Didn’t ring the bell left card no number to phone. I keep my car in the garage maybe thought we were away. I never had a problem with other carriers. Used tracking number but no use.

My friend sent me some beautiful flowers from M&S. The Yodel delivery driver saw my face when I saw the packaging and said don’t worry, it’s just the water that’s leaked out. Water had completely emptied, box was a heap of mush and seed block spoiled. I saw him get the box from his fan, it wasn’t upright.

Joke of a service told told. Parcel never came tracking didn’t update couldn’t get in touch with them to find out what was happening

I have used Yodel Direct/Collect+ for a while, and they were quite reliable. However last week I put in 3 x parcels on Monday/Wednesday and Friday, 2 x via Parcel2Go. All the parcel are still in store. All Yodel systems have you chasing around even though I am pess on their action plan. They cannot understand, wrong email, any ridiculous answer and you cannot get an agent or operator either. I have tried the agent P2G again the run around, no answers, unhelpful. I have tried items lost: just want a refund: cancel order, but not allowed. The items are still on the shop floor. It is unjustified. If the customer cancels the order, I can nothing accept return to sender. I lose out on any refund. Yet, I can walk to the store and collect them. Has anybody got any answers? As it stands EVRI are little better, looks like god ole Royal Mail is the only answer! Dearer, but it gives you a service.

Disgusting service delivered to wrong adress twice sent me pictures of proof but not my front door then asked me to contact seller when it's yodel fault lost my money and goods but they don't care those clowns don't use them their drivers are numbskulls

£175 worth of goods left on doorstep last week for 4 hours whilst I was at work. Dyson fan delivered today handed over so I could not see continue of box, which was covered in brown paste and wet and dinstergated on other side… photo attached

I am very dissapointed. I ve ordered my parcel for an important event on Thursday, and estimate delivery was next week on Tuesday. I wasn't at the house on Monday because I was working, but anyway it should come on Tuesday. I was checking delivery updates on yodel and I saw info that they missed me and they left a note in the doors. I never saw any note... but I was like, okay let's wait to Tuesday as this is the estimated delivery day. I was off and spent all day waiting for a courier, that never bothered to call me or send me an message. He never turned up, and never got my parcel that day. So to make our lives easier, I've changed delivery address to wee corner shop where he can just leave the parcel anytime and I can pick it up after work. I waited for 2 days, nothing... but on Thursday I've contacted curier to check what's going on with the parcel and he never responded to my messages. Thanks a lot for your excellent customer service! On the same day I came back home, and eventually got a wee note that'd say "sorry we missed you". It's already saturday and my parcel will be PROBABLY next Monday, but hey, how long you can wait for your parcel if someone is playing games or can't do their job properly? Everything would be fine as long as the courier wasn't afraid of me and if he'd try to contact me. Believe it or not, but people like me are also working and they cannot be a home everyday. Plus my parcel was very expensive and I am worried that someone might actually steal it. I would never treat my clients this way

JJD0002230597096069 Complete liars Did NOT deliver but nonetheless I still got charged for an undelivered item Firstly says left in letterbox? How could this be? I do not have a letterbox Sat nav shows driver was at my address So what.? This does not mean delivered! This just means he was in my location and could have delivered package anywhere No photo to show where he delivered to, or else perhaps I could have gone to someone's address to retrieve item Total liars who are prepared to deliver items anywhere just to make pennies

Despite every other delivery company having no issues with my address, Yodel twice apparently unable to find me. No contact, tracking info not updated apart from saying they need more info about the address after time slot, no way to contact them, terrible service!

This is the 3rd time I have had a parcel marked as “delivered”. Have been unable to find it on my property so contacted my neighbours to find they don’t have it either. Go on the yodel tracking and it seems they attempted delivery once and returned it to the sender. Can’t contact them through online chat or directly. It amazes me a company can give a persistently poor service and remain trading!

ATerrible experience was away on holiday an attempted delivery of a parcel was made three times .I found three cards on return had no messages while away to say parcel was going to be delivered.I would have re routed to my neighbour.Contacted Yodel can’t find parcel.Told to get in touch with seller did that parcel been sent back to them.Should have been held by Yodel for 7 days after last delivery for collection.Seller very helpful told them don’t want any more deliveries with Yodel all parcels are now going to be sent by DPD.

Worked for this company for 4 months had loads of positive feed back even had a gold rate from yodel. 2 days later they took my route off me and gave it to someone for less money.

Seller dropped item off at a local store (several stores that were tried first reported no collection from Yodel for some days). Item was then picked up and passed through their system. A couple of days later the tracking info said that at 16.07 ‘delivery attempted and they would reschedule’ followed by at 16.11 ‘unable to deliver - returning to sender’. It was being delivered to a collection point shop - the shop is open from 9-11 7 days a week. The shop also reported that they hadn’t seen a yodel courier for several days and had a pile of stuff waiting for them. Tracking info then changed to say it had been left at the shop - checked again and the shop still hadn’t received it. Queried it with Yodel live chat who then said again that it was being returned to sender as delivery couldn’t be made and their tracking had had a ‘glitch’. They clearly didn’t try to deliver to the collection point. Spoke to the colldction shop it should have been delivered too again snd they told me Yodel had told them they needed to travel to another collection to pick drop off/pick up their Yodel parcels instead of the Yodel courier visiting them. Total shambles. At the moment we have no idea where the item is and neither do they.

Absolute joke. I waited for a parcel twice and the door never even rang. Because I live in a flat your drivers have obviously not been bothered to even attempt delivery, saying 1st that the item was refused then that I missed it. I then went onto live chat and the person I spoke to didn't have a clue what they were talking about, didn't solve my problem and just kept telling me the item was sent back to sender. By your fault not mine.

Had a riding boot sent back to have the zip replaced after 18 months of wear. Repairer FIXED ZIP & returned using Yodel. Boot was marked out for delivery from 18/07. Repairer and i chased for 3 weeks, being constantly fobbed off. We were finally told it was "lost". Registered a claim with small claims for new boots (they were handmade) - lo and behold - boot delivered - if you can call being thrown over my hedge onto my lawn delivered. Absolutely horrific service, just DO NOT CARE.

Terrible delivery service! This is the third time my parcel has been left in an insecure place at the top of my driveway in plain site of the pavement. No attempt is made to walk down my driveway and deliver to my front door. Every time I complain and I am told they will speak to the driver and sort it and still it happens. If I had not checked my emails I would not have even have know it was delivered. This is a subscription service for dog food and I am now considering cancelling the service. Would never recommend this company!
