Card left, rang to rearrange, automated system said sent back to sender as I had moved address! Tried online chat with two seperate operators, useless and incompetent. Continued conflicting information. No help, no information, no sense, and no good!

Waited in ALL day Friday for the collection of a parcel. NOTHING. They have my address, phone number and directions. Re arranged for Monday. Waited in ALL day. NOTHING. Re arranged for today ( Tuesday ). Not holding my breath. What worries me is that if i go shopping, they will arrive. Sod's law. If i had run my Driving School like this, i would have been out of business twenty years ago.

Absolutely impossible to actually speak with a customer service representative, 5 different telephone numbers simply direct you back to an automated answer service, could not even find a number for their head office!!!!!! I waited in all day on a Saturday until 6pm for a delivery and they simply did not turn up!

Honestly the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Rude staff at their customer care site, promises to deliver but not followed through, and a site that simply lies about delivery dates. Several times parcels had been 'left in a safe place', which in this case meant that they were dumped outside on the pavement in the rain. As a small business owner I will never ever use Yodel as I simply do not want my customers suffer through lost parcels, wrong deliveries and constant re-deliveries because of incompetent delivery drivers. I would strongly recommend anyone not to use this company, and to check with stores when you order something that requires shipping, if they ship via Yodel.

DO NOT USE YODEL AS IF NOT HOME THEY WILL LEAVE YOUR PACKAGES OUTSIDE AND WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY IF STOLEN

Disgrace for a business messed delivery up three days on trott. dealt with an rude ignorant and stupid prat on chat. I will make sure this goes further sites like this and a letter to the ceo. The prat on chat might think this is end of matter but it's not I hope it costs the prat his job

Driver tried to deliver to wrong house next door and left card with them despite us having stayed in all day for delivery. Eventually managed to speak to someone at Yodel ( after being kept on hold for 23 minutes). Told them driver tried to delver to wrong address. Rescheduled for next day. Stayed in all day again only to receive e mail he had tried to deliver again but no one in. Dashed down our drive to catch driver at another neighbours house trying to deliver my parcel there. Pointed to name plate at end of our drive and told him this was where he should be. He eventually arrived at our door and could not explain why he had gone to same house as yesterday when he had been told it was wrong house. He brusquely said did I want parcel or would he take it away and when I went to pick it up he knocked it from my hand on to ground saying he could not let me have it until I signed for it. Not only incompetent but aggressive. Impossible to contact company to complain as constant on line message says all operators are busy - try again in two or three minutes. If you phone put in hold for at least 23 mins.

Appalling company. Tracker indicated couldn’t deliver, in fact driver never attempted and no card left. Customer service completely unwilling to contact driver and send back. Now need to stay in another whole day.

One of the worst companies I have ever seen in my life. I booked a parcel for collection. They texted me and gave me a window span of 9 hours and at the end of the evening, I received a message that my parcel was attempted but the matter of the fact is nobody turned up to collect the parcel. I rebooked collection and the same and they did the same tactics. I sent them an email no response. The phone numbers on the internet are 99% not recognised. What a fake sh**t company? Will never use them again.

The worst company ever! Avoid them trust me it is not worth the hassle and they will most likely lose your parcel. Have lost my parcel that got to the uk safely all the way from Hollywood and all of a sudden they can't find it not to mention they don't inform you about it unless you chase it up absolutely useless. Probably have some employees with sticky fingers or are just plan stupid and incapable of doing the job. Staff are also rude and uninterested in helping you. Asked to speak to a senior member of staff the pathetic excuse of a customer service representative told me to give them my number and I would get a call back within the day. Four days down the line and nothing. There is a reason they have been voted the worst carriar company in the uk your better off receiving your parcel from owls probably more likely to arrive safely.

Ordered an item last week, was due for delivery Monday of this week. Received an email informing me that the parcel had be left in the back porch - I don't have a back porch. On arriving home, there was no slip to inform me where the parcel had been left. I called customer services that evening and was told my parcel was in the house across the road - it wasn't there. I was told that they would contact me in 24 hours after they had interviewed the driver, they never called. On chasing them up AGAIN, they told me that my parcel was in fact at another address. I eventually got my package after them messing me about, about a week after delivery was due. What was more frustrating was that I was home all day on the original delivery - the driver didn't even bother to ring the door bell. He obviously dropped it at any address he felt like. The whole system is a shambles!

Bought something in internet and sent by Yodel with tracking number, last week it said delivered and signed but we still havent receive the parcel, went to concierge and checked CCTV record no Yodel delivery came by that day, the parcel has been disappeared and now need to go through investigation, very poor service.

Delivery suppose to be here on the 29th since it’s next day delivery and it never came. Got an email saying it’s been delivery on 30th but had to ring up the driver because nothing was delivered to me but the driver has no idea where it is since apparently he didn’t deliver it to anywhere. Got told that the delivery sticker got mixed up. No clue of when I’ll actually have the package. Very very angry.

Appalling delivery company. Email received to say parcel (expensive trainers) had arrived at local depot 2 weeks ago, delivery was never attempted and Yodel claim to have lost them with no explanation as to why or how. Have seen from local reviews that theft by staff is common and should be expected. Do not buy from suppliers using this delivery company.

Totally incompetent, useless customer service. Drivers don't seem to make any attempt to deliver the parcels. Now on 4th rearranged day and still no sign of parcel. 'Game' are using them to deliver - they have now lost a good customer as well.
