Parcel was supposed to be delivered was in all day and recieved a message saying sorry we missed you .was supposed to be delivered day after and still no sign tried web chat got disconnected saying not enough information given even though they have tracking number and postcode .tried to ring disconnected again for the same reason ,no explanation on what other information is needed .shocking company dont use !!!!

After waiting in all day we received a message at 2118 hrs 'Sorry we missed you, we will try again'. On checking tracking it stated that they had missed us and a card had been put through. Apart from being in all day, we did not get a card either. It appears that if drivers are running late, some of them put on tracking that they have tried to deliver, when they have not.

Ordered items 5-weeks ago. Yodel collected and then failed to deliver. Supplier sent a repeat order again with Yodel, who again collected and failed to deliver. Their tracking cannot tell anything and don't even bother trying to phone. I have again got supplier to ship repeat order but have stated not to use Yodel. Stay wekk clear-you have been warned!!!

Worst company. I've experienced yodel delivery twice only and I hope it will never happen again as for the first time they didn't delivered, second time they delivered parcel to the wrong house. Avoid this company at all costs

Apparently my address doesn't exist, even though I saw the driver walk up my driveway...and then just turned around. Awful customer service - completely useless company.

It is very bad and unprofessional company. They throwing valuable packages on the ground, they don't ring on door even when you are at home they will say you wasn't. Worst delivery company ever! Definitely not recommending.

Yodel are an absolute disgrace and liars. Promised delivery 2nd October - did not deliver. Claimed to have left a delivery card - another lie (CCTV proves no delivery attempted). After “web chat” Yodel promised delivery next day - and then disconected the “web chat’ No delivery on day two. Day three - “we chat’ - again disconnected when they realised what the call was about! Disgusting behaviour from a bunch of crooks and liars! When goods finally arrived - 3 days later - packaging smashed, torn and damaged. DO NOT USE - YODEL.

this is the FOURTH day I have had to wait in for my parcel. The driver claims he has made two attempts at delivery and left cards: these are lies, plain and simple. I can see anyone approaching this property from the desk where I have sat waiting, which is right by the door. In any case there are bells in every room. I also have screen shots from the tracking page showing his position and the large number of people still ahead of me in the queue at the end of his day. Indeed, I have tracked him throughout this farce: he never got anywhere near this side of town until yesterday (when he got within 200 to 300 yards of my house and then stopped for the night). The explanation is quite clear from the tracking page: he has too many parcels to deliver. On Tuesday he only delivered around 25%, on Wednesday (yesterday) about 2/3. Clearly there are a lot of people on the far side of his route who are simply never going to get their parcels without going to the depot, and the system is deliberately set up this way. Think about it: if the driver is paid per delivery he won't want to take too few parcels and he won't want to add time by reversing the route from his house. They claim the tracking page includes the drivers mobile: another lie. In fact their chat reps say they have no way of communicating with the driver! In 2018! I managed eventually to give them my number to pass on: when i asked for confirmation next day they quoted me a totally different number, so whether he actually has my number even now I doubt. The chat reps are useless, and seem to be there purely to take the flak and fob people off. I have run a mail order business since 1985 and in that time posted and received thousands of parcels and I have never, ever, come across a shambles like this. Quite honestly Yodel seems to me to be semi-criminal enterprise in breach of consumer law and god knows what else.

Terrible company Terrible company, incompetent delivery drivers and non-existent customer service. Unfortunately the person who shipped my goods had the poor judgement to employ Yodel as their carrier, as such the parcel was not delivered and was consequently lost. You're completely unable to speak to someone on the phone and are stuck with their web-chat service, which is poor and constantly busy, no doubt with other customers who are also unhappy with Yodel's service. At my own work place we have specific policies not to use Yodel because of a constant spate of damaged or lost shipments. I would advise anyone to avoid using them at all costs, they will damage your reputation and your business with their poor service.

Worst delivery company ever. Driver never leaves the note,if I'm not at home.They send me the mail at 9.34 on the day of the delivery to say the parcel is on the way,but I'm working from 6 o'clock ,so can't see my mail until end of work.Why not to send the mail the day before,so give the customer the time to find somebody to wait for the parcel.Than I receive the second mail to say,sorry we missed you,we will try again tomorrow.I spend whole day at home waiting for my parcel and nobody shows up.This happen second time in one year.The tracking devise show (parcel in depot),but I was sure that was some mistake,because clearly in the mail was written next day.The fallowing day I try to call my nearest depot,be aware the calling centre is in Africa or Asia (no information on the website to say you will be charge more than local phone call).The lady I spoke to promise my my parcel will be deliver today,so stupid me I was watching all day the tracking option to see the driver delivering the parcel on top of my street,when I have to wait 28 more deliveries until my turn.From 9 o'clock with 69 deliveries before me to 17.45 when they show me the driver couldn't reach my location and the parcel was taken back to depot.How many days Yodel needs to deliver parcel to customer.The Yodel website is a trap ,the only option you can press ,is collection from depot.If I buy something online, I want this to be deliver to me ,not other way. It's 21 Century,send the phone message to customer the day before ,and resend on the day of the delivery.The DPD driver always send the message to say between 9-10 o'clock (for example) I will reach your destination,why Yodel can do it .Appalling service.From now on I will make sure before ordering online that the seller is not using Yodel otherwise I'm not buying from them.

Waiting for parcel, day one was in all day get message to say driver tried to deliver & has left card, no he didn't, 2nd day tracked driver till 8pm I was to be next delivery, he was at end of my road, then got message he couldn't locate property!. I have at least one parcel a week from all different delivery couriers & they have all managed to find me. I don't mind missing a delivery, but what I do mind is being lied to. The Yodel we chat is a joke you are left waiting in a queue for ages & then get cut off, no sensible help for your missing delivery either. I will never order anything again being delivered by this shambolic company.

Just extremely poor communications. Have a parcel being sent from The Netherlands and all was good until Yodel took over from PostNL

They put my parcel in "The bin" outside my house (considered a safe place by the driver... They are not taking responsability for this and can't even tell me who is the sender of my parcel... NEVER USE THIS SERVICE, there are many others which are good.

Ordered some stools on the Friday due to be delivered on Saturday waited all day no delivery so had to wait until Monday waited all day then at 6pm got an email to say they had attempted delivery and had left a card NO THEY DID NOT and my ctv can confirm only the local postman called that day there was no card left either contacted their so called customer services who assured me it would be out on Tuesday it is now Wednesday and I still haven't received my parcel what an absolutely disgusting company this is leaving people waiting then to add insult to injury tell bare faced lies about coming to your house. Avoid this company at all costs

Absolutely appalling service. I paid online for a parcel to be collected yesterday. Driver did not turn up, but subsequently logged it as 'not in, left card'. As I was in painting the front of the house all day, I fail to see how he missed me. No card left either. I note that this is a common complaint with Yodel. Yodel's 'great' customer care states that if the parcel is not collected, simply go online and book another collection date. What? So that they can miss you out again? Calling them today on various numbers merely resulted in an automated response, which failed to recognise either of the parcel reference numbers that I have and then terminating the call. I would strongly advise using a different courier.
