Item never arrived, no contact with myself though they had my E-mail and phone number, when I contacted their customer service the drier could not remember, although though I have intercom on my flat, apparently the driver left my parcel in the main foyer, I live on the third floor, Any one passing through could have taken it. yodel avoid them absolute worst couriers in the UK, I will never use these cowboys again.

Yodel are so poop it's unreal. Everytime I see an online order is being delivered by them, I know I'll never receive it. The drivers who work for Yodel can't be bothered to drive through the gates and walk up to mu front door, ever! I've even said parcels can be left down the end of the drive to avoid the "long journey" up to my house, which they never do. Its always delivery attempted but never made. I've even watched out the window and seen them not even bother. Awful service. Hate them with a passion!!!

AVOID, paid for next day delivery, tracking states delivery time, so made sure I was in, however 3 mins after supposed delivery time started, an email was received saying an attempted delivery was made and card left. There was no such delivery attempted and no calling card left. Waste of time contacting their web support.

Delivery was attempted when I was out; the card said redelivery would be attempted the next day. I was unable to rearrange redelivery on line because the site does not recognise my postcode. I immediately contacted Yodel via the chat room. The agent brought up my correct address and rearranged delivery for the following Monday; I specifically instructed not to attempt a second delivery but only on the day I indicated. They came the next day anyway and left a new ID card. Again, I was unable to do anything online and had to use the chat room because, again, the site did not recognise my postcode. Guess what! My parcel has been returned to a depot (where that is - no idea) and I am expected to traipse to where I don't know by public transport at 75+. The rearranged delivery did not take place on this earth! If I could have given zero stars, I would have.

How can you leave my parcel downstairs without saying anything, I live in 3rd floor and leave it downstairs anyone could have took it and it would be my fault! What an awful service, don’t care about the customer! very bad service!!!😡 bicycle costing me £800 living there for anyone to take like I got it for free! Bad bad bad no training to the drivers or something!!!! You want to do business you give good training to your employees!!!!

⛔️⛔️Totally useless just like evri.they have my parcel for 17 days now and it has not moved in the last 14 days. Contacted their so called customer service twice.twice they were getting back to me but guess what.yep it never happend.iam sick of companies like you.

My parcel was sent back to depot then ‘LOST’ tracking never updated, no updates from them I had to keep ringing to be told wait 48 hours which I had done and STILL no updates! eventually after 5 days they told me it had been ‘lost’ what a joke of a delivery company! Absolute rubbish

I can’t believe how bad this company is! They are great at notifying you that your parcel is due but then they arrive and nothing! The delivery guy spent a lot of time rummaging through the back of his van but then told me ‘maybe tomorrow’. I’m sure Yodel are making loads of money but the the notification I got this morning said he was making 169 deliveries before he got to me at 7pm. Is this legal? Also, his van was filthy and he spent so much time looking through parcels. I don’t blame him at all, he is obviously working such long hours. Too long! Yodel, you are a disgrace to your customers and to your employees. Oh, just to note, I was cut off twice on the live chat when they couldn’t answer my question. Do no use. Useless and exploitative.

Yodel courier posted a card/note through the letter box saying that they had left the parcel by the bank gate. It's not there! Had bad experiences with the company previously. Avoid buying from companies who use this delivery service if you can.

This company is a disaster!On Ebayit said that my parcel had been delivered, but i received nothing. What planet do these people think they're on?? I re-ordered my item and had it sent with royal mail A and there wre no problems. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER YODEL!!!

Carrier picked up package on 1st February. Only half the package has arrived to date - on 14th Feb. Still waiting for the other half. No tracking available. Hopeless delivery service !!

I found the Yodel delivery service pretty awful compared to others. The tracking status rarely gets updated, and my parcel was on a van "being delivered" from the local depot (16 miles away) for 2 days. No online chat operators available. All in all a bad experience, would not use again.

Yodel were supposed to deliver my parcel today! Yet I had an email this morning saying it’s not been delivered sent back to the retailer! I contacted my retailer they apologised for the matter said they don’t know why this has happened! Got in touch with yodel and they said the retailer was at fault! Absolutely tamping mad! They are an absolute disgrace of a company! And should not be trusted to deliver any parcel! After reading the reviews I hope they close Yodel down! Never ever will use them again! Lesson learnt!

The worst company ever ordered twice with them both times they delivered to a different adress and after having a discussion with customer service im receiving a picture with the parcel delivered to my door wich wass two houses down from we're I leave , the explication I received its the driver wass on your area so its class as delivered absolutely disgusting and without words they don't care about customer's im out of my pocket over 100£ due to incompetent drivers, customer service never order something with Yodel !

I accidentally left my car and house keys in my front door and realised just after a Yodel delivery keys had gone!!! I have contacted Yodel twice but no one has come back to me. The customer service is a joke. I had no other visitors and the time scale makes it pretty obvious the Yodel driver took my keys

Delivery driver took no notice of instructions to leave the parcel at a specific neighbour if no answer at the address. Message was left that the parcel was left in the porch. On contacting customer service due to no parcel the photograph provided by the driver shows it was delivered to the wrong address entirely. Customer service was not very helpful stating that they had notified the depot so it wouldn't happen again. They took no responsibility for the missing parcel and offered no help except I should contact the supplier. Passing the buck springs to mind and I would suggest no reputable company use them.

The extremely careless Yodel driver dumped my parcel in an open place ... instead of leaving it with a neighbour or contacting me to reschedule, so it was stolen. The photograph even shows the carelessness of the driver and yet I am left out of pocket. Going back and forth with their customer service team has been hell, truly. They refuse to accept any wrongdoing and are gaslighting me constantly over a situation that is their fault.
