Theiving drivers saying they delivered a parcel and have not, happened twice to me , The second time I was meant to get two parcels he brought one too the door,as our ring doorbell clearly shows but not the second one….we then got a txt to say 2 parcels had been delivered…clearly not just one as ring doorbell proves when tried to contact yodel it’s chat bots..as much use as a choclate fire guard….clearly there is a culture of pilfering within this company ,and I doubt that any of there drivers are vetted

you are looking to use Yodel to deliver your parcel please be very careful. I've had a horrendous experience with them. On 10/07, I paid Yodel to deliver an item to a shop to receive a refund. The shop's Terms and Conditions stated that I had to return the item within 14 days for a refund. I paid and trusted Yodel to deliver my parcel in a timely manner. But the entire experience with Yodel has been a terrible nightmare. Despite me giving Yodel the opening and closing times of the shop they made two failed deliveries because they went to the premises long after the shop was closed for the day (Gone 6.30 pm). 15 days later they delivered the parcel but once again turned up after closing hours and dumped my parcel with an unknown source. Their Customers Services is an absolute joke. The online chat is operated by BOTS I believe from South Africa and India. All they do is copy and paste from a script like parrots. The same goes to Customer Services on the phone. The BOTS are simply reading from a script from South Africa and India. It's a horrendous joke at the expense of the paying customers. If you want to deliver a package to a commercial property be careful because Yodel thinks they can rock up to the premises whenever they want.

Awful Service I placed an order with Tripp luggage for an upcoming travel , the order has been sitting at yodels local depot for the five past days. I've had no updates since and every time I chat with them , its a scripted reply there's not been much help or any intention to resolve the issue. Today I was informed by an agent that there was a scanning issue and asked me to confirm the contents of the package?? They just don't care. DO NOT recommend.

Absolutely disgusting service provided by Yodel Liars, starting with the drivers, continuing with the supervisors and ending with the customer service Strongly do NOT recommend to use their services They have no standards, no consideration for customers and unbelievably disrespect

Sent an expensive silk item well packaged as parcel size, not letter size, however, yodel tried to stuff this package through my customers letterbox and completely destroyed both the packaging and the item inside. Ridiculous.

Delivery date was missed and the reason the customer service gave was that delivery was not attempted!!! So basically the driver decided of his own accord not to do my Delivery and no one thought to update the customer, disgusted

Tried to deliver 3 times allegedly I never saw anyone,parcel returned to sender so I had to cancel order.will never use again,can't understand why argos use them

I booked for collection service from the shop. It said it's already arrived. But my parcel is missing! Whatever I ask to customer service, they just tell me to wait. They have no idea where is my parcel or what happened. Anyone can do their job too tbh. Whatever the question is, you just have to say "I know your parcel is important to you. But Wait..... and wait more"

Awful service, impossible to talk to someone go round and round in circles. They lie about deliveries and as good as say you are lying when you challenge them. The system of tracking is poor and not fit for purpose when it’s hours out of date.

This is the worst delivery company ever i dont understand why any business would use them. I will not buy any product again if they use Yodel. They are a disgrace i paid an extra fee for next day deliver but never got it.

This is beyond any doubt the worst delivery company in the world. They just assume it’s ok to throw packages through a door or drop items and assume the customer will go looking for the package. They don’t consider that delivery is to the address on the packet they just drop anywhere in the vicinity. And don’t care about old and disable people. A vile company vile drivers who in the main cannot read English. Do Not use if you want to maintain any sanity of find your goods

Yodel driver delivered my parcel on the 24th May which came from overseas. Ive had to wait nearly 3 weeks for it. As no one was home, the driver left my package outside my flat in a open amd public space. He has provided proof of leaving my parcel outside aswell as his GPS location. Yodel drivers seem to be confused as they leave parcels anywhere they wish without us customers confirming or asking them to do this. I recieved an email notifying me about my delivery and saw the proof of delivery, when I came home from work my parcel was not there, obviously someone helped themselves to my package. I have contacted Yodel on multiple occasions and they have done nothing about it besides advise me to wait, or contact the store over seas which is also no help. I contacted the driver who does not pick up or respond to the messages. It is now the 14th July and still nothing has been done. YODEL is by far THE WORST COURIER SERVICE I have dealt with. I now know to avoid them and would highly recomment you not to use them. I would have scored them a 0 if the option was available. Their customer support service is disgraceful and the delivery drivers are unprofessional, useless and complete mugs.

I thought evri was bad but yodel far exceeds them, poor communication, slow delivery and parcels dumped at bottom of 3 storey flats with no notice of delivery

I actually rate it zero stars. The track my parcel is a joke, it kept saying out for delivery that never arrived on multiple days that they said it would. I even had a message saying that sorry they missed me ! They never attempted to deliver it as I had been waiting continuously for it to arrive. Eventually I have received my parcel. This company needs a shake up it’s really bad customer service and the parcel tracker is useless also the number they give you to call your local courier is an invalid number. I will never order anything that uses yodel as their carrier service as it’s certainly a 0/10

I ordered flowers over a week ago for my mothers 80th birthday and Yodel failed to deliver today stating that they couldn’t find my address. Hmmm in an age of sat navs and telephones. Load of rubbish excuse as per usual from Yodel. I went on their so called customer service web chat and was finally given a phone number for the driver which went unanswered even by text. Customer service manager Adam Gupta from India finally telephoned me after much insistence on my part and said he would follow up with the depot in the UK. Amateur Hour at Yodel.

They don't give a time slot like Evri and don't update you, so expect you to wait in all day for something that probably won't turn up anyway. Went out for half hour and lo and behold missed parcel. I rearranged for the next day, no show, then the day after, no show again. My daughter who was also involved had a very rude online chat with someone in a foreign call centre who wanted to know what she'd ordered and size and colour of each item! My online chat was someone who assured me their tracking had not updated properly and it would come by 9pm.. definitely. This knowing that at 9pm they will have all gone home. Did it turn up? Did it hell. They just tell you what you want to hear. Absolutely the WORST delivery company by a country mile!!!

Why do companies still use yodel for delivery to customers,they are terrible . They have lost items that cannot be replaced … any company using yodel will get my custom .

HASSLE, DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THEM HASSLE, DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THEM. Yodel provides contact for the delivery driver. After my package was delivered to the wrong address, I contacted MARCIN who just blocked my number.
