, however no reply when i called just put on hold for a period of time. (Appreciate that may be due to staffing under the circumstances - covid.) Frustrated, I emailed. Recived a prompt reply and Within 3days the issue was sorted and replacement cartridge is on it way. Stephan was very helpful - Thank you.”

“A well organised and professional company. I came Printerinks because the toner cartridges I needed were competitively priced. However only two of the four I ordered arrived, the other two being out of stock. When I chased for them a few days later I was promised a response within 24 hours which I got to say they were in customs but due out in a couple of days. Then after a couple more days Cosmin checked to see if everything was ok but nothing had arrived. he went away checked and advised me when the cartridges would be delivered, got a delivery date for me and they were duly delivered on that date. All in all a well run and competent handling of a potentially difficult situation. I shall return to Printerinks for more cartridges in future.”

“This company gives great customer service.I was a new customer and was pleased with their competitive pricing.I don’t necessarily go for the cheapest company I want the customer care as well.The cartridges were sent out quickly and the packaging was good also enclosing a return envelope for used cartridges to be recycled.There was good communication and no problems after my printer would not recognise the chip on one of the ink cartridges..A replacement was sent out with no hassle. Well done Printerinks!”

“Both Steven and Gabriel were very helpful in sorting out what appears to have been a faulty cartridge.I am awaiting the arrival of a replacement.This is the first and last time I shall buy a non Canon ‘compatible’ product!”

“I had some correspondance with John at Printerinks over a cartridge I had ordered and was the wrong one and was returned. Due to my go into hospital I couldn't deal with the matter until much later and it was rather complicated to me. John always replied to my e-mails and eventually my refund was made. John is very good at sorting out a muddle and an asset to Printerinks.”

“I bought three black tonnes over a year ago but had some in stock so used them first. When I tried them few days ago, they did not work as the printer did not recognise them. Well, it was disappointment and I thought I lost the money. I called the customer services who advised to do some resetting trick. I knew it wouldn't work because I did it three times a day before. So had to call back. Summa summarum, my three replacement cartridges arrived the next day. They do work, so all good, no complaints.”
