Worst lying delivery firm around,would not trust them

Absolute rubbish, constand false delivery dates, NO customer service just a phone line to track your parcel, even though the website claims you can speak to actual customer services.

We waited in All Saturday. A message was sent to say they had missed us which was a total lie because both of us were in. They didn't leave a card through the letter box so we knew they were lieing. I won't be shopping at Argos anymore!

This company doesn't value it's customers at all. There drivers are rude. The customer service people assure you they will sort it out but don't The whole thing is a pain in the neck

They said my parcel was being delivered on the Wednesday only for me to be told the driver couldn't find my address so it would be delivered Thursday driver was two stops away and ran out of time whatever that means now I have to wait in Friday to see if it turns up that's three day's of my holiday wasted waiting in for my parcel complete bunch of MUPPETS

Avoid this company, they are useless, you will nwver vet your parcel on time. The info they give are not genuine. Thay company should shut down they are worthless, watse of money and time.

Driver lied that delivery was attempted and card left. The only Reason I realised is that delivery was “attempted “ I was tracking my Parcel through the retailer website . I called customer service who weren’t any better ! I was told A card was left “maybe it went with the wind “ next time track the driver and open the door when he’s close . I never have to do that with my other parcels I received on the same day as the “attempted delivery”. No apologies or empathy . Companies , Can we stop using these ppl please ?!?!

Absolutely awful ordered an item worth over £100 it has been delayed and probably stolen by the driver ordered it last Wednesday said it would be here on Thursday and I’m still waiting

I stayed in all morning said my parcel had been delivered to my neighbour wasn’t even a van or car at the door I was sitting at my door coz it’s warm they even said they put a card through my door the door I was sitting at u just can’t make it up

Really a rubbish not my first time to experience the problem with them. This time was my new handset from Virgin media and suppose to delivered to me by yesterday which was Saturday but still didn’t and virgin said will be Monday and this rubbish delivery company has no customer service on Sunday and the tracking number given by virgin cannot be recognized. I don’t know why virgin using them to do such an important delivery? Maybe too cheap but it will destroy the virgin’s reputation although they don’t have much either

Never had a good experience with yodel. Parcels never arrive and always told its because I wasn't in which is rubbish as each time I have been.

Was given a 2 hour delivery slot 11:50-13:50. Planned my day around this. Contacted Yodel 2 hours after delivery slot expired. Advised, “wait some time”. I had already waited 2 hours longer than advised. Contacted them after a further 3 hours. Advised driver was 2 stops away on tracking system. Tracking has been saying the same all day. I could see this for myself & advised Customer Service Team of this. Informed that deliveries can arrive until 2100hrs. Why give a 2 hour expected delivery slot to customers only to tell them to wait and that deliveries can arrive until 2100hrs? It is now 2050hrs. I’m guessing my delivery is not arriving. The parcel contains fresh food, unlikely to be fresh now!!! No longer responding to Live Chat. Automated telephone service is pretty useless as it advised my my delivery would arrive between 11:50-13:50, I called them after 1600hrs. I have given 1 ⭐️ as there is no option to give 0.

Waited in all day for delivery then when it didn't turn up Yodel said they needed more information about my address? The driver had tried to deliver my parcel but couldn't find my address apparently. I've had dozens of deliveries by different couriers and this one is the only one to fail. Absolutely useless service and the webchat is rubbish, they don't answer your questions they're just automated responses. Now I have to wait another 2 days until a re-delivery can be made or attempted or whatever. Rubbish service

No go area, bad customer service, however i paid for next day delivery, my parcel was due bet 12 .15 to 2:15 ,stood outside waiting for hours, driver never turned up ,even as it was showing i was the next person, to be delivered to. Furthermore they came with something like ,we need more information about your address,like really? Chatted with the customer service team, they said the driver will attempt tomorrow,do you know how frustrating that is ,when I have got an occasion to attend with the new clothing I just bought...

Cowboys! So often the parcel is left outside the garden hedge, on a public road. Once at a friends we actually saw the van drive alongside the gate, and without stopping he lobbed it into the drive. Obviously a well practiced manoeuvre!

Perhaps you should stop delivering parcels to the drivers address first which are left on the pavement in all weathers before the person delivering the parcels deigns to put them in their own private van with music blaring and constant slamming doors until they drive off into the sunset with fag in mouth misdelivering already rain spattered smoke smelling parcels. This is the reality for residents who live next door to the Yodel self employed and the recipients of Yodel parcels. Noisy , disruptive, turning residential areas into parcel depots .Wrong on so many levels !!!!! I always check what delivery service a company uses before I buy and buy elsewhere if its Yodel and its associates. I think the local councils need to be informed of residential houses being turned into parcel depots particularly if they are rented houses.

Horrible service! Please avoid if you can! I order a bicycle for a birthday gift of my Son. They was late to deliver but on the day of his birthday I recieved an message that parcel will be arriving that day. I took day off from work to make sure I get the parcel. I was looking at the map where the driver was (probably a mile away from my house) and suddenly got a message " Sorry we have missed you!" I went online to check what is happening and got in their live chat and they try to convince me that I missed my delivery and that the driver left me a calling card! That was a lie as I was looking trough the window at the front door throughout the whole time! It was so disappointing. They ensured me it will delivered next day. when I got the message I got a cup of coffee and I sat in front of my house! I cud see on the map showing the driver was in front of my house (but he was not) then I cud see he was gone far away. This time did not recieve any message nothing. I contact them and they said we are sorry there was issue with your package! What a joke! They now told me they will try again next day. Please do not use this service go to any other company out there at least you will be able to speak to real person over the phone! Never again this yodel! It's not the first time I had issues with them but it's the last time now!
