A company of thieves. Their Llandudno depot stole an iPhone I bought from ebay. Disgusting company.

WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER! DON’T USE! Three attempts to deliver a parcel, the three of them at the same time. I called them 4 times to explain to them that I am at work at that time and that I need the parcel to be delivered at a different time. They answered saying that isn’t possible. They also said it isn’t possible to change it to my work address. NO SOLUTIONS! Never use this courier!

Shockingly poor with each Beerwulf delivery - they are either late, dont turn up at all, or delivery the order on multiple days. Its been bad for a good time, plenty of time to address by now

Parcel was due to come between 23rd-24th May from eBay, 24th May comes and now it’s coming on Saturday the 27th. Used the web chat because I’m not home on the Saturday and after 20 mins of the customer service person stalling with a reply every 5 minutes that could easily be put all into one message, only just to regurgitate what I told them at the start. Horrible company, never using them again. Also had a parcel “out for delivery” for over 24 hours, loaded onto a van in the early hours only an hour from my house and took over a day to deliver. Service so bad it borders on scamming behaviour.

Given a two hour window for delivery, nearly 2 hours later still. No phone call to say will be late. Contacted the office but only automared line. VERY UNHELPFUL AND FRUSTRATING!!

Awful company which is run by cowboys! First time using Yodel and I am afraid it will be the last. Posted my parcel via 2 day option and the recipient has still not received it 2 weeks later! Tracking shows delivery attempt made when in actual fact there was none as recipient was home and no card was left. The Web chat and customer service advisors are useless and uncooperative! They seem to be based in India Instead of addressing your issue they respond with scripted messages. 2 weeks later they have no clue where my parcel is and why it has not been delivered! Very disappointed with this company and lack of customer service provieded. Should have stuck with Royal Mail!

Absolutely rubbish, said that they would deliver between 19:00-21:00 and never did, then two days later said it had been delayed.. 4 days later it's saying at depot.... So I asked to leave with neighbour... Then no updates or anything. Utter rubbish. Happened to my partner recently.. they have never got a delivery right to date...

Totally pathetic company. Items dispatched and took 4 days to reach National Hub. Another 3 days and still at National Hub. Not acceptable in this day and age

online says delivered but where to not to my address not the first time i,ve complained but obviously to no avail obviously management are incompetent and therefore reflects on those who supposedly deliver If I could leave a minus score that would still be too high

Yodel,you are worse than Evri.Couriers are lazy and incompetent, my parcels were left in lobby? Ie.on the ground floor of our communal area. Courier claimed to have delivered to the customer 🤣My flat is on the 1st floor,blue door.Parcels were stolen and I am out of pocket! Their reply was useless too,we will educate our couriers? Amen to that!

If I could leave no stars I would. Didn’t knock or used ring just shoved a card through saying back to depot. Even asked to leave with neighbour which they couldn’t be bothered with if I wasn’t in. Which I was ! Do not use !!

Parcel was agreed and due on 17th May. Parcel was at the depot on 16th May and no update since then. Used chat line who could not provide ETA and suggested that I used app for tracking???. I had to contact the retailer for either replacement or refund. Retailer has now started a return with Yodel. Don't understand why retailers use such a poor delivery service. Retailer sent a replacement on Friday before 12 and it's due for delivery by DVD today Saturday. Well done DPD and retailer. No stars and atrocious service from Yodel. Do not use if you have a choice.

Package left at the store on the 12.05 but only picked up by courier on the 18.05!!!! It is night the Friday the 19th and still no delivery. Between the shop and my house is about 144miles if I would ask this to be delivered on foot it would take only 2 days, by bike 14 hours BUT by Yodel 8 days and still no delivery. The worst courier experience ever. How they still exists on the market is beyond my understanding ...

Yodel is absolutely by far the worst company. They dropped thr cages at the main entrance of the building for people to steal them and that's what happened to my parcel. There's no number to speak to no one, no webchat, nothing!. Please, avoid Yodel. I don't know why they are still operating. They should be shut down.

I ordered a pair of shoes that never turned up! The tracking info said “en route” but it stayed like that for days, I contacted live chat who kept telling me the tracking information was incorrect (not true). I contacted the retailer who found out that the parcel was actually lost. Live chat cannot help and customer service were also unhelpful. I don ‘t think I will order with a company who uses Yodel as their courier.

Yodel have stolen my parcel 3 times because the first courier who came which must be only one in my area wouldn’t ring my buzzer to get in apartment block when I have a new born baby expected me to walk all the way to the gate and said it is not his job. When I got to the gate he drove off and he rang my number giving abuse and said good luck getting your parcel they have meant to deliver 3 times after this and the tracking changes to back to depot as they “ couldn’t find property” my item has been sent out by the company 3 times now as the delivery driver won’t attempt delivery

Avsolute garbage, the woman attempted delivery yesterday which I caught her and she wouldn't give it me because I didn't get to the door quick enough? What's that all about, said it'll be delivered next day and now it says on the app that it'll be another day, useless 🙄 what a pathetic company
