Parcel said out for delivery waited in for it to not be delivered then the next day it said it’s in the depot so my parcel has gone missing no way to contact them live chats never work and the number provided is £6 to connect then costs you every minute absolute scam they deserve to be shut down .

Paid for next day delivery but the packages where split and they delivered one by one each following day. With 3 arriving next day and 2 arriving a day late. The driver made note 'they couldnt find my address' after successfully delivering one of two packages which were already arriving late. Yodel has very poor customer service, they are unable to attempt to help you and can only quote the website tracker. I made Yodel aware of the 'mistake' of the driver immediately after the driver drove away with the second parcel, Yodel's customer services accepted this mistake as i have described it here however no help was offered, only another attempted delivery the following day. It is my problem, i have to wait. It is the shops problem, they refunded the next day delivery cost. Yodel absolves themselves of any duty to deliver packages timely or provide customer service. Yes Yodel delivery parcels, Yes Yodel have customer service. Yodel appears to offer a service which is below what I would expect from a domestic courier especially for high value goods and/or priority/express delivery because they are negligent in their planning and practice to deliver parcels at this level.

Waited in all day for a collection It will be over twelve hours soon. Tracking is garbage, and the couriers are never on time, ever. Always either deliver to incorrect place, or do not collect goods. Either way extremely poor time keeping

Terrible!!!!!! That's my third parcel from Yodel. Each was delayed. The last two they lost! Better choose Inpost or royail mail.

Along with Evri they are the worst couriers in the country. But the reason for 5 stars is that when I did eventually get my parcel, the driver "LANILSON" went one step further to get it to me and communication with him was first class. More than i can say about the company who you never get hold of anyone and the online help is useless. Well done LANILSON

Had email from my catalogue saying my parcel was delivered and signed for this was not the case tried to contact yodel only for them so say my tracking number was wrong which clearly it isn’t as that’s the one on my tracking

Absolutely useless. Vinted use it so it'll state that item will be delivered within a short timeframe and then there are frequent delays. Royal mail more reliable and much quicker!

I was meant to receive my delivery on Friday got an email Friday morning at 0730 stating to be in as my delivery would be coming waited in all day try to contact somebody at yodel all I got was all our agents are busy please try again later try it online to do online chat to find out what was happening again the app just kept saying all our agents are busy try again later at 8:00 p.m. got a voice message stating that yodel had rescheduled my delivery for the following Monday and to be available to receive all day again absolutely rubbish service I will never use a company or purchase anything from a company that use yodel for delivery

Very slow service. I had to wait 2 weeks before I got my parcel. Everytime I checked the tracking number it was always in the depot. Will make sure to keep away from this service.

Waited all day for parcel,kept checking app,then came up delivered,checked my garden,neighbours gardens,phoned Yodel,automated message told me my parcel was in out building ,which I don’t have!!Tried website and different customer service numbers,no body answering calls,and website says tracking number was invalid,finally found my parcel in front garden between two plant pots,on main road,courier had to walk past my front door and front window to put parcel there,but didn’t knock and would see television on ,this is not first time,and I am not using any firm who use this firm.Biggest joke is couriers mobile number who seemingly you can contact if you have a problem is 0000000000001,FGS

Delivery attempted yesterday but didn't leave with neighbours, checked on the tracking app and gone to main depot with no further updates, live chat people are clueless and lie and the customer service helpline is automated so hardly helpful!!! I'm not in tomorrow so parcel will be returned to sender....marvellous when my partner has been home all day today as apparently they try to deliver 3 consecutive days!!!!

Delivery late and continually being told it’s a ‘short delay’ but no futher information - has been saying this for over 24 hours. Can’t keep staying in for delivery. Really not impressed by lack of communication

Absolutely AWFUL company. I have had several missing parcels (that are clearly stolen by staff during transportation with them), I've been lied to by the 'help team' on their live chats, and I have experienced drivers lie about attempting to deliver.

Disgusting company who lied . Still no delivery that I paid extra four . Told me they attempted delivery till I told them them we had cctv! Then they backtracked and promised delivery today ! No deliveries and spent a total of 2+ hours on web chat . I had an order to finish and I have let my customer down because of them !!!

By far the worst company I have ever encountered. After the driver declared that the parcel had been delivered to my front porch (even though I was at home, and no attempt to ring the bell was ever made), I went outside to find absolutely nothing. Had to get in contact with customer service who then replied he never even delivered, because he "couldn't find the address". A company that lies to its customers is not trustworthy,

Been to three separate drop off stores today to "print label in store" all three couldn't take my parcel because they'd run ot of labels for their printer. Being a delivery company I'd expect you to deliver sufficient stocks of labels to your agents. I think that only on one occasion have I dropped parcels off at the first attempt it's normally 2nd or third attempt. Today was a complete fail.
