“Gusto box. Yodel driver did not even knock on my door he went straight to my neighbors and left in their garden bathe neighbours were away. How can u levena food box outside. Disgusting company and driver Did not even try and knock on my door”

“DO NOT USE YODEL disgusting service the driver was calling me asking me to go out and find him as he couldn't find the address when I eventually explained how to get to my address I see him dragging my parcel along the street and than refused to bring it to my door because he was to tired and doesn't deliver up the stairs I had to sit there and wait for a friend to come and help me he than walked off swearing I'm can't believe this company”

“Four missing items from Argos order and one damaged. Driver lied about missing items from my order claiming to have left them by our bins despite handling three items to my son at the door. My son watched him unload the items and watched him drive off without any explanation to where the other items were. Unbelievable! Bare face lie No wonder this company have one star reviews if they employ dishonest staff I actually cringed when I knew Yodel were the courier. Disgraceful behaviour.”

“Absolutely useless, they had our parcel at 9:10 yesterday at depot 2 hours away. Delivery wax expected 14th April we nos to today between 19:00-22:00 on 15th Wax a birthday present for someone today Hopeless - why do companies use them…. Oh they are cheap & Useless!”

“Yodel is going for a record.. the 5th parcel in a row that has failed to be delivered. Web chat is a waste of time, Yodel is a waste of time. apparently, delivery was attempted and a card was left. Yet, CCTV shows different For anything I order online, I will ask who they use for deliveries. If Yodel is mentioned I will shop elsewhere”

“Yodel is a disgrace of a company DONT USE! I ordered of eBay and it says it was delivered but I was home all day waiting for the parcel, customer support disconnected from me when I asked to speak to the driver”

“DO NOT USE! I have video doorbell footage of the driver just leaving my parcel on my doorstep (which is right on the street), and then someone stealing it because of this. When I try to complain they just fob me off saying that they can't help because the parcel is showing as delivered.”

“Horrific bad service . Cant even be bothered to get out of van and knock . Just say attempted delivery . . When you in or decirating front door on outside . And CCTV shows they were never there . Complete Rubbish !”

“Very useless company! I bought an item on ebay and after a few days of waiting and waiting, they said its been delivered to a safe place at the address. I didn’t get anything and my neighbors didn’t take it either. Liars!”

“Double charged me for returns. Stated it was an error initially and to pay again and then was double charged. I then contacted their webchat 3 times without success to assist me and when I called and explained the problem the person answering the call just went silent for 1 minute and then hung up. Very unprofessional and not a service I am going to use again.”

“I received letter from telecom company I have never had an account with or used, who said I owed them money for an iPhone. I rang them to say I knew nothing about this. To cut a VERY long story short, the telecom company said I was liable for the phone as they had a photo, taken by the Yodel delivery driver, of it being delivered to my house. When I eventually saw the photo, it was of the parcel in the left hand of the driver, with my name and address showing and my front door open. It was not handed over. What actually took place was we had a knock on our door and when my partner opened it, the driver said "sorry wrong house" and walked off with the phone after taking a discreet photo! We take in lots of parcels for ourselves and neighbours so it would be easy to get my name and address. The telecom company said that the online order was placed using a bank account and email address I don't have. On checking my credit account with Experian, there was nothing showing of an identity check from the telecom company. I am still in negotiations with the telecom company who are investigating this with Yodel. I daresay the driver has left the company and moved on somewhere else. This seems to be a new scam so beware.”

“I was away on my Easter holiday. The driver just left the parcel in front of the door and run away. He did not use even the parcel box across there. Until I came back the parcel had been stolen. They did not compensate. The cost of parcel was £530”

“Just another customer waiting for their delivery that never turns up. Any point in them even sending tracking details if they can’t stick to it? Mine has been out for delivery since yesterday and was given a time slot! Hate when companies use Yodel for their deliveries!”

“Attempted delivery but left no calling card. Instructions for depot collection mentions calling card is required so I can't risk a long journey to the depot. Support is offline.”

“Yodel is absolutely disgraceful. The driver had registered my parcel as delivered and then came back and stole it. As I tried to webchat twice regarding this to speak to a manager their awful customer service just ended the wenchat. They are so rude and stupid, can't believe companies use this type of delivery. I will avoid any businesses which ship via yodel.”

“Parcel out for delivery 1st day they say they left a card instead of leaving my parcel in a safe place ?? Secure building with locked doors camaras. 2nd day I took the day off work as it was my grandsons birthday present 16:17 ping goes my phone attempted delivery nobody home left a card and I was sitting there waiting. This is the third day now I have my fingers crossed I'll get it today but these people shouldn't be allowed to use the fact they have 3 attempts to deliver to prioritise who gets there parcels when time runs short Complete crooks”

“Surprise, surprise. Another Yodel delivery and another problem! This time they couldn’t find my address on the sat nav, it’s only been built 8 years and every other delivery (including yodel) seems to not have had any issues. Can’t contact the depot, can’t guarantee it will be here tomorrow either!”
